Awful customer service! I read all nice reviews so called on Saturday to ask my questions to clarify few points, filled in the Request a Birthday party" form. Still waiting on ANY reply for this one. I also emailed and called leaving a message several times! No one called back. I finally got a hold of the place at 4pm on Tuesday, saying "ah, birthday party, right. " Did I wake up someone? ! My spot was taken, so will never try do business there again
Facility is great staff is great ownership needs to step up and get AC or at least some fans. It is unbearable in the summer. There isn’t even circulation
This is the favourite place of my son. Lot of new things to learn. Perfect place to stay active. He feels really happy whenever he enters this Breathe Parkour. Instructors are amazing here, very cooperative. Thank you
I have mixed feelings. On one hand, the kids had a blast and the staff were friendly and helpful. On the other hand, it was so hard to get in there with my wheelchair that I almost gave up.
My son did a few camps here last summer and loved it. So this year for his birthday we went to Breathe Parkour. The room with the arcade games was perfect the instructor was great. All the boys loved it. Thank you staff for making it a great 8th birthday. They would have loved to stay a little longer to play the arcade games more.
Had my sons birthday here and the kids had so much fun. The party room is awesome with all of the games. The instructor was amazing as well and really good with all of the kids. Will definitely be signing my kids up for future lessons!
Gained valuable information in this ‘How to Fall’ class that has lessened my fear of falling, be it indoors or outside. The instructors were very knowledgeable and professional while retaining a very relaxed and engaging atmosphere for the attendees.
This place was good at first, then went downhill fast when the instructor was replaced by Nyxx (Nick's but it's a girl). This girl lives with our old instructor and shows up with hickies on her neck to teach the 6 year old+ class. She will tell your kids "no eating in MY gym" but the last class she had with my son, she left the kids alone, went to the desk to get her cheese and came back on the mats eating food (where no food is supposed to be on). She is extremely rude, and doesn't understand young children, she really seems to be showing off maybe for the older crowd. She will tell your child there is a monster in the gym that will get them if they mess up. She told my 7 year old about this monster that would get them if they landed the wrong way in their trampoline/mat. I thought there was a dress code here but there is not, two men last class had their shirts off, when a young girl expressed her discomfort to Nyxx, Nyxx looked at the guys and laughed and said it was okay and just said it helps when they have their shirts off. Then Nyxx sat down with the kids and talked about her facial piercings, at parkour where the kids should be learning parkour they are getting introduced to piercings and all the piercings names and everything she wants to do with her facial piercings, she says her favorite piercing she has cost a lot of money and it has a dead fish inside with a blue liquid that keeps the dead body intact. Another child named Kayden was kicking my son with his feet on my son's feet and Nyxx stood there and watched, she told my son and Kayden to stop it. When my son was being assaulted. Your kids will not be safe here, do not let your kids come here take it from me and don't learn the hard way.there are plenty of better places that are a safe environment. I've never seen any of the equipment clean either. When we first came the instructors were great. Alex always used to say hi to my son. Since Nyxx started about what 3 weeks ago? Alex stopped replying to my son, my son will wave and say hello! And Alex won't even bother to look up from his laptop, completely ignored my son for whatever reason and now my son doesn't understand why he's being treated differently. We have paid for this place since August and we have paid a month in advance and will no longer wait to see if this gets better, now this place refuses to give us our money back for the remanding amount saying it's in their contract. I know the video surveillance shows Nyxx breaking the contract about alot of things, safety being the biggest one. This place is horrible.
Went here for a birthday party and the kids loved it. They got a private room for the cake and gifts. There was a mini arcade with free games. A staff member gives the kids a full run down of everything and then they get to go play. Then they get a break for cake and presents and get to go back and play. It was a great time and something different than a normal play place.
Great place for kids to get some exercise and learn new skills! The instructors are helpful and patient. Customer service is also amazing- I have emailed a few times with questions or a problem with the online registration. Every time, they responded really fast with answers. Highly recommend!
Staff is what makes this place amazing. Definitely worth signing up for at least one class a week to keep building up skills. The kids also love Nerf nights when they are offered.
I definitely recommend the lessons because they're fun, however if you're a beginner I don't recommend drop ins. The equipment is hard wood making it an injury hazard. I once came for drop in and badly bruised my arm trying to side flip off one of their boxes. It went purple after. Not well monitored for safety either. I've been to open gym at gymnastics places and their boxes are softer and it's better supervised
Trainers are very nice and help you out with things and they are really encouraging and know what to teach for each person. Ive been there for a few months and it's been going well
Coaches are GREAT however classes always overbooked, 0 flexibility during week to make changes (always waitlist) very poor customer service. Avoid at all cost
