Breathe Outdoors (Formerly Campers Village)

Went in for a couple of things and staff actively avoided me even when I greeted them. Unfortunately this store is the only one that stocks products I need but the vibes are weird.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, because of this I choose to shop at this outdoor store.

Purchased a Kuma chair here last year. During our first camping trip this year the seam completely ripped on one side. We were fully expecting Breathe to tell us they couldn’t replace the chair but would support us through the warranty process with Kuma but were pleasantly surprised that they replaced the chair, no problem! This is amazing customer service and shows that they really stand by the products they sell. Huge thank you to the team at Breathe! We will certainly be back for our future outdoor gear needs:)

Solid experiences. I bought a pair of boots earlier in the summer, the guy helping me was superb, didn't have to wait for service at all. Unfortunately those boots started to fall apart real quickly. They let me return them for store credit, real easy, and helped me get a more appropriate boot. It's never been busy when I'm in there, and the staff are nice and helpful. They also have a wide variety of other outdoor gear. Try giving these guys your money instead of MEC.

The range and quality of products available at Breather Outdoors is impressive. The store has an extensive selection of camping equipment, outdoor gear, and accessories, all of which are of top-notch quality. I went in to buy a smokeless firepit by Coulee Outdoor (with all the accessories) and they made it so easy. Thank you so much for your help!

The price on some of the products I looked at was really good. The layout of the place was nice, there's just so much to look at. Great for anyone who likes adventures. Exceeded expectations, will go back

Great service, everyone really helpful, lots of selection in a big space. Worth the trip for a discount on Parks passes alone.

We were helped by Charles in the footwear department and he dedicated a large amount of time and effort to make sure my girlfriend got hiking boots that were the right fit for her. He was very patient and knowledgeable and we walked away super happy with our purchase!

Went here for the first time yesterday. After being a backpacker for many years and having never been here I was very curious to check it out. Am I ever glad I did.
All of the staff, not just a few but all, are very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. I personally dealt with Kyle and Steven/Stephen (my apologies for spelling). I will be buying my new sleep set up from this place!

Selection of men's shirts was slim, which is what I was looking for. Prices on the high side.

Have not been here in many years. Clearly it has been modernized and remodeled since my last visit. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices are reasonable and sale items are priced to sell.
This will probably become my goto store for outdoor gear.

Well equipped outdoor store with lots of selection. First place I go in Calgary when I need something related to the outdoors Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely will be back and highly recommend it for your outdoor equipment needs.
