I stopped by browns today to grab a pair of dress shoes, but was overwhelmed by the prices - the associate and manager made sure to help me within my budget without any judgement - and I walked out a very happy customer with the shoes that they helped me find. Thank you for being great human beings!

Margret was very nice and helpful. She was very patient and friendly with positive attitude.

Super friendly lady who offered to make an attempt to clean some salt off some of my special boots I had thought I ruined. She got them almost perfectly clean. Then they checked abother store for another set of boots I wanted and had them put on hold. Thanx for the great service!

I don't like to reference people like this but its unfortunately the only reference I have: the asian man & white man were very helpful with a return and in picking out a new pair of shoes.

Great customer service experience always from this outlet every single time I visit, with special thanks to Ramandeep for always been so helpful, I have visited twice in One month and it was the same good service from her.

We always come here when we visit this mall.it is the best browns location in Calgary because the staff is super helpful and nice.the lady who I believe seems to be the manager is super nice and organized, treats the staff amazingly as well as customers and the man wearing converse shoes that helped us today was awesome! Great customer service and always a pleasant experience at this location.also have great shoes and sandals.

My experience with this location.

Had ordered new winter boots because I didn't want the demo pair.

After a week, went to go pick them up. They were the demo I didn't want the first time. They tried to give me another demo pair they had in that place too.

Why would I order new ones and than try to give me demo ones that were very noticeable?

I miss the days when you bought footwear and they gave you new ones not the demo.

Anyways, I found the same ones (new) in Softmoc for a cheaper price.

I will never shop at any Browns again.

Unfortunately our experience started well and ended horribly. The initial young sales lady was super helpful and very polite. Then we encountered the young lady working the register. Her professionalism was atrocious, her poor attitude was very apparent and her ignorant demeanor was very glaring. Honestly, if you hate your job that badly, then quit. Because when you actually grow up, hopefully in so many ways, you will obviously be expected to show for more class and dignity.
We do really like coming to the store and supporting the store but if I enter the store and that young lady approaches me, I will definitely pass on her services.

Went to exchange size on shoes I bought and was told i needed a mask on. I politely told the manager I had an exemption and she replied (we aren't honoring exemptions at the time.) masks are not law and denieing me service with an exemption is against the law.returned my shoes instead of exchanging them and will never spend a dollar at browns again.

I stopped by this location today and was super impressed by Prince’s assistance. He went above and beyond to help me pick out a perfect pair of boots in the most comfortable size. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and will make you feel valued shopping there. Thank you!

Selection was great, staff not so much. Two of the staff members were busy standing in the middle of the store body shaming people. Upon leaving the store another employee came along to join in. If you have money to spend I suggest you spend it.anywhere else.

Amazing service. There was a small scuff on the last pair of shoes in that size available that we wanted. Prince went out of his way to attempt to remove the scuff and spoke to the manager to see if it was possible to make it fair to us. Thank you Prince!

I was blown away with the Customer service I received from Tracy Ting. I went just to browse at the shoes, but ended up buying one, mainly due to the excellent service I received. I can tell you for sure, next time I need shoes your store will be my first preference.

The customer service at this store is outstanding! I was at this location to return/exchange the shoes I had purchased online. The lady who assisted me was amazing - so helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. She acknowledged my foot problems and went above and beyond to help find me a suitable pair, which I love!

Also invaluable was the knowledge that she shared with me regarding solutions for my specific footwear issues. I wish I had gotten her name - she had strawberry blonde hair. This location will definitely be at the top of my list to visit for footwear!

As another reviewer said, the customer service here was amazing! I don't know if I talked to the manager/owner but all I was looking for was shoe laces, which they don't actually sell. After gathering info for what I was looking for, she went in the back room, found the right sized laces and gave them to me for free! She also took the time to suggest places that may sell laces in all areas of Calgary!

I appreciate this so much because I looked in 4 other stores in the mall before getting here and had no help at all.

The manager of the store on August the 29th at around 1 pm was fairly rude and lacks customer service skills. Very disappointed with this incident.

Gordon who works there is just amazing. Best customer service I’ve ever had. Never shopped at Browns before but now its definitely gonna be my first choice if looking for new shoes.

She snuck up to me and lie to me she is a manager which she was not. She was pushy just to make me wear my mask. So I left the mall very upset with my family I will never be back. I do feel it was very wrong for her to do so thank you.

I recently went to Brown’s and had Gordon assist me with selecting and purchasing some boots for the fall / winter season. He was extremely attentive and was quick to pick up on my preferences in shoes. Gordon went above and beyond in his customer service and I will definitely be back for his assistance in the future. Best service I’ve ever had in a shoe store by far!

Horrible service! Went one day before Black Friday and when I just tried to confirm if the printed price if the final one from one of the male employees he tried to make a racist joke. I would advice that person to just do their intended job and stop making pathetic comments, (your comment about brown people was still insulting even if you are brown yourself)

Lynn Alexandria helped me out today. I came in for some dr.martens thinking they would be stylish and also great for our calgary winter. I was looking for an edgy boot to wear to work that also had good traction in the snow. Lynn was incredible in steering me in the right direction. She explained that the shoes I was looking for wouldn't be ideal for winter, although very popular in style. She brought me a few styles and on the third pair i fell in love. It was exactly what I was looking for AND it was on clearance for almost 50% off.half the price of the other shoes that I was ready to drop almost $200 for. I appreciated Lynn's honesty and integrity when it came to finding the best shoe for me. She educated me on the importance of shoe material, especially with the weather we get here in calgary and wasn't trying to upsell me on the most expensive shoe. My trip to this store was short and sweet and I am extremely happy with my purchase. We need more people like Lynn! Loved chatting with her! I bought the Artica brand boots, super cute and water prooof!

The service was amazing, there was a larger gentleman helping us and he took his time explaining options on ordering items and showing us different shoes. Based on the service received from him we would buy again from the store.
However I took a star off because service is not always consistent at this store from all staff members.

Wouldn't really call this an outlet. Majority of the shoes were regular priced. Seemed just like a regular browns in the mall.

I went to Hugo Boss for a pair of nice shoes without laces and they had nothing.go to Browns and they have the nicest Hugo Boss shoes. This store is the best shoe store I've ever been to.
