Excellent service, spacious apartments, I was given maximum attention from the first minute. I am very pleased that the office is nearby. The office manager knows his job and gave us maximum attention and assistance in preparing all the necessary documents.

My family was fortunate to have one of the nicest units at Broadmoor. My favorite thing about our apartment is its quietness, especially since I have a baby, and its proximity to the leasing office. This unit looks clean and spacious because the walls are painted white. Our neighborhood is quite, peaceful, and safe, which is perfect for a young family like ours. It is also conveniently located near WEM. Additionally, Rachana is a very responsive and pleasant property manager.

It is great affordable place to live. Rachana is a awesome property manager. She respond to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and also like a family member. Who conducts lot of activities for members that make happiness

I really love living here at broodmoor, my suite looks great. And most of my neighbors are pretty awesome. I like the sense of community that I have found so far. And I look forward to getting to know my neighbors even better. My landlord is AWESOME. She is such a sweetheart. She is receptive to all issues that you bring to her, and she does her best to do her job to her fullest, I love living here

The apartments are really very good looks like 5 start hotel service is also very much better from other apartments

It's a nice place to live. They are conducting lots of events and activities for residents. Rachana, as a property manager very friendly and also responsive for our questions and concerns.

I visited the place to collect food from a friend. Location is awesome and nicely kept community

Rachana as a property manager has been amazing the whole 3 years I’ve lived here, had no issues, always took care of things if anything need to be fixed etc. Super accommodating staff must say.
Definitely recommend!

1. Mice infested. The place has holes everywhere and they dont care to fix them. We had to deal with mice for a year.
2. On-site maintenance is terrible. They not only don't care about fixing things, but also not care about endangering people. During a cold snap the lack of maintenance of the backdoor created a draft. This led to the living room to be below safe temperature and instead of fixing it, they GAVE US DUCT TAPE TO SEAL OURSELVES IN. Which made the backdoor and yard unusable for a few weeks.
3. They refuse to insulate the hot water pipes that run through the unit so the main bedroom reached up to 35 degrees and we had to run the AC until November. Costing us more money in utilities.

Overall, unit is unlivable and they don't care enough to fix it. Until they get a proper maintenance crew, stay away from this place.
