We chose Brookfield to purchase our brand new home and it's been an incredible journey. Even after the possession day, the assistance we have from the crew in Riverstone (Calgary, AB) has been above and beyond. I have nothing to say but positive things about Brookfield Residential. You can definitely trust them!

I am just not giving them 5 starts because they do need to revisit their providers list - Kingswood is not good at all.

Our family has just finalized the purchase of our new home with Brookfield and we are very excited to take possession next year!

Buying a home is never a "bump-free" process, but the reason why this review is 5 stars is that every bump we experienced was both professionally and cooperatively resolved. Luc was great to work with especially when picking the preliminary structural/electrical options in the home. He understands the important things and cares about the product he is providing. A week into our Brookfield home ownership and we can't be happier with the quality of our home. For anyone shopping around for a newly built home, we *highly* recommend stopping by the Brookfield Cranston showhome and sitting down with Luc and Troy.

Beautiful show home. Lovely staff who are informative, helpful and very kind. Walked buyers through the process of building a home with ease and reassurance.

Luc & Troy have been absolutely fantastic to deal with, their attention to detail & responsiveness to questions have made our home buying experience quite smooth, without their knowledge and expertise we would of considered building with a different builder.
