The service provided is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Moreover, you can enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee while you're there. Additionally, they offer a free shuttle service for added convenience.

Stopped in after work, explained to them the problem with my car in detail, booked it in for an appointment for Friday morning, called the following week on Tuesday, only to hear we haven’t looked at it yet. The following day they call and say there is nothing they can do…no options, nor alternative to fixing it. (Because the car was too old) Relative of mine calls them a few days later as my stress level was through the roof trying to locate the parts FOR THEM, they told her an option for fixing the issue. A $20 part, turned into an option of a $1200-$1500 to fix. So after 2 weeks of the car sitting on there lot with not one call from them about trying to find the part needed, I decided to get her towed back home, only to find out there’s a $195.00 charge from them to tell me what I already told them needed to be fixed and wouldn’t release the vehicle until paid. Absolutely disgusting service, highly don’t recommend.

We dropped in 25 minutes before closing on a Saturday, he was accommodating and never made us feel rushed. The vehicle was also very close to what we were looking for.
So we negotiated a deal and bought the truck.

I just have to say after purchasing my jeep at Bridge city Chrysler this weekend. I was in awe as it was the most impeccable customer service from Todd and everybody in Bridge city Chrysler! Todd went way over and above going through every detail of my jeep with me. I’ve never had such good service from any of the salesmans ever! I have bought quite a few vehicles in my life! Hands down best service and if you’re looking for someone who really generally cares about what he does give Todd a call, I highly recommend!

Major props to Matt in sales and Bobbi in service. As for the rest of the people I dealt with their customer was lacking. Had vehicle less than 3 weeks and it broke down. It was fixed by them but I also had to pay part of the bill. I would not buy another vehicle from here.

It’s not good I don’t like it, poor service they charge me for the parts and service plus oil changes about 800 bucks then the following day I heard same issue exactly the same problem then when I come back that charge me another parts again. I just go home with same issue I don’t want to pay no more.

Loved buying a vehicle from here but will not be going back to get any service done. Took my vehicle for an oil change and expected the air filter to be changed if needed. Double checked my air filter after the oil change and it looks as though it was not checked or changed. The inspection report said it was good even though it was full of dust. Contacted the service department and felt like they didn’t believe me or take me seriously. There’s many other oil change places in Lethbridge to choose from, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Bought a used car here. Service was excellent. Had a small issue with the car that they took care of very professionally. Shuttle service was very helpful while bringing the car in for the fix.

I Worked with Nick and Godwin, I’ve been in sales for a number of years and actually just left a dodge dealership as a sales manager for 4 years, and through my experiences over the years, I’ve decided to invest with people more so that price. I like people who don’t beat around the bush… all out honesty, that’s what I look for … Could I have gone elsewhere closer to my home 400 kms away … yes … I could of … but integrity goes volumes for me. I pick up on it instantaneously, Nick was fast and efficient, knowledgeable, I stated my Intensions and what I’d like to see from him to earn my business! He excelled on all levels.
Godwin my finance manager, was spectacular, and let me tell you these guys on finance make a living at selling you product to build long term value in your asset you are buying, warranty is a big one, I Have a finance manager as a friend in Medicine Hat, and I told him I really wanted to support him, he at no time made me feel bad about my decesion, instead he commended me for being loyal to a friend. I did end up buying some after care products from him because of his awesome attitude!
This is a top notch dealership, trust me I know the game … they went above and beyond right down to the delivery of my new Ram Sport Ram Box! Kudos guys! I’ve already starting spreading the word about your dealership, and I will recommend you to anyone that is in need!
