Sorry for coming into your store and asking for help? Went in asking for a wallet and all I got was the sense I was inconveniencing the person working. What a joke of a store, never going back.

I had a great experience putting an item on hold as Brooklyn Clothing processed my exchange. The selection is excellent since they carry so many Japanese and American brands most stores do not carry in Canada, let alone Alberta.

For people complaining about price, you are shopping at the wrong store. If you want to buy $80 jeans - check out the Cross Iron Outlet Mall.

Great clothing store in Calgary, probably the best for quality streetwear in the city with a wide selection. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Beware that their return policy is brutal before buying anything. Their return policy is 7 days (which is too short to begin with) and only offers in store credit. It's not on the receipt and you aren't even told at the counter which you think would be the least they could do. I've shopped here a few times before and no one has ever mentioned the policy to me just so I was even aware. The first time I decide to take anything back I'm told it's in store credit only, would have been nice to know so I was aware before purchasing. Now I have credit that who knows when I'll use while I wait for something that I want to buy to be stocked in my size. When I do that will be the last purchase I make at Brooklyn. I'll stick to places like SSENSE with better selection and an actual full return policy, or keep buying direct from the brands I like which also have a full return policy.

Amazing store. It's definitely worth checking out. They have some nice original pieces.

I think it’s overpriced. The jeans looks great, but the quality is great, but is not top notch. The jeans is thin around the knots and the knots feel like metal but kinda weak metal. Feels like they saved some money on the details. But the cut is great, atmosphere is great, people are great. Just go to Europe for the same experience and half the price or better… such stores are normal there. Here the exception.

October 2022, mask required. Btw, this shop is not what it has been in the past, prices remain but quality decreased significantly. Owned by typical pandemic people.

Hipster staff wouldn't acknowledge me until they saw I didn't have a mask on (the guy working wasn't wearing one until he came over to shame me). At this stage in the game they are the only business that still mask shame.over priced denims and unfriendly staff. Not sure how they have kept their doors open this long. Ugh

Just had a great visit here, out of town visiting from Vancouver and had my eyes on some ironheart denim, the gentleman here (sorry didn’t get your name!) was super knowledgeable of the cuts and how sizing works with the brand. Ended up scooping some killer jeans, thanks again!

Really still on the mask thing nearly 2 years after everywhere else dropped it? Do the staff smell really bad or something?

Made a purchase from Brooklyn Clothing Company. Ended up needing customer service, due to no fault of the store whatsoever. They went well above what one would expect these days, to make sure that I didn’t get the short end of the stick. And as a result, they earned my respect, and my future purchases. If you want to be valued as a customer, this is the place.

I purchased a pair of Rogue Territory Infantry Pants from this store. The purchase was online. They delivered the item from Canada to Illinois in 3 business days. Pants are perfect.

This store seems similar to my local denim shop in Chicago. I would definitely shop here more if I lived in Calgary.
