The food is always super solid and good! But the service isn’t the best. Don’t even bother trying to get in if you don’t have a reservation because the wait times are super long

This is our first time return to this restaurant after being fixed and we love the change of the restaurant and also the new menu.
The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, fit for young people and family. The food is delicious, and serve under 10 mins. We highly recommend the pacific fried rice and their famous chicken wings (honey garlic and cheese Parmesan are our favorite flavor).

Really great place. Ordering is easy with their QR code and food comes out fast. They have great wing deals when you purchase a drink. Also, if you bring your own reusable boba straw, you'll save. 10 cents - so I love that they're doing this small part for the environment too.

You would not expect it, but this place has the best chicken wings in the city. Prices are to die for, quality of the food makes me wanna cry in happiness. We need more spots like this in the city.

Came in yesterday for dinner, the food and customer service is phenomenal to say the least. I normally don't write reviews or anything of the sort, but this was an exception. I was especially impressed with servers Khoa and Kevin, who did an excellent job with everything. Thank you for being open in these tough times!

I would give 0/5 stars if possible. I ordered online for pickup in the evening of December 7. There were 4 items missing from my order. I called to inform the cafe and was offered credit of how much the missing orders cost but I still wanted my order and informed the person on the phone the same. I was told that they're able to make my order "for no charge" if I still wanted it, which does not make sense as I already paid for my order anyway, why would "no charge" be an option when it should be a given. I informed what items were missing and picked it up 20 minutes later, I still had to wait for over 10 minutes to get the missing items. Came back to my car and saw that 2 dips were still missing and the wrong flavour of the chicken wings was given. Went back again inside to get the rest of my order and the correct flavour, when I checked the items, the sauce for the chicken wings was very watery, it was more like soup instead of a sauce. And after all the hassle, all I got was "I'm sorry, I feel really bad. " I believe that they could have addressed the concerns properly as it was such a hassle just to get some supposedly simple dinner. To make things worse, I got home to eat what I ordered, and saw that there was a staple with my food.

Food is so delicious. I definitely going to suggest my friends to go there. Staff is so nice and friendly. Their service is amazing.

The new online ordering method is really nice and makes dining here a great experience. The servers do their job, aren't too talkative or nice. The food is also good, I just don't like that you have to buy 1 drink per order of wings to get the discount on them. Overall, definitely come and try their wings, we really like their lemon pepper and spicy honey.

The food is delicious, bubble teas are amazing and the service is excellent. Really liked their new order system, overall love this place.
My favorites are the garlic parmesan, super spicy and Korean spicy wings, Pacific rice and Wintermelon bubble tea.
I will recommend this place to all my friends visiting the city.

First time dining here. Their wings were served very quickly - the dry wings with sauce on the side were delicious.

Happy to see this Calgary classic open for dine in again! I have been coming to this location for over 9 years. They have been doing bubble tea before bubble tea was mainstream. Their wings are the top in the city and their bubble tea is wonderful with a great variety, all for a very reasonable price. Great place for families and friends accompanied by a really welcoming staff.

Food was great! Khoa, one of the servers did a very good job serving us, he was very nice and worked fast! 10/10 would come again: D

The food was really good as usual. I was a little frustrated by the new set up after covid. We need to pay first, which was different but ok. We left a tip before we ate and the server didn't come back one after the food was dropped off, didn't give a plate to eat over or ask anything about the food. Might seem like a small thing but wasn't a fan of the new process.

Great food but terrible service, we felt unwelcome. Front of the house lady was rude, servers dropped the food to our table as if we were a burden to them, didn’t even refill our glasses with water. I wish we didn’t have to pay first just so we don’t leave a tip. Also, food is only great for dine-in, we tried take out but wings was already hard and drinks tasted like watered down for some reason.

Food for the mouth and food for the eyes. You'll know what I mean when you try the place.

Our server (guy with green shirt) gave us the best experience in this restaurant thus far. He was super busy and all over the place but never neglected us. When we needed water he knew right away we needed something so he came to our table to ask what we needed. When we were done eating he came and offered us to-go boxes and a bag. His “map awareness” was exceptional. Please send kudos to this guy for me. Thanks.

Food as always never failed our expectations.

Been coming here for years and both the food and service have always been stellar. The bubble tea is also amazing and there is a huge variety to pick from.

Their food quality has been strong over the years. They have expanded their menu, to not only wings. Their bubble tea is amazing and has a lot variety. They have developed a contactless in dining service that I think works well. The servers even wear masks regardless the lift of the restrictions.

Super impressed with the low contact set up they have for ordering and paying for food (all via QR codes). Tried the house special fried rice and Korean style chicken wings on this visit - both were delicious! Their “large platters” are perfect for sharing with friends. The place does get crowded sometimes so just be aware that you might need to wait for a table. I’ll be back to try more from the menu

The food is always great and the service is great. There is usually at least a 30 minute wait but we'll worth it.

Good wings and bubble tea. Not the place I would go for traditional milk tea but for their smoothie/signature drinks.

They’ve done a fair good job during the pandemic keeping things running but their online ordering website needs work. I generally just call them and order over the phone.

Delicious drinks. But the organization of the business itself is lame. It's hard to understand what is written on the menu and it's hard to choose. Please redo the menu and make it a nice big font on the site! Also, make it so that you can read the menu list conveniently from your cellphone.

If you are going to temporarily close, the least you could do is update your hours of availability.

Ohhh my! This place is awesome. The food is amazing. Any type of chicken wings will hit the spot. We always get the pacific rice. You have to try it

Food is great as usual That was my comment about a year ago. Tonight Dec 5th, I ordered for pick up and was quite disappointed. The chicken wings were not fresh as in made today. I could tell it had been fried more than once; it was dry and the taste was not there. Not sure if it had to do with Covid but.

This place has some great flavours of chicken wings and lots of choices of fresh bubble tea to pick From!

The waiter added gratuity to the bill without letting any one of us know. We ended up paying 40% for tips. It was the worst experience, what a fraud.

Tired and hungry from our flight from Toronto and we came to Bubblemania to eat around 11pm. The lady (Asian looking with eyeglasses) said that waiting time is around 10 to 15 minutes for the table to be seated. We said its ok and we waited. After 15 minutes of waiting we noticed that 3 sets of customers who arrived later than us are being seated ahead of us.
We walked out. They say food there is good and affordable and we didn’t expect that SERVICE there is CHEAP too.

Great place to just hang out with friends. Enjoy their many flavour wings and large selections of non-alcoholic drinks. Kids safe!

Space is a little dark but the drink menu options are great! Service is good and the prices are ok feel just a touch high to me

Great food, Great service Very busy on weekends best bet is to go in the weekday in the afternoon if you want a seat.

Strawberry fruit slush was so fresh and so amazing, would recommend. The almond black sesame milk tea was the best ever. Service was very fast and friendly.

This is my favourite bubble tea place in the city. 5 stars for that alone. Havent tried much else there but it seems quite popular!

Cheap wings. Food is not bad. Very busy in evenings. Drinks are average too. Parking lot available but always packed. Easy to find location right on 16th ave

Super busy all the time for a reason. It's a great hangout spot for youths as it is open very late and their food and bubble tea is very good. They have nice specials and super cheap wings on certain days. The staff is attentive and fast but will be busy so don't expect them to wait on you hand and foot.

I love how the drinks are highly customizable. I personally prefer zero sugar and they are able to make fresh fruit drinks with no added sugar. The wings are a staple, they have a lot of great flavours. I would also come back for the house fried rice, which is made surprisingly well considering it is a bubble tea cafe. The servers are all warm and welcoming and the best part is it is open late on most nights.

I have been here so many times already. Their food is delicious and so are the chicken wings. The bubble tea are also good. For the parking, there’s not so much in front of the place considering the number of people who goes there. But there is a nearby parking lot that becomes available at night. They close around 12-2am depending on what day it is. So it’s good for late night cravings and such. The only problem is that this place is very popular so it’s important to know what time they’re really busy or not unless you’re okay with waiting for 30mins-1hr by the door along with other thousands of customers waiting to get a table. Lol. The service is okay, depending on who’s assigned on your table. Most of them are pretty nice and accommodating. I would recommend this place if you haven’t tried going there yet. But for a go-to place, you might wanna look for some other restaurant.

Food was okay.service was really BAD.the waiter assigned to us confronted us after he "accidentally" saw my husband not giving him any tip while he was paying. Last time i checked, it is the CUSTOMER's CHOICE if he will give a tip or not. He was very rude and speaking to us as if he was entitled to have a tip. We talked to the guy at the front desk area before leaving. We clarified if GIVING A TIP IS REQUIRED. He said no and apologized. A piece of advice for SOME MILLENNIAL SERVERS out there. PLEASE DON'T BE SO ENTITLED. I am a millennial myself too and i had work at food service as well but I NEVER ASKED A CUSTOMER FOR A TIP NOR CONFRONT THEM AND ASKING QUESTIONS WHY I DON'T GET ONE.

They have best chicken wings here! Very nice flavors my daughter and i have taiwanese spice, i recommend this!

Our place of choice for curbing our bubbletea and wings cravings! It's one of the few places where they serve both bubbletea and full meals, and both are quite good. They always have a good selection of seasonal fruits for drinks, and for food, I'd recommend wings, pacific fried rice, and thr panko rice dish!

Food is always great and the server we had was great. He didn’t forget anything we had asked for and was approachable. You didn’t feel bad asking for things.

The calamari was heavy on the salt but the main con was the hostess. The hostess is the basically the restaurant first impression and she was so unapproachable. To say things bluntly, if someone is gonna appear like an ass, don’t put them up front.

But love love love Bubbles!

Wow just wow food is great and so is the service.they make claims on there walk that the service or food can be slow but that's far from the truth haha always very quick.

Happy atmosphere. This is a cute hangout for millennials and younger. Great to see gangs of young people playing board games, eating Taiwanese snack foods and consuming vast quantities of bubble milks and bubble teas. This is what Bubblemania truly excels in: Bubble Drinks. There is a large variety to choose from. Our family love the fruit bubble drinks with a mix of tapioca bubbles and coconut jelly. My personal favorite is always the taro coconut. Don't make the mistake of coming for lunch, however. They don't open till 2pm but open late till 1am.

I eat here regularly with friends. The food quality is always great, consistent, and always up to our standards. My parties always get multiple orders of wings, plates of fried rice, and bubble tea when we dine. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced.

The restaurant is always busy, even on weeknights in the late evenings. The crowd is generally high school students to young adults in their mid-twenties. It can sometimes be frustrating to wait to get seats and all staff are always so busy; sometimes you're forced to wait up to 10 minutes before you're accommodated by the host or the server. Occasionally during busy nights, orders are incorrectly done and you're forced to wait longer to get your food. This is situation happens occasionally and is the reason why I give Bubblemania 4 stars.

The Ambience of this place is prettt awesome. People are very helpful and the food/bubbletea are tasty.

Great wings as they come crispy and flavourful. I had the salt and pepper wings which were tastefully seasoned (not over powering). I also had the Korean Spicy wings which were a little sweeter than I expected so that's my reason for the 4 stars. I accompanied the wings with a Strawberry Milk Tea which was delicious!

You have to buy a drink to get the wing special and it only pays off if you eat over 30 wings but all in all good stuff. Best wings I've had in Calgary.

I feel as if this is more of a hang out spot than a restaurant. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. It’s such a fun place to be with your friends or family. They have great milk tea and the house special fried rice is a personal favourite.
