Simply incredible work from Dr Hankins. Over the last few years I lost a precious 3 inches in height and developed a hunchback. I’m already short, so those inches matter to me desperately!

In a matter of about 6 consistent visits over 4 weeks, I regained 2 inches - TWO WHOLE INCHES! I know this for a fact because I was recently measured at the doctors and when I learned that these treatments will decompress your spine and you will straighten out and regain some of your lost height, I excitedly started measuring my height again and wondered if it was true. I thought I’d be fortunate to see a small change. I was in ABSOLUTE disbelief when my husband measured me. Two. Whole. Inches. I had regained that height back so fast, that the change in my perspective was actually noticeable; when I was at my kitchen sink doing dishes, I really felt taller, because I was seeing more, and I even now see over the top of my multi-tiered fruit basket on the counter where I couldn’t see over the top of it before.

Then yesterday I looked at my profile in the bathroom mirror to check my hair, fully expecting to see the usual humpback on my upper back that is a source of embarrassment for me, and to my great surprise, it wasn’t even noticeable. Before this, I had tried to stand straight as hard and tall as I could but I was still hunchbacked and so upset about it. Losing the height and developing the hunchback was something that happened gradually over the last 10 years. Now you couldn’t even tell I had this issue.

I was always planning to leave a good review but what’s prompted me to write this sitting in his parking lot of his clinic right now? I noticed that my car driver’s seat has been too high because I’m sitting taller and now I need to adjust the seat lower!

I just don’t know what to say but thank you Dr Hankins! Also has a great team of staff, friendly, polite. They have a therapeutic massage place as well that does amazing work.

Can’t say enough about Dr Hankins and his clinic.

Lastly, it’s affordable particularly if you have work benefits. Use them here and grow taller!

(PS, I’m no athlete of any kind, I simply came here because my neck and back aches like most people’s. I’m a sedentary overweight person with no athletic ability or history, with nagging health troubles. You don’t have to be an athlete to come here. He works on anyone of any background. There’s also another few experts here who are excellent from what I hear but I was treated by Dr Christopher Hankins).

Amazing staff, front of house team is so supportive, pleasant and helpful. If you have deep trauma injuries, Dr. Hankins and Dr. Hiles are the winning combo to give your quality of life back. I am so grateful for how much they have healed structural and soft tissue issues that have been plaguing me for years! Major improvement!

Chris Andersen is really amazing. He took the time to educate me and talked to me like I was a human. He is very skilled and really knows his stuff. The ladies are lovely. The one reception talks to you like you’re stupid but that could just be her personality and don’t take it personally. Overall very good experience.

A friend had recommended this place, as I was looking for a new massage therapist. I called today and had the unfortunate experience of a rude receptionist. After the phone call, I was taken aback by how that phone call went. And I canceled my appt having never had the opportunity to try the massage that my friend recommended (which is too bad for the massage therapist missing out on a new client). "0" stars for the phone call interaction. That really left a bad taste for me, and I will not spend my hard earned $ at a business that has a rude receptionist.

Lyndsey Haley is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She intuitively finds each and every knot, and releases all of the tense spots. I have noticed a huge difference in my quality of life since I began seeing her (my posture is better, I am more active again, and she gives me relief from my intense chronic pain). She has always been punctual, pleasant, and powerful. Lyndsey Haley is a magical healer.
All of the front desk staff at Bridgeland sport and spine are consistently lovely and helpful also.

Carolyn Hiles is the best physiotherapist I have ever worked with. She has helped me through multiple different health issues, and I followed her here to Bridgeland when I found out she changed clinics. Admin staff are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate that there is free parking.

Dr. Anderson was very professional, kind and took his time to listen to what my problems were and figured how to best help me right away, options were provided and explained to me. The front reception team was very kind and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic.
