I was in need of a bra, and was having problems finding ones that fit properly. I walked in and all the staff were friendly and helped me find the proper size and what I was looking for. Will be returning!

Mary did the fitting and was so kind and helpful, finding all the best styles and price points for a good wardrobe foundation. Kim was cheery and friendly, too!

A little dissapointed in my first visit here. Its a very nice place but the selection for lingerie and shapewear was kind of limited. I didn't really get any help while shopping or in the change room. Although I will say the lady at the front desk was very nice when she greeted me upon arrival. Their return policy is disappointing as it is final sale on shapewear. I needed to try it with my wedding dress to make sure it worked and because the item I found was $140 dollars, I couldn't take the the risk of it not working. I mentioned I was trying on my dress in 2 days and the lady at the front said she couldn't make an exception, she was apologetic about it though. I understand it, just frustrating for my situation.

I’ve been here many times and always have a great experience. The service is helpful and attentive. Selection is fantastic! My favourite bras are all from here. There are some pricier items but also lower cost ones too. Though the items I’ve splurged on and the lower priced ones have held up remarkably well.

The very first impression wasn't the greatest - I had booked a fitting at 11am, which I realized is also when they open. I was there a few minutes after 11 and the door was still locked. When they unlocked it a moment later, I felt like they weren't ready for me and were disorganized. I had to wait a few minutes and then was brought into the dressing room area. The environment when walking in and looking around at their merchandise briefly was that there was a focus on the erotic, which wasn't what I had been hoping to encounter so quickly in the store. It left me with an unfavorable impression. Once the fitting began it was excellent. My fitter was very knowledgeable and figured out my size very quickly. She brought me things that I liked, and a few others to try as well. I liked the person I worked with, but not the ambiance of the store or how disorganized I felt it was initially.

Mary was so helpful and made me feel absolutely stunning. She knew exactly what I needed with little to no guidance. It just speaks to how educated these ambassadors are. She suggested items that I would have never thought would work and I absolutely loved them! The whole experience from when you walk-in to when you leave held a great atmospheric comfortability that just makes shopping here so enjoyable.

This used to be a go to for me as I have a smaller band size with a larger cup size. Unfortunately that’s not the case anymore, I was looking for a bikini top in a 34HH and they only had one style of bathing suit in that size. No one is really welcoming when you come in, and when I told the fitter helping me my size she said “oh”, talk about confidence boosting! Then she tried to get me to try on a Panache bikini in a 36K, to which I had to reiterate that I was wearing a Panache bra in a 34HH, so a 36K was definitely not going to fit me. I had my husband with me and he said he saw the fitter rolling her eyes when she came back to the fitting room with a different size of the bikini (which also didn’t fit). Feels like paying twice the price for Victoria’s Secret level advice. I felt this way before the renovation and larger inventory, disappointed that larger inventory didn’t mean more inclusive in sizing. TLDR; I used to love this place but the last two times I went I cried after leaving.

Painless bra shopping with very knowledgeable salespeople. I wouldn't go anywhere else for bras!

I came in yesterday and was helped by a lady named Jenna. She managed to help me find amazing supportive bras that actually fit me and one that I really like and would not let go of. I even got a chance to throw away my beige bra that has seen its day. Total cost for all three bras was $248 plus conditioner for the bras which is pretty good. I will definately be back to buy more. Thanks a bunch.
