Moved here 15 months ago and the complex manager Kim is amazing and on top of everything complex is maintained very well couldn't wish for a better area to live in

Great place for family. Units are very clean and office is very quick and dealing with home issues. They really place a lot of efforts in having everything taken care off especially for winter. Roads are clean.

I had some famy stiff happen and was in another bordwalk place I came to look at Brookside Kim was the lady that took care of me she is the manager so sweet nice and professional it's been a time for me and all I can say is Kim from Brookside Terrace is a angle worked with me to get this all set up I am looking forward to my new home here all my experiences with bordwalk have been amazing I was at towerhill brefiely as well. Brookside I have to say was clean and very open lay out is wonderful and hits all the marks.again thanks Kim for your time and attention you are wonderful sinerly tage

Great location that is very accommodating for pets. We've lived here for two years and maintenance visits are quick and painless. They also just got Telus fibre installed and I'm using Gigabit internet now which is great. Would highly recommend.

Its being fun living in a Townhouse in Brookside Terrace NW, my children love the place, the rooms are spacious good for family to live. The management is a great team, prompt to fix problems, respectful and very friendly would love to stay for few more years.

I have made Brookside Terrace my home for almost 6 years. It is a nice property. My children have enjoyed the nice green spaces to play. We recently moved from a 3 bedroom to 4 bedroom townhouse and the transfer went very well. Thank you to Kim for making that happen for us. The management and maintenance teams do a great job being prompt in responding to issues that come up.

I've been a resident of Brookside Terrace for the past six years. It is a calm and peaceful environment. The apartments are clean and affordable, and the maintenance team is prompt to fix problems. The management is exceptional, especially Kim, who is professional, respectful, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe and secure place to call home, particularly If you have children.

Brookside Terrace has been my home for the last 5 years. It is a wonderful place. The townhouse units are huge and the management is very understanding. I would have stayed forever, but we ended up buying a house!

Very professional staff to work with especially kim the manager, they always make sure the roads are cleared in the parking lot and they have nice places to live in.
