Not a customer but Brewster bus driver near Jasper pulled over so we could pass.

Highly recommend this company. Just spent 3 weeks touring the Canadian Rockies and Alaska.
Brewster Bus Tours have amazing staff. Great local knowledge, friendly and so helpful.
However, I do have one to single out. Colin who teams up with host Emer, name an exceptional team. I think ifvthey had just driven us around all day without stops, no one on.the bus would have complained. We were entertained and we'll looked after.
Even if Emer did roll her eyes at Colin's dad jokes, we all loved them. Have you ever heard a bus load of grown ups laughing out load like silly school kids?
Colin and Emer: you made my trip. Colin: I hope the host who didn't turn up for work realises what they missed put on. You did a sterling job on your own at keeping everyone entertained and informed.

We had the Lakes mountains and waterfalls tour from Banff. Although the weather was mixed the quality of the tour stayed high throughout. We particularly wanted to give a big shout out for our driver, Bob, whose knowledge and ability to keep everyone interested and engaged was tremendous. As well as the factual “stuff” he gave many personalised anecdotes and you could see the pleasure he took in his job.

I can't emphasize enough how amazing our recent experience was on the 8-hour tour from Jasper to Banff. From the moment we embarked on this adventure, we were greeted by an exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our journey was nothing short of extraordinary. Their dedication and professionalism made the entire experience truly memorable.

One of the standout aspects of this tour was how effortlessly we were able to work with the staff. They were not only knowledgeable and well-prepared but also extremely approachable and friendly. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, making us feel valued and cared for throughout the entire trip. Their enthusiasm and passion for what they do were contagious, creating a positive and vibrant atmosphere throughout the journey.

The driver was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of good information. The bus was on schedule for pickup and delivery. Comfortable, good AC, and extra was having a camera display the look out front of the bus, on the TV monitors. I would recommend them.

On time. Clean bus with WiFi. Easy connection between Calgary Airport and Fairmont Banff Springs. Would use again.

Easy to book online. We needed to change our time and they answered the phone and we were able to change. Staff was very pleasant.

Wow what a condescending driver! We did banff sightseeing tour. No issues on tour spots and areas the covered but tour bus driver was inappropriate, rude and shamelessly pushed for gratuity at the end. Younger guide from UK was better, he explained things calmly and tried his best to make experience comfortable.

It's a hit or miss depending on your guide.

Great trip from Jasper to Calgary. Multiple stops to view the scenery and water falls along the way. Columbia Icefields and sky walk were amazing.

I took the tour of Mountains, Lakes and Waterfalls. My only reason for taking the tour was visiting Lake Emerald. Lake itself was underwhelming (given other lakes I saw during the trip).

Takakaw falls were better than I expected.

The tour staff was very professional, probably too professional for a leisure trip. For a family trip, I would expect staff to be little more friendly.

Having travelled with another smaller tour operator, this felt like a bit of missed opportunity.

Excellent and very knowledgeable guides. Our guide, Dustin, was an exceptionally knowledgeable native of Banff who presented his facts in a polite, perspicacious and straightforward friendly manner. I highly recommend Brewster Sightseeing. Well done!

I had a great two days with Our driver
Andy who has an outstanding knowledge base in history geography as well as the wildlife and trees and vegetation of the area. Such a wealth of knowledges as well as a personable guy who was always lending a helping hand! And the storytelling was stellar! Thanks Andy for a great two days touring from Jasper to Maligne lake and the the Icefields to lake Louise! It is obvious you love your job enjoy your time off!

Did 2 fab trips. Luckily to have had Mike on both of them. He had a great voice for commentary. Very knowledgeable and didn't over load you. We did the Icefields tour to Jasper and also Mountains Lakes and Waterfalls tours. Both were absolutely amazing and would def recommend

Fantastic crew. When we ventured from Sydney to Canada, the USA, & Bahamas for a 6 week jaunt some years ago, I booked a 10 day tour with Brewsters online. We had a ball. The people are so generous with their time and information. Very obliging. Money well spent.

The falls were magnificent. The boat took us right up to the falls and sailed back through the rainbow.

Very friendly guides and bus drivers; turned up on time for our 3 pick ups. Even got our own shuttle bus up to the hotel in Banff as not on the main route.

Great tour guide funny polite and informative, ensured that all passengers were catered for, sites visited he ensured we had enough time to explore and photograph the places. Totally happy thank you!

There was a very rude employee here who wouldn't let me drop off my visitors here. Turned out he was a driver with Brewster who had just taken matters in his own hands and did not want anyone foreign to come to the gondola. I wouldn't want to be on this guy's bus!

Adequate excursion company with comfortable buses and excellent drivers. Scenic views explained and narrative about indigenous peoples contributions was very good as well as the glacier tour. Disappointed in that despite altitudes traversed over two days of sightseeing we were not offered water, got instant coffee or hot cocoa once and bus had no wifi

We took the Columbia Ice Field and skywalk tours. The bus driver, Mike, was not only a great driver, he was also so knowledgeable about the area and its geological formations and human history. Our tour guide, Luke, was super friendly, very patient with the little kids, and ready to help whenever needed. So glad we invested in this trip. Thanks.

The driver never announced his bus and left without me. Ending up waiting 2 extra hours to get to Calgary: they offered to pay for a taxi for me and then took back the offer as the bus was going downtown and I could take the train.

We took the Lake Louise tour and the Glacier tours during our stay this week. Both tours were wonderful and our bus driver and guide did a spectacular job! Fun, friendly, informative and on-schedule! We could not be happier with the services provided. Thank you for your wonderful service! We will recommend you to anyone we know who will be visiting Banff and the surrounding area!

The new phone service is awful, waited 45 min on hold until I was able to book my ticket. Was way easier when we were able to call directly at the brewster bus depot in banff never waited more than 2 min. I used the brewster bus a lot from lake Louise to calgary and back. Doesn't make it fun when you wait to book a ticket. Bus rides themselves are awesome, always great drivers.

Fantastic company and well-equipped, comfortable bus station. Brewster is a very efficient and well-run company, and our driver was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to all!
