We love it here, their brisket sandwich is the best thing on the menu. Was in there yesterday for lunch, Service was great and food was fantastic as always.
I ordered the nachos with grilled chicken and dairy-free cheese as I have an allergy. The nachos showed up with next to no cheese, the chicken was unbelievably dry, and they were dowsed in spicy peppers. Service was mediocre, though, it was busy. Extremely loud inside as well. Not to mention, the price was outrageous. Will not be returning.
Brewsters food is ok. The service is great. The servers are fast and always smiling. They make sure even when it's busy to keep drinks full and plates gone.
Stopped in here with a buddy for a quick beer. Sever sat us down right away, it was not busy at all. We opted to sit outside. Sever was friendly and the beer was cold and hit the spot. Sever seemed a little bit pushy on ordering more than just drinks. She did not seem happy when we just ordered one drink and left. That was the vibe I got from her unfortunately. But I would come back for the beer since my friend likes it here.
Went in at 7pm on Friday night for a quick bite to eat, they close at 8. The music was overly loud, I ordered a burger and fries, my burger was fully cooked on half and the other half was very rare, my spouces burger was over cooked.the staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. So only 3 stars due to the kitchen, and music, 5 stars for the front house staff
I knew when i stepped into this joint something felt off. My friend wanted to get drinks after work here. At first i wasnt sure i wanted to go since im a socially awkward shut-in (and i look the part since i wear a jacket in 30 degree weather) but ultimately i caved in and drove us there. We sat down ordered some weird flavored beers, more of us joined later and had an overall good time. It wasnt until today that i found out my friend was a villain to the waitress a previous time and had left a nasty review here. So im writing this for no good reason other than to just write it. Also i think fish n chips were on special but we got charged regular price but i dont actually care about that. 5/5 stars
Driven by many times. Thought my wife and I would give it a try for a late lunch (12: 50). Server came quickly after we sat. No hello, no smile, just can I get you something to drink. My wife hesitated, so she says do you want another minute to decide. We said yes and she left. Never came back - watched her serve beers to the tablenext, came back to them 2 more times, and watched her chat with her co workers at the bar, so we got up and left. We were at a booth nearest the door by the window. Won't go some place where I don't feel welcome or wanted.
Good food, quick service. I had the brewster burger with tater tots, it had good flavour wasn't over bearing, the tater tots were a good substitute to the fries.
I am in marketing and consumer data and I have to say it has been a rollercoaster of a career.the good times are great but the hard times are cold and lonely I was currently going through a rough patch and decided to stop in at a local pub near the bench I like to sit on and I have to say the beer was pretty tasty and the food was not to bad either. It was their nightly special but I think I got charged full price but mistakes happen. The waitress I had would only come by very rarely and I was often waiting.tall one with glasses but overall very nice and as you know people in marketing are as stubborn as a rusty turnbuckle
So disappointing. Ordered a keg of the Mexicana 14 days prior. Day of pick up, I called at 1240 and asked if I could come by and pick up the keg. WAS TOLD YES! Arrived at 1pm and saw a sign outside that said pick ups and deliveries proceed to back. Knocked on door and was told to go to the front. Went to the front, saw the office, went inside, was told to go to the bar. Went to the bar, was told by the bar tender " I don't know nothing about that". Had a manager - young Asian guy come up to me in a frenzy and was told he can't help me now because it's too busy to come back at 330 or 4pm. I didn't need to be waited on, I was there to give you $300 and walk away with my keg. He said he'd be right back and rushed off. I waited 10mins, with my son at the bar. Not even a pint of beer or an appy was offered as consolation for my time. I walked out of there when he didn't return. I called the establishment brewery and was taken care of like a gentleman. I guess my money was less valuable at Brewsters. I won't be back, And I will never support them again. Terrible customer service over a quick transaction with not even the slightest bit of insight on how to keep a customer happy.
Beers were okay but the service was a little lacking because it wasn't very friendly despite the location not being very busy. The food was good though and the menu and beer selection was great!
I strongly believe Brewsters Foothills is a one of the best bang for your buck, if you're into Wings, Craft Beer, and overall great service. They have their own specials going on and the beer is slightly cheaper than the other Brewsters (because they are brewing there). I always find different seasonals to try, their staff is nice, the place looks fabulous, although looking at it from the street, you would not believe there is such a place in an industrial park! Crowd is diverse, from pipefitters to men in ties. It deserves more recognition! I love this place as I'm a regular. You'd be a regular too if you like beer and great food at a reasonable price. Thanks!
Awesome place, gets really busy in the early evening because of its industrial location. Comfortable and cozy environment which is great for friends, some bar games and lots of drink and food specials. Great spot to wind down after a long day
Brewsters never disappoints! Shandel was our server and took great care of us. I look for healthy options and had a delicious Long Beach Salad and my buddies had the quesadilla and wonton soup. Drinks were great too. Go early as it definitely packs up for lunch.
Went to this location for lunch with two of my co-workers and waited over 20 minutes for our server to take our order. We noticed that she had spend a lengthy time talking to a table of men and after wasting half our lunch hour, we called another server to take our order.
Good place for food and beer during lunch or after work. Food is tasty and the brewery always has something new to try. Closes relatively early though as it's mainly for the after work crowd.
Came here on a Saturday evening and was surprised how dead it was. Service was great because it was pretty empty. Wings were also on special on that day and were amazing when they arrived.
Fish tacos. Amazing! Beer selection good. Yet from tap it's not cold.service was good. Nothing to be excited about. Mid lunch time the place is quiet and very slow. My guest wanted a beer after I had ordered one and the server never came back until our meal was ready. No care? No complaint on the food quantity or quality. Just warm beers, warm glasses and distant service. Cheers!
A bit out of the way in the industrial area, but a nice enough pub if you're in the region. There is a patio, a plus in the summer. They have a lot of their own house brews, and you can also get limited off sales as well as growler fills.
Brewster’s is great. The food is really good and large portions. I love the beer sampler where you can just take a Pre selected package or choose your own variety. The service has always been good.
We go there in large groups from work and there is no problem having the bill split up for each individual.
I will start by saying that i’ve been coming here for years. Tonight my fiancée and I met my father for the Flames playoff game. Our sever let us know right as the game was starting that they weren’t going to stay open for the whole game. After the first period they came and gave us a last call. And we were more or less pressured into leaving.
I understand restaurants are a business too, and in a tough economy you need to watch labor costs if it’s a slow night. But I mean really? It’s a Flames playoff game and before the puck drop you’re telling us we can’t stay for the whole game? What kind of pub does that? It’s completely unacceptable in my opinion. We will not be returning for another sports game in the future. And I would encourage other sports fans to search for alternative places to watch the game they’re hoping to see.
Good pub food with a decent selection to choose from and a nice atmosphere. Went here after visiting the archery range down the street. The bison burger was a little sweet for my taste but everything was prepared well.
Went tonight - took over two hours to serve a table of 4 with a toddler. Restaurant was not busy. Our server disappeared for 25 mins - had to ask another server about our food, she brought it out almost immediately and it had clearly been sitting at the pickup window for a while. 2 dry elk burgers, a cold buffalo chicken wrap, and one really limp salad. I do not recommend.
What a disaster, ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, after my first bite found a hair in my food, brought it to the servers attention, no apology, she did not remove the food, simply said ok we will make you another one, I didnt want another one, had she had asked me i would have told her that. So I sat there with the plate in front of me with the hair! My son ordered the Brewster burger, no bbq sauce came on it and it was burnt dry! Will not be back and will be sure to tell my friends to avoid this spot!
Wing and beer special on a Saturday is great, food is good and quick, service is slightly lacking, slow responses, not knowledgeable about the specials and messed up the bill several times. Also wouldn't let us take 10 left over wings because it was on special. Apparently $150 bill with 4 growler fills doesn't by you $2.50 worth of leeway.
So Ive been here about 4 times, and I go weird hours, like 2pm on a wednesday. And the service has always been pretty good. I like brewsters, I like the beer I like the food, but its not like change your life great or anything. If your in the area and hungry and like beer its worth going to. I am rating this a 3 for reasons I cant identify, I went to this location several years ago (catching up on my reviews now) and to this day I have an aversion to this location, but I cant remember why
Went on a Wednesday night and was pleased to find them open. They are only open until 9pm however it makes sense given their location in the Foothills. Service was fast, friendly. Great variety of seating available.
My only reason for the 4 star is the food. I got a Quesadilla with salad. I just found they tried to get too fancy. Came with salsa and guac. I had to ask for sourcream. The Quesadilla had fancy cheeses and had banana peppers in it. I just was hoping for the more simple version. The Honey Butter Wedges are a interesting take on fries/wedges.
Convenient location, easy access to parking, various table sizes from 2 person, booth, tables and group tables. Friendly staff, fast service. Food is typical pub and north american comfort food. I'd definitely come back here or pick it as a place to meet.
Great place in the industrial hood. Always super friendly staff and great food. They need to start selling proper PINTS of beer though. Any biz not selling real pints needs to take a long, hard look at themselves
3 of us went in for an office lunch. 3 steak sandwhichs they were medium and medium rare. All 3 steaks came well well well done. The gravy is grossly sweet fries were salt sticks, garlic toast was more like a garlic brick! Won't be back! My advise hired a real cook or don't cook what you don't know.
Not what you would expect from a bar/restaurant tucked away in an industrial zone. Excellent and always changing varieties of craft beer, top notch gastropub eats, and a classy laidback decor. Definitely worth a stop in for lunch or dinner if you find yourself in the area
Good atmosphere for the mostly- industrial area. Full of tradesmen. Loud but a good post-work place to grab a drink and unwind. Food is always good at Brewster's
My group goes every Friday night for dinner and drinks. It's a little expensive, but we've been going for a few years. Our favorite waitress went on maternity and we miss her. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing.
