Bridlewood Children Centre

My daughter loves going here. She always gets excited for daycare days and loves the activities they do. I appreciate all the outdoor time they give the children along with an abundance of creative crafting and reading a variety of books. My daughter has learned so much here, she has just turned 3 and she knows her ABCs and can count to 10, they have reinforced good hygiene habits and they provide good meals. The teachers and owners are very lovely and understanding. They use an app to provide updates and photos of the children doing activities throughout the day. My son who was just born will be going here also. We couldn't have asked for a better child care experience. It means a lot to my husband and I that we can confidently trust in the care of our daughter and soon our son at this wonderful center.

Our two children attended the centre for the last 3-4 years. The teachers, director and owners have been so kind and reliable. The children were always happy to go in the morning and learned so much socially and from all the activities. They have a great set-up with indoor and outdoor play areas, and being near parks and a quiet community area to go for walks. We are so thankful for this daycare in providing wonderful care for our kids.

Inquired multiple times about a wait list for my son come the new year. Received no response after multiple inquiries. Called twice before I was told he could not be accepted because he would be to old (turning 5) despite not starting Kindergarten till the fall. It appears the best method to getting a response is posting a poor review. To be fair I cant comment on their care or ability as daycare providers, but it appears they have no interest in being one for any of my kids.

Was given a huge opportunity to have my practicum placement at Bridlewood Children's Centre and was able to see first hand the amazing work ethic within their daycare. The educators and directors of the daycare are all very hands-on with the children, treating them like family and are extremely kind and welcoming. Throughout my time at Bridlewood Children's Centre I saw how much all the staff members valued and respected each individual child, and becoming their second parents at the daycare. I absolutely love Bridlewood Children's Centre and would highly recommend this daycare to all the parents out there!

Bridlewood children centre is a day Care that includes very caring childhood educators. I have found a home away from home for my daughter. Their tremendous work is highly praised my our family. The management team is very flexible and very accommodating. I cannot thank miss Lisa for taking care of Luniva.

I really love Bridelewood Children Centre. My little son was there for the last 2 years and they really did a great job with him. All the stuff are Amazing, Professional, kind and they are like a family to the kids at the day care.

This is a wonderful daycare. The staff are all fantastic and very experienced. The director and owners are all approachable and personable. Thank you - our kids are lucky to have a nurturing, fun and educational environment every day.

My son has been at this day care since he was a baby. He is now almost 5. The staff are kind and caring. They really go above and beyond. This day care is like a second home for us. Its warm and inviting. Every staff member has been kind, understanding, supportive and fun! I highly recommend this daycare. They provide education, nutritious food, outdoor activities and most of all a safe and trustworthy environment for your child!

Both my kids went to Bridlewood children centre. Staff is very professional, supportive and helpful. My kids attended it before and during COVID times; all the protocols were followed at their best.

My daughter has been going to Bridlewood Children Centre since she was 15 months old and she absolutely loves this place. My spouse and I were very much worried about selecting a daycare which provides the best service to our daughter, but all our worries were gone as my daughter got settled very quickly.
This is a safe and reliable daycare with amazing and caring staff and age appropriate fun activities for children. They make crafts, they play outside and are given the opportunity to learn. Along with the day to day activities, they are always doing crafts and special things around the holidays for the kids/parents (Christmas, Easter egg hunt, Valentine’s, etc).
In addition, healthy foods are provided everyday along with nutritious and varied snacks in between. The space is clean, tidy and comfortable.
I also love the fact that daily reports are sent out over a phone app making it easy to check on the kids each day.
Another positive point is that the owners Mr. Reza Ghomi and his wife Mrs. Forouz are always involved with the children and it is truly a familial atmosphere the children are surrounded by.
I really appreciate for making my daughter so comfortable and happy and absolutely recommend this daycare.

I was asked to write a brief testimonial for the management and staff of this centre, but I was delayed and I apologise for that. I believe you should bring your children to this place for several reasons:

1. Overall. It's is a bright, clean and friendly environment where your children will be safe, and treated with the utmost kindness. Reza and Farouz (the ownership team) set the highest standards for all aspects of their operation and I never worried for even a moment when my children were in their care. The staff communicate well, the environment is pleasant and structured and my children grew in every respect while there.

2. Value for money/Administration. The cost of the care was very competitive, and given its quality, a bargain. I found the management to be flexible around unusual situations (children being out of care for holidays etc). I also found the overall managerial strategy to be professional and it adapted well to covid and other challenges.

In short, this is a nice, well run facility that will care for your children in a warm, multicultural environment and which will lower your stress levels and do so at a competitive rate. I can't recommend them enough, and urge you to consider them for your childcare needs.

If I could give a zero I would!

I have a special needs child that was able to have a full-time 1 on 1 aide incase they needed more help managing him. He has severe hearing loss and ADHD. Not only did they refuse the 1 on 1 aide. They kicked him out after two days, not when we picked him up the day before, but as we were dropping him off in the morning. So he was excited to go play and then we had to take him home.

As if having a special needs child isn't hard enough, thank you bridlewood for making life even harder.

They accepted him knowing he was special needs, now I have to find a new daycare, fill out all the paperwork again and basically at square one.

Completely disappointed in the professionalism and ESPECIALLY the compassion they should have for children.

DO not recommend them AT ALL!
