My overall experience here in Brasso Nissan was amazing. I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and I can say that they provide the best customer service among all the dealerships I’ve ever been.

The service representative who booked my appointment was super helpful and accommodating.

The service advisor, Alex was very knowledgeable and very professional. I appreciate that he made sure I was updated and informed on whats going on with my car, and explained clearly and In details the stuff that needs to be done with my car both urgent and future ones. Thank you, Alex.

The receptionist in Sales where I dropped off and picked up my keys was very friendly and always wear a smile.

The convenience of having a loaner car available right away is also one of the best things I love here.

Lastly, my car is running great again after the excellent maintenance done by your highly skilled mechanic and nice and cleaner than when I brought it in.

I could not be more satisfied. Highly recommend.

Bought a new Frontier. Cash smiles and that experience was good. Talking to the detail Mgr.was not the greatest. One of those guys that thinks he nows it all. After a little while I saw a dent in the hood talking to one of the manager he is getting insulting. Brasso Nissan does not deserve business

Time till repair expectation management is inaccurate. All service events feel like “need the vehicle all day” events. Traveling from north Calgary is not sustainable to use this facility. Too often stuck in heavy traffic to get back north. No issues with the staff or the service quality…. Just can’t afford the time commitment any more. Got my vehicle in at 9: 30am and its 3: 20pm and I am still w a i t i n g for spark plug change, engine compartment filter change, and two wiper blades. Very frustrating.

This place appears to hide reviews, but avoid buying this brand of car at all costs or at your own risk…Customer service is laughable, and held at a very low standard. If you have any major repairs getting any sort of compensation is impossible they be little customers and don’t try to even offer a fair solution. My fiancé purchased a brand new car and not even a few months go by and he made a report of rattling windshield they said nothing to worry about a month after a stress crack happens right in the middle that is not a ROCK chip
Like they had mentioned… instead of offering to repair the crack at that time they said nothing they can do about it even when it’s clearly a manufacture defect brand new windshields shouldn’t shatter that easy. The best they did was offer a 50$ gift card and the manager over the phone was very condensing and told my fiancé to next time go to a them for a repair not third party… but funny thing it would have led to a bigger crack and for them to tell us the same thing. This place is a joke and just want your money. BE careful buying a car from this brand.

Amazing customer service! I have taken my Nissan rogue and now my kicks into brasso for service and they have always given me 5 star treatment.
My kicks was purchased at a different dealership, and the extended warranty I purchased, was not transferred to my name when I bought the vehicle. Brasso service team went above and beyond to figure out the problem with my warranty, and did their best to fix the issues with my car, while trying to give me the lowest price possible.
Specifically Kevin, Justin, and Ryan are amazing staff on the service team. They care about their jobs and work to make your experience a pleasant one.
I definitely recommend going to brasso for any service you may want for your Nissan vehicles.

Exceeded expectations! One of the best in Calgary and by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. They went above and beyond to fix the issues my new vehicle had. Amazing Service Provided By The Brasso Nissan Service Department!

Honestly, I received some of the best service I have ever received from a maintenance department in a dealership. I have been to other Nissan dealerships for service and been disappointed. Brasso Nissan really showed me how they stand behind their brand. Ryan was wonderful, and I was so happy with all the little extras they performed. From shampooing the engine, to vacuuming the car out and wiping the door jams right down to offering me a complimentary car wash. 100% will be back, and I would give them my highest recommendation out of all the Nissan Dealerships in town.

Thank you to the team for all your do to keep us on the roads and safe! Appreciated the no headache service I received. I was also impressed at how fast I had my car back. I have had oil changes at other Nissan dealer ships where they have had my car all day. This was not the case, had a fairly large service done in under 4 hours which was more then just an oil change.

The service department at Brasso is top-notch. They are always courteous and helpful. I've been going here for years. Even when they had made a mistake, they owned up to it and corrected it to greater than my satisfaction. They are solely the reason why myself and my wife bought out last vehicles here.

I bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue here. Since the roads were very slippery, I wasn't feeling strong to come to the dealership. Instead, Tyler offered to drive out to my home so that I could take it for a spin. It was all full disclosure about the vehicle. Also, dealing with the finance department was very easy and clear. This was my first time dealing with Brasso and I appreciated the service for sure.

This rating is for Service department only. Called twice and spoke to a Service representative to get a quote to get a block heater installed for my wife's Nissan Qashqai that she bought there new. Service representative said that he would work up a quote and get back to me within a day. Two weeks later and still No response after two phone calls. Not impressed with customer service.

I worked with Tyler Lunham. After visiting three previous dealerships I was left feeling frustrated, ripped off and disenchanted with the car buying and trade in process. Tyler is the best sales person I have met, he was attentive, engaged and thoughtful and though closing a sale is the purpose of all sales encounters, I could tell he cared. If you are looking for a used car or perhaps a new one, go no further- I recommend him.

We bought a used Nissan Murano from this dealership today and were thrilled with the dealership's professionalism, team effort and punctuality. We had our daughter with us who has special needs, and Rod brought her a toy, water and balloons to make her feel comfortable and happy while we waited. He came back to check on us a few times to ensure we were okay while my husband was inside doing the paperwork. Rod was fun, charismatic and honest. We really appreciated the effort the manager went to help us get a decent trade in value for our car as well. We would certainly return to this energetic, fun and happy atmosphere to do business again.

Avoid all Nissan products,
Nissan is selling you a hand grenade and pulling the pin as you walk out the door!

CVT failure just after 100,000 kms and Nissan will not do anything for us as long term customers.

Avoid their products.multiple class actions about this issue. Nissan Canada has told us they are aware of the issue and will not address it until told too.

Have purchased several vehicles from this dealership. From Vincent, a helpful but not pushy salesman to Tiffany in finance who demystifies and explains all those fees and addons to Ernie who gets your ride modified with all the settings and shows you how change all the tech settings.
Must be a great place to work as a lot of the names and faces I see have been there ten years or more

My husband and I both own vehicles from Brasso Nissan and we love driving them! When my sister was looking to get into a new vehicle last year we suggested Brasso Nissan. Since purchasing her vehicle she’s had a few problems with the vehicle. Brasso service staff were always courteous and very helpful but she no longer had confidence in the vehicle. After speaking with our salesman, Tyler, he helped her get into a new vehicle at a great price and without any hassle. My husband and I are so very pleased that Brasso has treated my sister so fairly and respectfully. We have always had great experiences with Brasso Nissan and it’s so very gratifying to see their great customer service and support in action. I highly recommend Brasso Nissan for both sales and service!

Whenever you go to Brasso Nissan, You must talk with Rod Stein. He is the amazing personality. He understands you very well and give you the best experience that you crave for. He is not a typical sales person that creates first induces that sense of insecurity in you and then takes the advantage of that by selling something that you didnt want. He is extremely patient, goes by your need and makes you comfortable by understanding your budget and suggest best vehicle possible. Highly recommended Rod.

Before I went in I did my research and knew I wanted the frontier due to reliability off-road performance and cost. I spoke to me Rodney stein and he clearly explained the truck as well as showed me all the features. I told him I was going to talk it over with my wife and asked him for his very best price. Being a cheapskate I visited all other Nissan dealerships in Calgary and asked their salesmen for the best prices with out disclosing the quotes from other dealers. My business was going to the guy with the best price not the I can beat that guys price. Not one even came close to brasso Nissan’s price in fact brassos price was lower by 4000 dollars compared to other dealerships. Aside from giving me the best prices in the city I found our salesman Rodney to be the best one that I dealt with in the city. The other salesman I saw didn’t go over the truck with any detail and always tried to get me to sit down with a manager or leave a deposit. During the week I told rod I needed to think about it I wasn’t pestered with phone calls from brasso like I was from other dealerships in the city. One dealership even phoned my work and had me paged to the office to take their sales call after I ignored a call during work hours. After buying the truck Kathy explained the financing in a way that a tradesman could understand and the whole process was completely painless. When I picked up the truck from Ernie long there wasn’t a question I could ask that he didn’t have a quick coherent answer for. He explained everything from breaking in the truck to how to get the best gas mileage from it as well as the maintenance schedule. For all of these reasons (great pricing, friendly knowledgeable staff, non greasy experience, no high pressure salesmen and a generally great experience) I would highly recommend you give Rodney at brasso a call for your next car or truck. They earned a life long customer with their quality service and professionalism. Look out for my next review about brasso Nissan’s maintenance/service side

Update. Their service department is awesome. They went through the full inspection with me and did a quick timely oil change.

Now that I see that they came up on the boycott upc website I know I made the right decision giving them my business. A company that offers great customer service and shares similar values to me is always a winning combination in my eyes. Look forward to them helping me with all my truck needs

Eggroll did a fantastic job in washing my vehicle. He deserves to be employee of the decade. My vehicle has been a lot faster since the magical car wash.

And then the update:
I recently got my vehicle back after a windshield replacement and the bluetooth stopped working. It worked fine up until then. Perhaps, a coincidence.

I got an oil change a few days ago. Received my vehicle back, but the front left tire warning signal was on. A day later, it lost half its pressure. I pumped it up and did a soap test. There's a nail in my tire.

All the 5 star reviews are deceiving. I went there a month ago. The sea professional did not even ask me a glass of water. When it came to negotiating, he brought the sales manager right away. Sales manager was very arrogant and wasn’t very polite. He wasn’t professional and did not know the art of communication and understanding my needs. We left the store and he did not care at all. We went to south trail Nisan and bought the car from there instead. Stay away from these unprofessional people and specially sales manger.

The Brasso Nissan service advisor, Ryan Long and the Technician who serviced my vehicle are honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable professionals.

I took my vehicle to another shop to replace the tires. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the advisor discussed the need to replace both control arms and ball joints to do the four wheel alignment. The quotation was $1,615.49. I felt something is not right and took the vehicle to Brasso Nissan. The technician at the Brosso Nissan took the vehicle for a test drive. Then hoist it and inspected ball joints and suspension components and found no repairs needed. This is an eye opener. Lesson learned: take the vehicle to a reputable shop for repairs

I would’ve saved around $50 if they provided me with shuttle services but understandable that it’s currently unavailable due to the safety concerns. Maybe the could’ve covered the Uber? Anyway, that’s the only bummer - I still had a great experience and they really do take care of my vehicle.

Trusted with my car. Serviced my Nissan GT-R at 3 other dealerships with poor results. Brasso really stepped up and provided service above and beyond my expectations. I’m a very particular when it comes to servicing my vehicles with certain expectations of how work is to be done.

Ryan Long my service advisor really give me a piece of mind and specific request for my car setup has been done correctly. Other nissan dealers, even through they have GTR technicians seems very confused and lost sometimes on how to adjust the GT-R even though they are certified Gt-R techs. Very pleased with Brasso Nissan service experience

Terrible experience with their service department, asked about service history of the vehicle I just purchased that has been serviced at Brasso and they refused with some lame justification. Apparently they can't give any information about the car without the concent of previous owner (person that has nothing to do with this car anymore). I offered proof of my ownership, but they just refused because they have a rule that that forbid owners to learn history of their vehicles.

A couple weeks ago I bought a used car from Brasso Nissan. Soon after taking possession this pesky engine noise stressed me out, convinced I was stuck with a lemon. I didn't need to make an appointment, dropped my car with the Service Department, and a couple days later I had my car back -all covered by their warranty. They always kept me informed as to what was going on and I felt I was very well looked after. Top notch customer service at all levels. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience with the Brasso team! My salesman, Rod, went above and beyond to get me into a brand new 2019 Nissan Kicks SR! I absolutely love my Kicks, and I appreciate Rod so much for being so easy to work with! Other dealerships harass and get pushy, but not here! I'm very excited to continue relying on Brasso in the future, and I would definitely recommend Rod to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle!

I purchased my new Nissan Murano from Brasso about a week ago and I have been extremely happy with my purchase and experience. But this was no surprise to my husband and I as we purchased our first vehicle from Brasso Nissan 10 years ago (Nissan Altima).
Over the past ten tears, I have always received great customer service in the Service bay and from all the staff at Brasso. This is the reason why when we decided to upgrade our vehicle, Brasso was the first place we went. Once again, they did not disappoint. From the salesmen (Rod) and Manager (Peter) and to Finance, they all did a great job in getting us a vehicle that fit our budget. But it was not only about the budget, but about the caring and easy manner of dealing with all the staff. Even when I picked up my new vehicle, they spent the time to show me how all the new features worked. They made sure I was able to leave with the vehicle programmed the way that I wanted (which was extremely appreciated).
Thank you Brasso for your great Customer Service. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be recommending Brasso Nissan to others.

Busy place on the service side, but they still take the time to do a good job! I have been here a couple times for service, and out of the four nissan dealerships I have went to this one has offered the best service hands down. They even gave me a hand bag to hold all the bits for my tires! Keep up the amazing work team! You will see me again for service!
