I arrived with an issue that required a tooth extraction. I arrived less than an hr before closing hoping to get in before Christmas. They were able to get me in right away and fixed me up. Great service, great staff. Very professional and caring for my well being not wanting me to be uncomfortable longer than necessary. Thank you so much.

I usually hate the dentist the last 2 dentists were bad experiences Emily was friendly professional and works hard Melissa was a excellent and quick dental hygienist and Dr tan was professional to the point also this dentist office is under the dental fee guide so I'm impressed!

I was presently surprised at the service I received. After the last dentist I wasn’t optimistic that it would be good however I was taken very good care of. Thank you.

The service is not good but it really depends on who is working that day… which sucks.
They don’t care to make you comfortable, some dentists that are there like the petite girl with dark hair who does whitening was Amazing! She was so caring, always checked in when I was bleaching my teeth and gave amazing teaching about what to do that was last year. I was there not too long ago and one staff member rushed me out of the chair before I could even say thank you and ask what my next step would be. She had my stuff in her hand and just rushed me out of the room, I felt disrespected. They gossip about the people they are servicing and the atmosphere is not very genuine. I wish I could switch to a different dental place but it would be too much of a hassle.

They are just amazingly friendly and understanding of all patients. They make you feel comfortable and not judged, it is quick, efficient and I would 100% recommend going to see dentist Danny Tan!

Lynn the dental hygienist is amazing. 10/10! She is the best. She is gentle and kind. She made me feel comfortable during the appointment.
My teeth always feel extra clean after seeing her because she is thorough.

I had a wonderful experience here today! I booked my appointment late last week, got in today after work, and I was out in less than 45 minutes for a tooth extraction! Dr. Lam and his team are incredible, he made me feel super comfortable (I'm a nervous wreck at the dentist) and just has a wonderful way of speaking to people. The receptionists were also just great, very helpful, positive and you could just tell they enjoyed their jobs. 10/10 Dental office, and I'll be recommending them to friends and family:)

They clean my teeth better than I can myself. Way, way, way better than the guy on Little Shop of Horrors.

I originally had gone here years ago and had a bad experience. Under new ownership I was very pleased.

Danny Tam, the Dentist was excellent, not pushy and did not try to sell me on anything, just explained to me I needed to floss more. He was patient and sociable.

Jordyn the Assistant was great, she was friendly and social and took excellent x rays.

The Hygienist Linh was great and i felt no discomfort from the cleaning.

Pricing is in line with most dentists, expensive but fine if you have benefits.

Great service from booking to the dental work everyone made me feel at ease was as always a great experience for a dentist haha

I’m very thankful to have been accepted as a client after my former Dentist closed. It’s the first time I have felt like I am offered honest options for dental work and no pressure to accept just one but I feel free to choose the option I feel comfortable with.

Everyone here seem to have a great attitude and very pleasant.
After a 2 year break from dental work due to health I was in for dental work, Dr Dan and staff were fantastic, not often a person gets to laugh at the Dentist office.

Very professional and courteous. They treat you like friend/person and not just a patient. The cleaning was thorough yet not painful in the slightest.

I just had my first visit today and it was incredible, I can talk about it the whole time i did cleaning and a full check up my hygienist was amazing I forgot her name but her hand was amazing, usually when i do cleaning i just got so uncomfortable and has a little pain and it feels my gums are open from the builds up. Im so happy i about my choice. And after all the place just gives you that happiness smile. Thank you, I’m so happy ️️️

Very good visit. LYNN and I discussed issues that I had questions about. I had no problems of sensitivity during my cleaning due to Lynn's skill.

After not going to dentist for long time because of fear i just want to say that i have never been more comfortable with Dr Danny Tan and Kailey at the britnell location. If you haven't gone to dentist for any reason because of fear or put off, i highly recommend you go see this amazing team. I have never felt more comfortable and having a great experience.this team doesn't make you feel bad but makes you feel that everything will be ok and guides you through the entire process. I am beyond grateful i found this team that i can be confident to go see long term now and know that will be looked after.

They saw me for an emergency trauma visit. There was no rush, or pushing me to perform expensive procedures. They educated me on my possible options and we’re willing to go at my pace.

Excellent experience I been with a Couple dentist now in the city and it was awful services, I came here and is been amazing I had a root canal with doctor Tann they did a great job then I came back for a cleaning amd was amazing and painless. The best clinic in the city

We’re new in the area and I find britnell dental so we decide to try this dental clinic so far we didn’t regret going here, my 2 sons love and enjoyed the dentist, staff and the clinic was nice.

Professional and friendly staff. I haven't been to a dental clinic for a while partially due to Covid but also due to my unpleasant experience with a dentist in the past. However everybody here seems to genuinely care about their patients and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!

Really awesome sweet people that work there. Going back to them and will continue to go to them.

I had a very nice experience at the Brintnell location. The front ladies were efficient and made me feel welcome. Had been having problems with an infected tooth and Dr Danny Tan was willing to do an extraction immediately even though I didn't have a prior appointment for that. Also he made me feel very relaxed and made the procedure bearable. He talked me through it and made me comfortable and the lady who assisted him was also super nice and held my hand through the procedure seeing how very scared I was. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

Went for a cleaning and check up.
Linh, the hygienist, was so gentle and my teeth felt so good after! I almost had a nap while getting my cleaning lol.
Dr. Tra explained my proposed treatment very well and made me feel very comfortable!
The office is very clean and modern. Will definitely be going back.

My temporary Crown fell off on a Friday night and the sensitivity was unbearable. My regular dentist was closed for the weekend and Brintnell dental was able to take me in on extremely short notice to have it re-cemented. Dr. TRA was super personable and dealt with the crown and answered other dental related questions. Her knowledge and upbeat personality made this trip to the dentist an enjoyable one.

Dr. Nanda was awesome and patience while dealing with feelings.
Receptionist (Inder) was awesome with the customer service and providing the right information.

Dr. Tra is fabulous! I have intense dental anxiety and she always makes me feel at ease within moments of speaking to her. She doesn't rush the appointment, is thorough and listens to all concerns, could not recommend the clinic enough.

I went in for a chipped tooth. Inder was really friendly and helped me with the Insaurance issues as well. Dr. Nanda was really great at explaining and making sure I was comfortable:)

Brintnell Dental offers appointment booking via text message for convenience. The dentists are very friendly and give thorough explanations and a variety of treatment options each visit. Hygienist Lynn is amazing. She is so gentle and really takes the time to get to know her patients. The office is very clean as well.overall this facility is my favourite for dental work

Dr. Tra and her assistant Lily did such an amazing job. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. They explained everything at the check up and made sure I understood everything. The procedure was painless and enjoyable. I look forward to returning to this office and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist to go to.

Really great team. I enjoy my time there and am especially impressed with not just the fact they follow Alberta guideline, but they haven’t tried to up sell me. They just get in and do the job and send you home feeling happy. Im glad I chose this team as im confident im getting honest value with no %*^~ surprises. Lol

Everyone there is so friendly it was a great experience not to mention they are open late I would highly recommend! They pulled my wisdom teeth out in 5-10 min and I was in my way!
