I've been trying to get my hair done for years by these people. First time I went the lady who did twists did My hair and it didn't work. I gave it a couple of years and have tried to go back as I have a wedding I needed to attend so I called today and got told oh the stylist will call you back in 10 minutes. Now I'd be understanding if this was the first encounter I've had with them but unfortunately it happens everytime. It's a shame cause the owner is a very nice guy as well as most of the barbers. But whoever you got doing braids and such is very unprofessional I won't be trying with you guys again. Be wary about being a new customer and trying this place out.

I had my haircut by someone who’s been there for 14 years, Berhane.i booked an appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early only to find out he took another cut during my appointment so I waited another 20 mins over my time, anyways. I showed a picture of my old haircut and expected him to follow my instructions.wanted to maintain length for my curls on the sides and he didn’t listen and he cut out my length which took awhile to grow. He doesn’t clean his tools or chair in between clients and he preferred to chat with his next client the whole haircut. If you don’t have curly coiled hair I would avoid this shop. Probably one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Low quality. Wasn’t blended, the top was choppy.
14 years experience is a joke!

Each time I've gone my cut has been perfect. I'm giving a courteous acknowledging when I walk in each time; in addition, it's always clean. I did not get the barber's name but the first one you see when you walk in, cuts my hair just right every time and the massage around my neck and head is awesome! I do not live in Calgary but this is a place to go to whenever I need a cut!

Some hairdresser are good, but some have no idea what they are doing. Not following instructions and always replaying back "that's what I am doing bro"

Can't even follow after showing a picture of simple haircuts and provide rushed service.

Excellent service and they cut your hair exactly as how you tell them. A positive and friendly atmosphere was there throughout the store. Fully Satisfied.

Loyal to my guy but took a chance on this spot and boy was I absolutely happy with the results. The owner was a really good man and I rate him, big up to Pablo too man is a maestor! G’looking out!

WORST PLACE TO GET A HAIRCUT PERIOD. I waited in line for my turn but 2 other people who came after me went first. Didn’t feel like I was respected enough as a customer. I gave a picture of what I wanted and ended up just getting some same haircuts they do for most guys there. I felt like the barber was doing me a huge favour for getting my haircut done by him. Didn’t care much or didn’t even ask to wash my hair. An hour later of waiting and getting my haircut I got the worst haircut I’ve had ever and the worst service from these people. Also who does E-transfer for haircuts? Seemed sketchy and also was telling me to pay me $30! NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. SAVE YOURSELF AND NOT GO HERE. WISH I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS LOL

I brought my girl here to get a colour and a cut but they completely screwed up the colour and told us to get out after they refused to fix it. Straight garbage of an establishment.

As a mom of a biracial young man.the hair has always gotten me. So glad to have found this barber shop! It's well worth the drive from Airdrie.and so affordable.

Went there to have a haircut, but no body wants to do it, i thought im just waiting in line, guess they only choose WHO they want to. Very Disappointed.

Showed up at noon on a Friday to a busy shop, these barbers are professional and focussed which saves time. Waited 10 minutes, asked for a bald fade medium high, tidy my beard and left the rest to the barber. For $35 ($40 w/ tip) this was one of the better cuts I had received in years. Was even trusted to grab cash from the 7-11 and it was my first time there. I'm ready for Hawaii and they have definitely earned a return customer next time.

This was my first time here and my experience was amazing. Customer service was great! Ted was very kind and professional. He made sure I was very comfortable, I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you once again for these services

I will never return to this place again. I came from across the city as I was told prices were reasonable and haircuts were great for kids. I called to confirm pricing and was told $15.00. My son came out looking like someone placed a bowl on his head and couldn't even trim around the bowl, as it was all uneven.then I am advised only cash and EFT. EFT to the barber, not the business, and the Barber was stone cold and completely unapproachable. I felt so uncomfortable at this place. I will add he charged me $25.00. I did not tip him, as I literally went there due to the price, and felt I was ripped off, no customer service and inconvenience and a terrible haircut. Never in my life have I ever experienced every let down possible in one place. Post your prices! They lied to get me as far as I am concerned, just to get me to come in. I might add my kid is so horrified with his haircut he didn't even want to go to school, and now I am picking him up because everyone is laughing at him! I CANT EVEN PLACE ZERO STARS!

Ted (owner) gives the best Fades in Calgary. Highly regarded and is a pillar of the community. He greets every person that walks in personally even if they are getting a haircut from another barber. Everybody who comes in says hi to Ted out of respect. I have been going here for 30 years. Wouldn’t ever think of going anywhere else!
