Braeside on 24th Medical Walk-in Clinic

From start to finish it was a great experience. The receptionists were friendly and accommodating. They allowed my son and I to go home and wait and return in an hour and a half. They are busy, but everyone was understanding and patient.
Dr. Johnson was friendly, approachable and provided great insight. Thank you.
The pharmacy was also friendly and fast.

I think it's a pretty great place. My family doctor Brochu is attentive and professional. The other staff are friendly and the quality of service at the pharmacy is much better than what I expected. I feel quite fortunate.

I have some crazy anxiety, and other issues. I have been coming to this clinic for over a year now. My family Dr is Dr brochu, but I have seen every single Dr here and they are all pretty amazing and understanding. I have never felt rushed, Dr brochu answers my questions and knows how to deal with my "crazy-ness" without making me feel crazy at all. They are all awesome Drs and the girls are the front are pretty friendly and pretty great too (this is a very busy clinic, these girls are constantly multitasking and despite that they are always welcoming)
I feel like I am in the clinic every week and they always treat me well.

In my opinion all the doctors at Braeside 24 Medical Clinic are very good profesionally speaking.

A great walk-in clinic that’s open late, and is able to help quickly without a long waiting period. The receptionists and Dr. Dangerfield are all very kind, friendly, non-judgemental and accommodating. I highly recommend this walk-in, and to request Dr. Dangerfield. I am unsure why the reviews are so low.

My son and I saw Dr. Dangerfield on Dec. 3rd, 2022. She was thorough with her questions and listened intently. We haven’t received this level of care in a long time. I was extremely impressed with her taking the time to explain her diagnosis and what certain medications would do.

The nurse at the front was alone and she handled things very well as well; professional, polite, and calm.

2nd time here. Long wait times for walk in. That's everywhere now, so don't complain if you have to wait 1-3 hrs. When 15 ppl come in with "basic cold like symptoms", that's one reason why you wait!

I went here as a walkin patient today after a very negative experience with another doctor at a different clinic. I saw Dr. Dangerfield who treated me with kindness, respect and understanding. It was such a relief to be seen by a doctor who treated me this way. I was also seen quite quickly and the front desk staff were very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic based on my experience here.

Worst receptionist and experience I’ve ever had at a clinic. Extremely rude upon entering, extremely short tempered attitude after telling me to sit for 25 mins she still hadn’t checked me in along with 3 others. Not to mention I called 3 times and was put on hold for 10 mins before getting hung up on twice. This was before 9: 30am. After hearing multiple phone calls of attitude given towards the patients on the other line, I came to shawnessy walk in and was welcomed immediately and with so much respect compared to Braeside. Dont waste your time and gas coming here.
