Heads up everyone. You have to wait outside if you’re a walkin! Walk-ins open a 1… Even if you’re weak/unwell, and it’s cold outside the empty seats inside are just out of reach. Receptionist really don’t care how you are feeling.other than it’s policy to wait outside.

I had a great experience here for walk in clinic. The staff was really nice and helpful. I got an appointment in an hour which is average, or a bit below average from other places. Would recommend

Totally agree with previous reviews about receptionist!
The receptionists are very rude and not friendly at all. Their attitudes and services are so terrible. I never seen such a kind of receptionists before and they should be get fired. Really bad experience to the clients. Strongly Not recommend this clinic unless the receptionists get changed.

Fourth medical clinic I went to today. The first two said they did walk ins online when they really didn’t, the third was booked until the following day. I come here not expecting much after seeing the 2.5 average review. I was pleasantly surprised. Super fast and nice service at the front counter and within 5 minutes of arriving I was seeing a doctor who was very nice and profesional. Will be coming here again in the future for sure.

Dr Lai has been my family Dr.for 20 years. His wait time as a family doctor is too long, closer to one month. I am not sure what the point family doctor is then, and how AHS allows it. Family doctors should be available in a short time, not a month. I checked with others and usually wait time is less than one week for them.

The doctors are fine, great even. The 3 I have seen are wonderful and intelligent people. But I sincerely wish they'd fire everyone in reception and hire new people. They've actively given out medical information to whomever answers the phone in my house, which isn't compliant with Canadian Privacy Laws. They do it even after you tell them to stop, too.

Fun fact you WILL wait on hold for 20 minutes to be immediately hung up on.

“Go elsewhere” is what the receptionist said to me when I told her I have a medical emergency and hoping for a phone appointment as I can’t come in due to my medical emergency.

Dr Arthur is an incredible and empathetic doctor. It’s upsetting that I have to deal with their receptionist to get to a doctor.

Walk-in service at this location sucks since the ownership changed. They only have a walk-in doctor on certain days at certain times. It’s always a several hour wait. Checked-in around 1: 45. I was given a return time of 4: 00 and half hour later I’m still waiting to see the doctor.
