Can’t really express my full gratitude, however taking that first step and talking to someone and getting back control of my financial situation lifts huge weights off my shoulders.thank you to the bromwich&smith team for making the process smooth, would highly recommend anyone who needs help with debt to give you a call there are many options out there that don’t have to be totally negative.

I have had a working with this company for 5 years.
5 years ago when everything was being figured out I was treated with respect, given advice far beyond the corporate norm. Was told what to do and how best to go about the situation I was in.

Even when times were tough throughout I was treated well and had every chance at being properly informed.

5 years later I’ve finally come to the end of my attachment to this company and I continue to have the best to say. I called just to get information on how it will all work and I got nothing but the best, I was well informed, made a plan with my advisor, and have a wonderful new future outlook that is in part thanks to my advisor at Bromwich+Smith. Props to Cheska who was not my advisor, but answered all my questions and made me happy and confident to finish my proposal and be confident in my future financial goals going forward

Before I put in my application for consumer proposal, I was honestly terrified and nervous about the stigma that often comes with it. I knew I needed help l, but it felt like there was going to be so much shame and judgement.

Peter, Eugene, and the folks and Bromwich+Smith, however, made me feel understood and respected. They showed empathy when hearing my story and helping walk me through the process. There was no judgement, there was no shame. Just kindness and honest, sincere care.

Very friendly and professional Farah Kara and the rest of the team that assisted me were amazing.

Great at the start horrible in the end. I called them asking why they hadnt filled my taxes yet and they told me that i had to file due to self employment so i finally filled and they also filled. And then i was supposed to get my working income benefit and they took that as well. Im a single mom struggling and was really looking forward to that money to help me. But instead they are taking everything i have. I only owed 7000 in debt and so far they took 6500. Such a joke company would not recommend so not happy with the outcome

It was a very good experience, the team did a very good job. They were courteous and pleasant through the whole process.

John Lee was very knowledgeable, was great to talk to and very helpful. He was not able to help me for what I needed but steered me into another direction that would help and perhaps be better in the long run.

I suggest you do the research and make sure you ask questions before going forward with this option. They were amazing to me when they were convincing me to go with their company. After wards the “kindness” and “support” was non existent. I called once to ask questions, the gentleman assigned to my case didn’t realize he put me on hold and I heard saying bad things about me. When I tried to address it he hung up on me. I then tried reporting it to manager who dismissed my concerns. After that I decided to not follow thru with them and they refused to refund over 1000 dollars they already took from me (all of which was not put towards my creditors) they called it “fees”. They actually have to collect over 3000 dollars of your money before they even start paying your creditors! The first 3000 is theirs. It’s better to work with your creditors yourself! THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER FOR YOU! Trust me as a single mother of 3 I learned this the hard way.

John was very courteous, and professional. He was very knowledgeable with any questions I had and it was a pleasure working with him!
