Brewster Express

I flew in to the Calgary airport. I had made a reservation with Brewsters to be transported to Calgary. The instruction I received clearly indicated where I would find the counter in the airport arrivals.

My departure time upon my arrival it in Calgary was very convenient. One thing I am not sure of is if my flight had been delayed whether I would be able to catch the next transport to Banff if I had missed my initial reservation.

The driver was very courteous, professional, safety oriented and informative.

The coach was very comfortable.

The bus didn't come on time. Expensive price, really poor service. Never use this express if you need to get somewhere on time.

Not a shuttle service, a guided tour company where the drivers talk the entire time. They talk about the sites and local history which is expected, but also share their personal stories, random facts, and whatever else they want to for the duration of the trip, even if it’s a multiple hour drive.

Terrible service. I was waiting for an hour at the meeting point and the bus never picked me up. I tried to contact several times and they never answered.very unprofessional.

I would like trip in a morning or in noon from Calgary to Brooks by bus. How much does the trip cost for one person, and what is the duration of the trip?

From Calgary airport to Lake Louise with Tom and from Lake Louise to Calgary airport with Warren. Both a pleasure to ride with. Tom was helpful and we enjoyed talking about the local wildlife with him. Warren was funny and made the ride to the airport more like a tour of the local towns! He was absolutely brilliant. I would absolutely recommend the Brewster transfers. Comfortable buses and wonderful staff.

What a great way to get to Jasper. The staff at the airport made sure we were well taken care of and Rose, our bus driver made the long trip fly by.

Wonderful service from Calgary airport to Lake Louise. It was easy to find the Brewster Express desk area at the airport. Our driver was named Rose and she was lovely! You could tell she loved her job. My seat was very comfortable and the views of the Canadian Rockies were breathtaking! It's true there are several stops on the way but the scenery is great. We had to stop in Banff for about an hour before continuing on to Lake Louise and I used the time to walk by the Bow River and I saw an Elk! So the long ride was worth it. I highly recommend the company.

Great way to go to the national parks. Canmore. Banff. Lake Louise. Jasper without transferring and with great drivers. Worth the price.

We booked with Brewster instead of Airporter despite Brewster costing more because of our flight times. I had a promo code with Airporter for where I was staying. Brewster sent me an email 1 day before our pick up stating that "due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel this shuttle" and "have gone ahead and made a booking with a partner service, Banff Airporter" on a later bus. The Airporter pickup was also 15mins late but thankfully our flight was delayed when we got to the airport and could still check-in

The driver wouldn’t play music for the two hour trip, because they needed to concentrate on the road. If music is a distraction, having 50 peoples lives in your hand, this is likely the wrong job. Wear earplug la and accommodate your paying guests.

The ride from Calgary to Banff was great. It was a standard large tour bus with overhead compartments, a washroom, leg room with a foot rest, WiFi, sun screens on the windows.
The ride from Banff to Calgary is what I did not enjoy. It was the complete opposite of we experienced before. It was a small van/bus with no decal incidating it was Brewster, crammed seats like an airplane, nowhere to put our personal items, no WiFi or window screens to pull down to dim the blaring sun. I would have said 10/10 I'd go through this company again but after the poor experience I'm not so sure. They also advertise on the doors at the Pursuit location in Banff they are open 7am-7pm but I tried calling at 7: 03am and 7: 45am to ask a question but I kept getting the "we are closed" message. I also wish they had more time options for pick up/drop off. The bus was on time both times for pick up so that was a plus, and I'm glad they were after reading the negative reviews. Overall it wasn't horrible but I am pretty disappointed the second ride wasn't a positive experience.
