Food and drinks were wonderful and quickly served. Staff were fantastic despite being understaffed. Management can probably step their game up because they are clearly riding on their waitresses and bar staff.

Not a super fan of the wings here. A pound of wings can look small. Beer mustard sauce is pretty good, but the rest of the food is pretty good.

French onion soup is awesome, lots of cheese, bread, I personally like the saltiness of the soup. Bavarian beef dip is really good, caramelized onions are solid. Beef is good, au jus is good. Butter chicken is creamy, sweet and pretty tasty. I love when the cream of tomatoe soup is the future soup as well, it's awesome. Mac and meat loaf is creamy, sweet, tasty and savory. All the dishes here are my notables.

Salads are huge and can be a meal itself, mud pie is alright.

Something about the burgers though dint agree withbmy stomach. I never feel great after having the Maple bison burger twice.

Love the dog friendly patio, service was very odd. Our server did not seem to be very experienced or know how to speak professionally. Although management I was very friendly and checked in often.

My wife and I decided to go out for dinner, went to this restaurant. Sat in a booth in the back of the restaurant. Not busy at all. Table wasn’t cleaned off. Waitress wouldn’t take our drink order or even acknowledge that we were sitting in the booth. A couple sati down in the booth next to us and she walk right by our dirty table and clean their table and took their order and still didn’t even acknowledge us again. We sat there for 15 mins. Table not cleaned. Not drink orders not even water. Nothing. Worst experience you could have any a restaurant. Even the manager was walking around and would say anything. Will not be coming back and will tell everyone not to waste their time. Way better service and better food at other places.

Food was great. Choices allow diabetics and vegans great food. Service was quick. Place was very clean

I have been to this location many, many, many times. The food is good/decent/not great depending on what you order. This time I ordered the fish & chips; the fish and chips part was good but the gravy was sub-par, and the coleslaw tasted really gross. I'm not sure what the main ingredient is that they put in it but it's gross. Highly recommend getting the two piece because the one piece is not enough to fill you up. Don't sit at the bar if you don't want fruit flies in your face constantly.

The Nashville Chicken sandwich was good. The side of French fries was good and flavourful. Our server was attentive but not obtrusive.

The lady who served us is rude. She didn’t get single order correct. If I remember her name correctly its Evgeniya.

Great atmosphere and food. I loved the white sangria. A big shout out to the best waitress ever, Charity. You were a very nice, friendly and attentive server.

Nice place, many table. I like the chicken special sale on tuesday and thrusday. Specialy with the beer

The lady who served us her name is evgenia, didn’t get our order right! Our friend have to wait for an our for her order, we have to remind her every time and she responds very rude. And when we are getting our bill, she mix up everything and we have to wait 30 mins for her to figure out everything. Didn’t even apologize!

Was upstairs for a group get together.
New server but she handled the large crowd well and was super pleasant.would definitely recommend this place.

Met Andrew the bartender the other night and he was awesome! Such a friendly person and did an absolutely awesome job running the Mezz bar during the Oilers game. He was busy, but super attentive. Sam I believe was one of the other servers that works there as well and she was great! I will be bringing my friends and family here and will sit in both of their sections!

Was there with my dad and brother for the oilers game yesterday. Great environment to be in and the food is good. However, the service not so much. There was no toilet paper in any stalls. There was no meat on the 2x nachos orders we had. They screwed up our chicken strip (garlic not whatever they made) order that we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for. Then they messed (beef not chicken) up our second nacho order which we had to wait extra time for. I ordered a water that came out half full in a hot glass. One of my drinks had plastic from a bottle cap floating in it and then when the bill came it wasn’t even ours. I was honest enough to tell the server the same. So in one evening they managed to mess up each and every order.

Kind of a hard review for me. The service was great and the food was really good. But the portion size for the price was way off. Had the fish and chips. And they were really good. But for 2 pieces at nearly $18 I had two tiny pieces of Cod about 4.5 to 5 inches long. Much better value for the money out there. The Mud pie was good. But again for over $8 it was way smaller than I would expect for that price. Our waitress was awesome. But for price vs portion size not sure I will be back. 5 stars for service, 4 stars for food quality and 2 stars for portion size and value for what you spend.

Food is always great, service is always fast and friendly. Great place to grab a bite and drink after work. I've never had a bad experience here.

Good food, ok service. But I'm finding the prices for what you get can't be justified. The portion of meat was so little, sandwich was more bread than anything.

The waitress is very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time. My only concern is that the food (the sides to be exact) is very salty. We can always add salt but not really get it off when it’s too much already. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Food was a bit fancy but decent. Service was perfunctory but competent. Menu prices are a bit better than you would expect.

I really enjoy this Brewster's. I had some beerlinis and nachos. Everything was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. They also were playing the Oilers game. I recommend going here

We have been here many times through the last few years. We have also noticed a slow but steady decline in the quality of food.

If you were looking for a place to eat I recommend looking elsewhere.

As such, I ordered a chicken burger the other night during dining. Not only did the chicken burger not actually look like a piece of chicken, but rather one of the cheap circular frozen burger looking patties that you get at a grocery store. It was the worst chicken burger I've had anywhere in a long long time.

The service is good but the food, from what we ordered, was not.

Food and service is great at this Brewsters location! Ive sat on the patio a handful of times and its lovely. Service is very quick and servers are very personable! Wings are super tasty and drinks are amazing as well. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I love bringing my friends here!

On of the best arranged online menus And love that it’s kid friendly. Our server Candice was great.

Service was great. Staff definitely know how to relate to each customer individually and have a great sense of humour. Drinks were cold and food was hot and fresh. Sauce for wings were tasty. Atmosphere is warm and inviting and really like to be able to see where they brew the beers.

Tuesday night with the final NBA game on. A group of us were seated at a table originally below and across from the TV in order to watch the game and enjoy our evening. There was six of us in total.
Requested nicely if we could possibly have the volume up with the TV under us. Waitress was nice to ask for us but seemed so busy. Asked another fellow and immediately said “No chance” then left. No explanation. It’s the NBA final and they had the big screen down for this game. Why no sound? Asked about it and was told “it kills the vibe and there was a vote for no sound”. What vibe? Who voted? You have the game playing on the big screen.but no sound? Finally, after asking one last time about it, we were able to get the sound on for the last quarter. But sound was unfortunately only on one side of the pub. So we asked the waitress if we could move to the open bar to watch the last 10 minutes of the game. Waitress said yes that’s fine as long as we paid our tabs. We did so at the bar as we finished our meal and drink prior to moving.

Bartender asked if we needed any drinks. We kindly declined as we had already BOUGHT drinks (I have the receipt as proof). A few minutes go by and he asked us again, we declined. Next thing we know, he is talking to the other waitresses and starts pointing at us seated at the bar. Shaking his head. My bf and I then confront him and said if he had a problem with us, then to tell us. Not to talk badly about us when we did nothing wrong. Complain all you want after we leave but not in front of multiple customers. Hot headed bartender then says, “Yeah you’re taking up my seats. I’m not making anything. Do you know how a bar works? Leave”. I am in disbelief at this and my bf told him off to use his 'big boy' words. Since he was acting like a child by complaining about his seats. Our other friends were also seated at the bar. He only complained to us and told us to leave after we confronted him about his poor customer service. Does he want someone else to baby their one drink at the bar? Or have us who actually purchased multiple drinks and food to stay? It’s funny because the bartender actually gave us the wrong beer when we were seated at our table. We weren’t charged for the one but he still got it wrong. We had 4 beers in total between the two of us.

Our whole friend group that was there have all worked and are working in customer service. We have never in our life ever been treated with such disrespect. From a former server point of view this place is trash. The Mcdonalds across the street have better customer service. Who wants to be served with this kind of attitude? Let alone stay at a bar that only cares about money.

We have gone to Brewsters for years and now we can NO LONGER recommend this place anymore.

I've been going here for a couple of decades and the service has always been great, friendly, and consistent over the years. One of my favourite places to go.

Always good food, tasty beers and a clean, friendly environment.
Only disappointment is you got rid of the Rig Pig Ale - one of the greatest beers in history (according to me.).

Such a great place to go for good food and awesome craft beer. The service was extra ordinary like the beer. I would totally recommend this place. I love how clean the facility and the friendliness of the staff.

Shared a Red Neck Valentines dinner with my lady. 6er of Hammerhead Ale to start. I enjoyed an amazing Meatloaf/Mac & Cheese. Great flavor loaf, Mac was perfect aldente. Chicky had a Buffalo Chicken wrap & graden salad, pine nuts were a nice addition.
Skip delivered. Faster than scheduled!

I used to live in Queen Mary Park (2016-2019) and visited this location frequently. Always a great experience and the food is great! I even ended up meeting my boyfriend for our first date there exactly a year and a half ago today:)

I’ve been here before, and it was a great experience, but I just went there recently, and WOW! Amazing service! Thank you Jet! BEST SERVER EVER! Food was incredibly delicious! But, the service was by far the the star moment of the experience! Can’t thank Jet enough! Keep up the great work!

Had the Mash tun gumbo and BBQ bacon chicken fingers. Very good soup and the chicken fingers were crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside. Great service. Definitely coming back.

I booked Brewsters for our staff Christmas party. I insisted we go here because I frequently come here for happy hour with my family and we always have great service. I was RIGHT! Brewsters did not disappoint!
I reserved the upstairs for 17 people during happy hour and what a FANTASTIC service from the staff!
Having space in the upstairs gave my group to freely roam around and socialize.
We ordered happy appies (nachos, ribs, wings, dumplings, pizza and so much more) and drinks and EVERYONE was impressed with the food! I would book here again in a heart beat! Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the food but I did get a picture of the FABULOUS waiter who was SUPER AWESOME!

This spot sure knows how to take care of their clients. Constantly with a helpful attitude. The food is fairly priced, constantly tasty and clean.

I just loved their chicken fingers.so crispy and well done.the staff is very very nice and prompt.we didn't wait too much for our order to be taken and we got our orders also very quickly.

One of my favorite places to eat in Edmonton. Casual atmosphere, good food, friendly staff. Can get very busy and loud as a result, however there are sections which are quieter in the restaurant. I've been for lunch and for dinner, with small and large groups. I will be back.:)

My husband and I went for lunch. We seated ourselves in the lounge side as there wasn't anyone to seat us in the dining area. The service was slow but that was only because it seemed like there was only the one server on. We both ordered the fish and chips and I ordered hot water and lemon while my husband just had water. For whatever reason it took extra time for my hot water to come out. The fish was slightly greasy and while I found the coleslaw to be dry and tasteless, my husband enjoyed it. The music is certainly geared towards the younger crowd and the seating is made for the slimmer clientele.
I usually don't comment on the bathrooms but this one deserves a mention. It was clean as expected but I didnt expect to have to turn sideways just to get into the stall. That's how small it was.
Overall it wasn't a bad place to go but definitely more for the trendy, upscale consumer.

Best service I’ve had in a long time even though the place was absolutely jammed for the Raptors game (they almost won it! 1pt!) Food and beer was awesome too. Great spot.

Fun, local, great beer. Seriously, what more do you want in a place? Tucked back in a neighborhood that gives it a laid back and easy atmosphere. Owners are friendly and staff is knowledgeable. If you haven't been here, why not?

We were there for hockey game, and their craft beer and nacho were good!:) Nacho was 27 bucks ish, but was not so big even though we ordered extra beef on it, it was not much, so we asked them if they can fix that. They were pretty nice that they fixed it:)

Great bar for people like me that like to avoid the typical loud bar scene and have a variety of food options available to choose from (although I'm choosing Tuesday night's delicious 40¢ wings a majority of the time).

Servers are also quite friendly and accommodating, something that's also harder to come by at the louder bars. Definitely one of the better spots in the Century Park area.

It's basically a family resto for beer. Wheee? Food is good pub stuff, but I've never had good service here. The staff can barely talk. It doesn't matter where I've ever sat, including the bar on multiple occasions, the service just doesn't care about you. That's their job though, isn't it?

Brewster's is fine to pretty decent. Have been coming here regularly for wing night for a decade. I think my only complaint would be that the food is a bit too pricey.

The service and food is so good! The patio is a nice bonus! Always enjoy the happy hour specials (and of course the beer!)

Good meals, except check the ingredients, I ordered chicken Oriental which said spicy, but it does say spicy Hanan sauce, big difference in spicy, it was much too hot, watch for Hanan, it's very hot and does not make it tasty.

Great location. Clean and inviting. I have had the same server the last two times. I can't remember her name but she is amazing. Friendly prompt service and excellent food. Definitely recommend.

I had the pineapple chicken stir-fry, was excellent. Chicken cooked without being tough, vegetables cooked but crisp, wontons crunchy without drowning in sauce. I don't really drink but my friends that do praise their constantly changing beer menu with a focus on local tastes
