A year ago I needed a dental clearance in order to proceed with hip surgery so I went to Bright Dental. I have had a serious gag reflex meaning I hated going to any dentist for anything. Over the past year, with cleaning, a bridge and a few other things, the staff at Bright Dental have more or less helped me get through all of that and I now have almost zero issues with gag reflex. I drive 6 hrs one way to continue to have this dental team facilitate my oral care, that alone should speak to the level of service and dedication of the team members to provide amazing service. You won't find a better dentist IMO or team of staff that strive to provide great service while mitigating any fears or anxieties related to dentistry.
Do yourself a favor if you're needing a dentist, hygienist or care coordinator to keep your teeth the absolute best they can be.

I was recommended to Bright Dental by two different people over the course of a few years, and am glad I went to see Dr Frank and his great staff. On our first meeting dignosed why I suffered for over 20 years with tension headaches, clenching and teeth grinding with the unfortunate results of cracked and worn down molars. My bite and bottom jaw placement was off orthodonticaly and he suggested Invisalign to adjust my bite and allow my bottom jaw to come forward. By the second or third tray of Invisalign use I was already headache-free, and by the 10th tray my grinding and clenching had stopped. The Invisalign crew at the office were superb throughout the treatment process; professional and caring, very knowledgeable about the process and quick to answer my questions along the way. I am so happy with my results!

Great staff & Dr's. Make you feel comfortable, constantly checking to see how you are doing at time of procedure. Very professional, friendly & helpful.

Best Dental place in the Edmonton area. Staff are wonderful. Frank is a class act in the office and off it.

Hygienists are great & front desk ladies are amazing.
I had Dylan for a root canal that went very smoothly and I was so happy with how gentle he was.

Sadly when Dylan left, my boyfriend, his mother and I all had horrible experiences here. Frank really messed my mouth up! I have never felt so much pain getting fillings done in my life. The root canal hurt less! I also left with blood on my face which they didn’t seem was fit to tell me about. That’s whatever.

My mouth took weeks to heal before I could eat hard food- I went to a different dentist after and now found out 2 of the fillings on 2 different teeth didn’t bond properly. It feels so pointless to have gone through that much trauma and my mouth feels WORSE than it did with 6 cavities. I sincerely regret letting him near my teeth, I have beat myself up so much over this.

It’s been months & I still cannot eat on my left side at all without severe pain, and now have to pay out of pocket to get them fixed somewhere else, but I truly can’t afford it because Frank really took all my money & insurance does not cover fillings done on the same tooth. He will overcharge your insurance if you are silly like me.

My boyfriend actually had to get a tooth pulled somewhere else AFTER having 2 fillings in the same spot from Frank that also did not bond. He never got his money back from the $200+ filling. I wasted $400+ here for extremely unsatisfactory work and trauma.

Frank is very rough, negligent, arrogant & the weird creepy jokes were just another thing. Do not waste your money here like we did. I am so sad I ever trusted him at all and this experience has permanently changed my perspective on dentists.

I hope this helps someone. Please go somewhere else! All of it was just so traumatic, stressful, expensive and disheartening. I truly feel like he scammed me and I will be talking to my insurance company.

If you have had a bad experience with getting cavities filled by Frank it would be nice to hear more people speak up so we can prevent this from happening any longer. I am just not sure where the good reviews are coming from when we all had such a negative experience.

Erin is a great hygienist! She is so positive, friendly and professional. It is always pleasure to have her as my hygienist!

My children are confident going to the dentist because they trust Frank, and they love their hygienists. While I still have fears from my past experiences with other dentists, I always feel safe with all the staff there; they are always aware of my fears and do great work while still considering my stress levels.

I've been having migraines since I was 7 years old daily and got worse as I got older. Last year I started coming to see Dr Frank. He suggested Invisalign and I did. The best thing I ever did. It's stopped my migraines altogether.its been almost one year since I had a migraines not even a headache. Thank you to you all that works here.

My first appt at Bright Dental and I was impressed! Equipment was very state of the art and Dr. Neves and staff were very friendly and explained each procedure with great care and detail.

Ive been going for a couple years at this point, I’ve just started bringing my kids.we’ve had no issues with any staff or treatments during our visits. The majority of the hygienists are extremely kind, both Dentists I’ve met are amazing, easy to talk to especially about worries (this was a huge issue I’ve had with other dentist in the past). Comforting to know they remember what you’ve told them during the last visit. Honestly I could write lots more, I’ve recommended this place and will continue to do so?

I dealt with Bright Dental for my new Dental appliance. They were fantastic with fitting me up for the new Plantera. I am getting lots of REM and Deep Sleep. This is my third dental appliance and the Plantera is by far the best I have ever had. Carly was awesome to deal with and can’t thank her enough. I have been going here for years and I can honestly say every visit has been exceptional. The staff is so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Went in for a tooth that's been dealt with twice elsewhere. Frank, Mac, and an intern took care of me. The intern did a decent job of rigging up that dental damn program on the first go. Rest of 'em got the job done and managed concerns well. They're a fun crew and made a lousy procedure better. Face doesn't feel jacked up or anything. Front end was flexible in dealing with an emerging problem. This is a well-managed and well-staffed clinic. Frank ain't bad looking, but ain't my type either.

I did not find the negative reviews consistent with my experience in any way.

The very best dentist and dental office in the Edmonton/ St Albert area by far. The staff is always friendly and professional, with your comfort always in mind.
Staff are continually training in the most up to date procedures and equipment.
Alternatives available for those with anxiety towards medical procedures.
I will recommend them to anyone!

If you like going to the dentist this is a great dental facility. IF you don’t like going to the dentist then this is even better. Really good care, excellent staff, and discomfort free! I highly recommend!

Having bad dental anxiety coming to this clinic made me feel at ease. I spoke to Ashley on the phone to book my first appointment and she was very throughout in explaining what my first visit would look like. When I came into the clinic everybody was very patient and kind. I would recommend this office to anybody who is worried about getting their dental health back on track
