Brio is amazing. Abby is a firecracker and makes me feel like a million bucks every time she does my nails. Shawnice is a master with her scissors and she is so easy to talk to. The pampering at Brio is fantastic!

I 100% promise that you won't be disappointed in any service you book with anyone of these beautiful souls. From the moment I walk in they greet you by your first name. You are seated then has you briefly go over your concerns you can tell the truly listening to you. You get a nice head and scalp as well shoulder message. Preparing for a nice relaxing hair cut. Honestly I come just for this. Even if your getting a colour or something that takes more time you'll be given a wonderful lady who'll come sit with you and give you a hand message. It's all good. Another service I come ones every month and a half is a pedicure. Same with this service they provide you with smell therapy with essential oils. Nice glass of wine and or a little cheese and meat board. This experience is just perfect at the end of a long week. I highly recommend going with a friend or hey hit me up I'm down any time for any service. Thank all of you beautiful souls who work there. You all bring something beautiful to this company.

Most relaxing hair cut and style! Jennae did a great job with my hair. A scalp relaxation massage, massage chair while having your hair washed and conditioned, and the product she used was really nice. It smelled great, and made my hair feel great too. I have thinner hair, natural ash blonde color with a little "sparkle" blending in, and the choppy layers she did gave my hair some bounce and body. I recommend Jennae if you're looking for a great cut and style. Thank you, Jennae!

Awesome Spa day! I have to say that this has been hands down my favourite spa experience ever! From a warm greeting to the beautiful detail throughout the spa, everything was perfect!

Steph was my absolute highlight. We had the most lovely chat during my facial, followed by a quiet and relaxing massage. It was just what I needed to fill my cup and the pricing for the services was more than reasonable.

Had a fantastic time today at Brio, Steph & Shelby were fantastic. Shelby did an amazing foot massage and I love my toe polish! I will absolutely be back, thank you so much!

Went for eye brow shaping (via waxing), came back with a scar (skin -pealed off) under one of them and the other one shorter than the other one.

Choose this place bc of the great reviews. I have long hair & had many bad experiences at other salons where they cut off several more inches than I asked. I asked the hairdresser what she thought would suit me, and I trusted her and it turned out great. I got some layers and bangs. I appreciated her communication at the beginning of the appointment. I can’t remember the hairdressers name, but she was great, and I am sure everyone in this salon is fantastic as well. A small thing I appreciated is that I don’t love talking and I assume she could tell, so she didn’t force any conversation. You’ll have a good experience here:)

This was my first time at Brio, usually I go to the hair school for my hair services because I walk out of there happy every single time, my colour, my cuts…. They are always perfect. I was given a gift card for Brio so I decided to utilize it and try this place out as I have heard so many great things about it. All the Staff from the time I called, until the time I departed were extremely friendly. They started with a scalp massage which was relaxing and the stylist asked me what it was I was looking for. I explained how stubborn my hair is and how much red and yellow it pulls, after all I walked in with blonde hair that was basically golden yellow, and that I wanted really ashy cool tones, mixed with a darker dirty blonde (which is my natural colour). I even showed her a picture and she said absolutely this can be done. So I was extremely excited to finally be rid of the brassy hair I was currently stuck with. To my disappointment though my hair barely looks any different then it did when I walked in. She basically placed high lights and low lights over my existing hair, and it is all still golden (nothing cool or ashy in my hair) it just looks like 3 different warm mixes. It cost me $220.00 for hair colour that looks the same, even when I provided a picture. I have never paid for a hair service that was that expensive to come out no different. Then she told me I had to come back in 3-4 months for another full head of foils and it should be more ashy? 440.00 is what you are saying it will cost me for cool ash blonde hair…. I was already blonde when I walked in. I dont think so. I will go back to Purely Inspired this was a complete waste of money. Sorry, I hate leaving bad reviews but at that cost to look the same no thanks.

Had my hair cut and colored with some streaks, absolutely love it! Then to top it off, the total cost was less than I would have expected.i would definitely recommend Brio Salon and spa, I will definitely be going back!

I just got my hair cut from Dani. If she was a wizard she would be Dumbledore, the greatest wizard to ever live. Brandishing a shear wand of pewter, majesty erupting from her fingertips like wizard fire, scorching away my impurities and forging me in to the hottest dumptruck of a man I have ever looked. That being said, if this haircut doesn't land me a wife within 7 days then Ima return my hair. My entire love life hinges on the success of this haircut due to my severe desparity of personality or charm. I have high hopes for this haircut as Dani is an absolute UNIT at her craft but I have the uncanny ability to overshadow even the hottest of haircuts with the cringiest of rizz. Praise be Dani, the headmaster of Hogwarts. 7 days. Will report back. Amen. Buhbuyee.

In the salon the experience was good, the outcome not so much.
I was assured multiple times that the hairdresser could work with naturally curly hair, which clearly was not the case.
As soon as I had to style my hair on my own (a week later) that’s when I noticed the cut was completely uneven. I really tried working with it, but no matter how I tried to style it (natural, curly, straight, crimped, etc.), it still looks like I have multiple hair cuts on my head.
I have a shoulder injury (which I informed the hairdresser) so styling it daily is not ideal for me.
This was my first hair cut in Years and this definitely wrecked the whole experience for me.

Just moved to Lethbridge and the anxiety of finding a new hairdresser is real. Thank you to the wonderful front staff for getting me an appointment right away, and thank you to Blaire for doing a wonderful job! I love my hair. The products she used actually kept curls in my thick, ridiculously straight hair. I'll be back! ️

Sadie cuts my daughter’s hair and she is wonderful. Great with kids and provides lots of ideas and such to make a haircut fun for a little kid. Brio on the whole is a nice salon, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is nice.

They are very professional and accommodating. I love the aveda products and the atmosphere is very nice and clean.

Olivia always does such an amazing job with my hair. I always walk out with a smile on my face and feeling so much more confident with my hair. She works miracles. I would 100% recommend her and Brio Salon to anyone.

I had the most amazing experience at this salon. I booked in with Dallyn, who was professional, clean, and friendly. I went in with super damaged hair and came out feeling beautiful. It is worth paying the extra money to come here!

This place is so amazing from the second I walked in the door and Rain was so friendly and welcoming to Emily’s incredible job fixing my ugly hair - this place is awesome - the hair washing seats massage you! So awesome I will definitely be coming back.

Horrible experience. Got my hair done and immediately felt sick and extreme anxiety. The stylist used toner on me that was way to strong I ended up sick for 4 weeks. I will never go back I would not recommend brio salon to anyone. And on top of that she bleached one side way more than the other side now I have a giant streak that sticks out. As she was finishing up she seemed to be in a rush and didn’t care about being gentle on my hair but instead brushed fast and tugged so much! What a horrible experience!

I always enjoy my experience at BRIO. My hair has never been in better condition, and the Aveda product line does amazing things for it.

The service and the people here are great. But I got a lash lift here (my first one which I was nervous about) and it ended up not great. I followed all of the post care instructions to a T and they still ended Up curled all the way back to my eyelid and crunchy. Now I’m stuck with these weird looking lashes on my face for 4-8 weeks and no amount of brushing them has helped. They did offer to fix them which was nice, but didn’t do any research and said they had never had this issue before. The results still didn’t improve unfortunately.

I love my appointments at Brio. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The salon is beautiful. Jordan does an amazing job with my cut and color. I always leave feeling fantastic and looking forward to my next visit.

Really enjoy this salon. Lovely front desk staff and have had great cut and color experiences with two different stylists. Excellent salon space and equipment.

I have made multiple appointments at brio salon. One thing positive is they do have excellent customer service. But every time I’ve been there I have been overcharged for my services. I had used a gift card I had received for 3 services. When I went to use it, they told me I had to pay $150 on top of my gift card which was really unexpected. I just feel like the service isn’t worth the ridiculous price.

Madison has this way of using hair as a medium to foster conversation and be an encouragement and voice of reason while she does it. She also inspires confidence by not only giving people gorgeous hair, but making them feel comfortable, safe, and at home in her chair.and then giving them both the physical confidence boost they need, and all the emotional love in the world that just makes a girl want to go out and rock it. So thankful to have found Brio, and Madison!
