They are professional and very detail. All thing you can communication with them to find out the best way for you to do. I am highly recommend you to visit them for the dental service

As a woman, my experience with this place has been incredibly disappointing. I requested time off from work to go to the dentistry, and they canceled my appointment without any valid reason. It's frustrating to deal with a place that shows little regard for their patients. They prioritize profit over genuine care, evident in their repeated cancellations and rejections. The fake positive reviews only serve to mask the reality of their terrible service. My advice: steer clear of this place – it's not worth the hassle.

Avoid this place if you love yourself.

Today I had a wonderful visit to the dentist, despite the fact that I am afraid of dentists as a child! Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. Dentists are very careful and gentle. Thank you so much for your work! You have changed my attitude to dentistry! Here is the best clinic I ever was!

Dr. Dhesi has been the dentist of choice for me for the past 8 years. During this period he has carried out implants, extractions & ensured the overall dental health of my mouth. He is gentle, knowledgeable, thoroughly professional with a pleasant sense of humour. I would recommend him anytime for hassle free quality dental care.

Such a kind and accommodating staff. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but they make each visit a positive experience through their kind words, encouragement, and support. They provided a weighted blanket and allowed me to use headphones during my exam. They take great care of my teeth and go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Bridgeland Crossings Dental.

I've been coming here for my dental checkups and cleanings for over a year now. I really enjoy the proximity to my home and the general friendliness and cleanliness of the clinic. My favourite hygienist is Ashley, I find she has a really good timing with the spit straw and honors my strong gag reflex by giving me lots of breaks There is parkade parking, which is great when there's so much construction with new condos going up, blocking street parking. Not to mention their tools and equipment are higher calibre compared to other dental offices - although that said, I did not like the mirror suck straw 2 in 1; that's probably super handy for the hygenist but they make my teeth unpleasantly smash together cuz the suction is so strong. Overall, this will be my long term dentist for the foreseeable future.

Friendly and knowledgable staff and an inviting atmosphere. I've had nothing but positive interactions with each hygienist, dentist and support staff member each time I've come in. Great location right off the CTrain line as well!

I first started coming here a few months ago, and every member of staff I've had the pleasure to come across has been very kind, helpful, and have shown why they are the right people for their job. I’m a new client of this location and let me just say that Dr. Wally and the entire Bridgeland Crossings team are truly amazing! I called in with a dental emergency (my temporary crowns popped off) and was booked an appointment immediately for the next morning. I had permanent crowns placed on both my front teeth which were perfectly colour matched and the exact shape I wanted. Great customer service, super friendly staff and very talented dentists!

I have experienced terrific dentistry overall at Bridgeland Crossing over the last year and a half I’ve been a patient, but one of their hygienists, Theresa is outstanding. She is efficient, and knows how to ensure you’re comfortable. Incredibly skilled. Never had such an easy cleaning appointment!

Prior to visiting the clinic, I hated going to the dentist. I’ve had many negative experiences with prior dentists. However from the first visit at Bridgland Crossings, I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and non-judgemental everyone was. I wasn’t scolded for not flossing as much as I should, instead the hygienist worked with me to come up with a plan to care for my teeth. I also liked how Dr Dhesi was very kind and friendly and always making sure I’m on board with everything. I have a fear of needles and both the dentist and staff were very supportive and understanding. I’ve never seen this kind of support at a dentist office before. They also only charge with Alberta guidelines, so they don’t just money grab like other clinics. I would highly recommend this clinic!

11/10 would recommend. Everyone here is so lovey and welcoming. They have the newest machines and ensure you are comfortable and taken care of. This has changed my perspective and makes visiting the dentist actually enjoyable.

Bridgeland Crossings Dental is an outstanding clinic. I’ve been in multiple times in the past month and have only had positive experiences so far. Cora is fantastic at the front desk, always creating a welcoming and warm environment. I have had a cleaning with Brittany which was fantastic and have also seen both Dr. Dhesi and Dr. Geminano (assisted both times by Ali). I cannot speak highly enough about the team at this clinic. If you have any second thoughts about your current dental office I recommend switching to Bridgeland Crossings Dental.

Have been straightening my teeth in this clinic with SureSmile aligners for 14 months. Very happy with the progress now that the process is nearly complete.
From initial scans to routine checkups and cleanings, every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Voli strives to reach the ideal end-result and always explains pros and cons for each treatment option.

I don't generally like going to the dentist (ok.hate it) and I seldom leave reviews for anything. When I do, it is usually when things are exceptionally good or really, really bad. If a company isn't good, I won't give them my money again (and tell my friends). If a company does the job I pay for, I'll be a repeat customer.

In this case, my experience with Bridgeland Crossing was very, very good. They have been my dentist for the past several years and they are always great. Our whole family are patients there now too.

I am writing this based on my last visit.to have a wisdom tooth removed that was coming in at a 45 degree angle against another tooth. They filled me in on what they would do, the put in the freezing. A few minutes later, they said "ok.let's see how we're doing" and pushed on areas around the tooth to see if the freezing was working. They said "Can you feel this? How about this? OK, you may feel a bit of pressure" and a moment later "ok, we're good". I braced myself to have the tooth pulled and they said "no, we're done.it's out".

I was more than a bit surprised and joked ". Well that was a bit anticlimactic. Maybe you should pull another so I am ready for it". It was done, I felt nothing and I was gauzed up, and how of the clinic shortly thereafter. I was ok that afternoon and didn't have the downtime so many friends have had.

This was the last of my wisdom teeth - they did the others as well and my experience with the others was similar.

I have experience with many of the team here. They have cleaned my teeth, filled a few, and preformed a root canal. Their overall care and professionalism has me comfortable and I don't dread going to the dentist. They only do what is necessary and when it's needed.

So, if you need a good dentist, I would recommend giving them a chance. If you "don't like the dentist" I think they may change your mind.they changed mine.

This is my experience - your mileage may vary but my 4yr old looks forward to visiting them. As we plan to keep taking her to Bridgeland Crossing, I expect her life experience with the dentist will be better than mine

I've been going to this clinic for a few years now and I'm always pleased with how thorough my cleanings are. I have some teeth sensitivity and my hygienists are always mindful of accommodating me.

I’ve been getting regular cleaning at Bridgeland Dental and they’re great! I love the technology that’s used to keep track of/maintain the health of my teeth. Also got Invisalign with Wally and that was a wonderful experience. Loving my smile!
