I called them after having a frustrating experience with a different company and despite booking out until September, the owner (Riz) squeezed me in same-day and saved me from another long wait. Best experience I’ve had by far while getting my HVAC and ducts cleaned. Riz and victor came out to my townhouse at the exact scheduled time (were even there 10 mins early). My system is a fan coil and these guys have the experience and knowledge on how to clean your ducts without creating a mess and without having to cut into the drywall. They guided me through the process and were very trustworthy while walking around my house on their own without supervision. Highly recommend their services and I’ve already booked my next appointment for next year (it’s only January!)

Excellent customer service, punctual and very professional. Upon arrival, John and Cole explained what the service entailed and approximately how long it would take to complete they answered all of our questions and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

Our service included all of the floor vents, ceiling vents, dryer vent, air return vents and sanitizer, there were no hidden fees we paid exactly what we were quoted when we booked the service.

They had the proper equipment. Cleaned out all vents in the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room.
Also, the central heat pump control panel and filter were completely cleaned with industry standard equipment and cleaning products.

The last company that came to clean my ducts (3 months ago) left the air in my house dirtier than it had ever been. They claimed I needed reverse duct cleaning.
Jamie and Vic from Breathe Clean came yesterday and did a thorough duct cleaning. Everything was explained to me before they started and they showed me how they could attach the hose in 3 places to do a complete clean. I am astounded at how much my coughing has eased. Also, Jodi from the office gave me the price up front and no extras were added.

Yesterday we had Breathe Clean Alberta come to our house and clean our furnace, ducts, dryer vent, bathroom vents. It was one simple price and the service was great. I was impressed that the service included dryer, bathroom and hood fan vent too! No extra costs!

I did some searching before booking the company and based on the feedback I received I decided to have BCA clean the vent and air ducts in our house. Called, and spoke with the owner Riz, who is very responsive, helpful and understanding. The team, Jamie, Casey and Victor, showed up on time and did an amazing job. We also had the bird guard installed on the outside dryer vent to prevent birds from nesting as we had one nest to deal with already.

I recently had my FURNACE Cleaned by BREATHE CLEAN ALBERTA. The Technicians I had come to my house were Jamie and Cole. I was really impressed with their work, as they both were very knowledgeable and professional and gave thorough detail information about any questions I asked. They took time to show me my Cold Vents and bathroom fans along with my furnace, so I could see how dirty everything was before it being cleaned. They also cleaned out my dryer vent which to my surprise had a birds nest inside. And everything was done for ONE SIMPLE COMPLETE PACKAGE PRICE. No up-selling No needing this and that, just straight up FANTASTIC SERVICE! I called a couple places like Alberta Home Services and Action Furnace to get pricing quotes before making my decision. Riz and Victor cleaned 4 furnaces at 3 different houses for us. We only have good thing to say about the service. First of all the renter at one of the houses called me right after her furnace was cleaned and she was beyond impressed with the service. She said the air quality has improved significantly and she noticed the difference right away!
In the second house, Riz and Victor have prevented a fire hazard from occurring. They went above and beyond cleaning 2 furnaces! The dryer pipe was plugged up and they caught it on time and cleaned it out. Again the quality of air after they cleaned the furnaces was.
In the 3rd house, they didn’t just clean the furnace, they educated and taught me which filters worked best with the furnace (before we were told the most expensive was the best, but Riz took time to explain the difference and told us which one would work best with our furnace!), they also noticed that the filter was inserted wrong and made sure I know how to instal them properly.

We had our ducts and vents cleaned out today, and we were first of all quite impressed that they arrived right on the dot, at 9AM, per the scheduled time-frame given to us.

When they arrived, we found the technicians, Jamie and Casey, to be professional, friendly and very efficient. We have a lot of vents and ducts and they finished everything in less than an hour and a half.

We also appreciated that they paid attention to little extra details like dryer cleaning, using corner guards, removing their shoes before entering the house and wearing their masks. Highly recommend!
