I had an amazing experience. Jordan helped me out and her customer service was incredible! So friendly and easy to get along with, she listened to what I liked and I just had a great time overall with her. Highly recommend checking out Bridal debut! So many options. They offered one of the dresses that I fell in love with on sale to take home that day! You can tell this company really appreciates their customers and puts them first and does whatever they can for them!

Such a great experience- Shelley was my consultant and she pulled my dream dress. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in all things bridal. I appreciated all her help- would recommend to any bride looking for a dress. Many tears of happiness were shed during this appointment thanks to Shelley and the beautiful store and big selection bridal debut offered.

Bridal Debut made my wedding dress shopping experience magical from the moment I walked in. They were so welcoming, and had wonderful personalities. I loved that they got the whole bridal party involved in the search for the perfect dress, as well as doing an incredible job searching on thier own for the dress I'm looking for. Finding your dress is something every bride looks forward to and they really made me feel special. I would highly recommend this shop!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Completely lost the trust of my family and friends after wrecking my sister in laws wedding dress and offering no solution or compensation. The owner was beyond rude and didn’t want to offer any help in fixing the mess her seamstress made! Please use caution if trusting this place with such an important part of your wedding day

I had a great experience with Bridal Debut! I love that they let you walk around and look at every single dress and personally choose which ones you think suit you best, while also pulling any suggestions they may have. My dress arrived quickly once ordered and their communication was always fantastic. I also used their alteration services and the dress turned out great.

I said yes to the dress here last year and just recently picked up my dress after the alterations were all done and I gotta say, this store is great! The selections they had for above 8-10 were awesome (a lot better than most stores I have been too) and the alterations department is super helpful and not as expensive as other places. Overall an amazing time from start to finish!

Had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Bridal Debut. My stylist was very helpful and accommodating and made me feel amazing in every dress (made for a hard choice!). She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like and let me take my time trying on dresses. They even accommodated our big group (6 people). I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point. I went to 5 different bridal shops, and this was by far the best experience. The ordering process was simple and my dress came in months ahead of schedule. They truly care about you here and have a beautiful selection. Thank you for my dream dress and the great experience

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Bridal Debut - I called in requesting an appointment and was trying to figure out a time on a busy Saturday. I was rudely cute off by the lady who answered the phone numerous times. For someone who was paying a lot of money on a dress, I am glad I took my money elsewhere.

Manage your store better. Manager has a bullying type of attitude towards staff. Walked out after 2 min of being there

So delighted with my experience at Bridal Debut! Renee was an absolute gem to work with - from pulling dresses, to providing advice and suggesting accessories. Absolutely love her energy. I also really appreciate that Bridal Debut carries an extensive sample collection in a range of sizes for immediate purchase - which meant I was able to buy my dream dress even though I had a short timeline. Very reasonable price points as well.

Thank you Renee for your patience and kindness today! Drove from out of town and they took us in early no problem! Renee was very pleasant to work with! For a girl that does not wear dresses or know anything about them Renee made today a breeze! She payed attention to my likes and dislikes and took my shy personality into account and helped me find my “yes” dress! Would highly recommend to others that have no idea where to start when it comes to dresses!

I went to bridal debut to look for a wedding gown. Shelly was extremely helpful and made my experience less stressful. She was a social butterfly and made me feel like a beautiful bride. I tried on about 20 dresses and I believe I have found my dress at this boutique. They do only allow 2 guests in plus the bride so the shop dosent get over crowded (due to covid) and the fitting rooms are big enough for the gowns, my mom was not able to make it the day I went so Shelly was kind enough to squeeze me into another appt. The same day so my mom could come back and see the dress I picked out. The experience here is amazing and would strongly recommend shopping here!

Update: went back to bridal Début for a accessories appointment and dealt with the women named Renee. I felt this experience was horrible. She came across very blunt and rude and made my appt. Feel very much rushed … even though I arrived 15mins earlier, the lady seemed more focused on a bride next to us then myself. I WILL NOT be returning to bridal Début again. Due to

My first call there I was in the phone with the woman for much longer than needed hitting it off

It was just a great experience there and the prices were amazing!

Staff so kind and super helpful. Unfortunately the sample sizes for a plus size bride (18+) were limited and generally all the same. If you’re wanting poofy and sparkly, there were lots to choose from. I was looking for more of a classic/boho sleek look to show my natural curves not add more. Lovely shop though.

Amazing! Did not feel rushed at all. Was my first time trying on wedding dresses and they helped me find the one! I would 10/10 recommend. The staff were so happy and helpful. Really enjoyed my experience there.

I was coming from 5 hours away and desperately wanted to try a specific dress and there were no available appointments on the website, so I called and they were able to squeeze me in. My consultant, Janice, was so knowledgeable and friendly. She had the dress I wanted to try pulled for me already. I tried it on and fell in love, but tried on a few others to make sure. Janice knew what alterations could be made and how they would look on my body. I had been to 2 other bridal shops previously and none of the consultants were as knowledgeable as Janice, or as friendly. I'm so glad I said yes to the dress with Janice at Bridal Debut!

My husband and I got married this past September in Edmonton and I got my wedding dress From Bridal Debut. Pam was an amazing SA! She went above and beyond for me and my Bridesmaids. I went back a million times to try on dresses and she was so so patient with me! Rong altered my dress, she was so so kind. Given the super tight timeline we were on Rong altered my wedding dress beautifully, added these beautiful sleeves that were so dainty and romantic. I had countless compliments on my dress and its all Thanks to Pam and Rong, you ladies are wonderful! <3
