I really wanted to like it here. I held off writing a previous negative review because I wanted it to be a one time thing… it wasn’t. Our waitress completely disappeared from our table, we had to ask repeatedly for refills and water, one of my waters was poured into a pop glass at the table the food was really disappointing- if I have anything nice to say it’s that the fries were crisp and salty Multiple people at our table had to ask for cutlery (last I checked cutlery for a salad was kinda a necessity) and when it was delivered it was only delivered to the person who asked and then someone else would have to ask. I get the single-use ban but this is a restaurant playing victim. Instead of wrapping cutlery in a disposable napkin they could have set it out on a plate. It took me 6 months to try this place again for round two, I don’t know that there will be a round 3. *did I talk to the manager about it? Nope - that would have been the guy leaning against the small plate/cutlery cupboard glowering at everyone:/
Time is money for everyone. They makes too long wait for skip the dishes orders. They really don’t care about skip guys. Why don’t they close their skip app and then they don’t receive orders from skip….
We had a great meal / experience on the rooftop patio last night. Our server was friendly, and flexible with our little ones. The food and drinks were excellent!
Definitely recommend the white Sangria. Looking forward to going back again. Cheers!
