Went here This week spent a fortune.
Still wasn’t cleaned right.
Not one white person working there.
Not going back.
There should be a mix of people.
Including white people.
Also a staff member went through the door never even held the door opened for me slammed it on me.
So sad how people are.

Took my 2019 Ford Edge in for a vacuum and detailing, while I wax in St. Albert during Wildfire Evacuations. They ruined the back of one of my rear seats and are unwilling to fix it. My seat used to be solid black, now after their staff used some pretty good force to vacuum, you can see every seat brace/frame through the carpet. Even the car seat restraint assembly is scraped and damaged.
They keep offering me a few free cleans, which are not useful as I live in another province. Also, after the damage caused, I do not want their staff touching my car again.
I provided them a quote to replace the seat cover and we would cover installation. They refused. They wanted to check at all the Alberta salvage yards to try to purchase one second hand. I’m assuming they had no luck.
Their latest offer is for me to be responsible for the cost of removing the seat cover from the rear seat. Ship it from Northwest Territories to St. Albert, they will have someone remove the back and restitch a new piece of material in, then I am responsible to ship it back to myself and have it installed.
The lack of customer service is wild. The lack of accountability between the store managers and the district managers is astonishing.
I would recommend you stay far away from this business.

Great service and they go a little extra for you! I didn’t ask for my tailgate step to be cleaned, they just did it! Highly recommend this place.

Tony's (the manager) only goal was to upsell. Was very disappointed to see his estimate come in at double my regular rate (car was pretty much in the same condition as always). Other nearby carwash options (including other Bubble locations in YEG) are more affordable and professional.

Had my ford f350 in for a 2 stage polish and interior clean.
Everyone was super nice and professional. Told them what I wanted. They went to work, super fast and at the end of their job they brought the truck outside and met with 2 staff. The polisher and a front end staff to go over the truck.
My truck was better than new. The paint was perfect!
5 stars easy. I will be back.

Was impressed with the result of removing scratches on my truck.however be prepared for the "upsell" as its crazy. Way better experience elsewhere but came here for convenience.

Charged me $200 to just shampoo the seats which is ridiculous but I had a gift card so it wasn't too big of a deal. But then when I got home I went to adjust my seat and the power chair button was broken off. They completely overcharge and then treat my vehicle like that? Will never be returning ever again

The service provided was very professional and friendly. Adel is very friendly and has a very positive attitude.

The delivery staff are absolutely wonderful to deal with; pointed out all the areas they worked on and was very happy with the work he had done and it showed in my car!

Great place with great service - all the staff are polite and work hard - Riley always goes over the vehicle at the end with a smile!

I’ve been going to this bubbles car for 2 and a half years. The service is ok. The only person who stands out for me is Riley. He always provides a higher standard of service, paying attention to detail and respectful young man.
If the experience with staff from start to finish was all at Riley’s level it would be a 5 star place.

I agree with other comments on Riley! He brings my car out of the wash. I am there weekly. He took the time to introduce himself to me! Always takes a look at the wheels to make sure they were cleaned well. The rest of the team here is awesome as well. It would be nice if they opened at 7: 00 instead of 9: 00. Not convenient for us that are working between 9-5.

I have been taking my truck here for about 2 years, and tbh it's pretty hit and miss except when one specific guy named Ryley is there, he always goes over and above to make sure my truck is dried and wiped down properly. Even wipes down the inside before he gives me back my vehicle, and he is always pleasant. Don't let this guy go! The 5 stars is more for him the the company as a whole

We have been coming to the St. Albert Bubbles location for over 3 years and have a membership for both of our vehicles. We primarily come 2-3 times a week for an exterior wash only. The service we receive is incredibly efficient and very personable. A few employees even know us by name and we share thoughts on hockey and other news. We are always greeted with a smile and a hello by the receptionist Ashley. In the dry bay, Riley is consistently consistent in drying the vehicle the way I like it to be dried. Since we park underground, he always takes the time to air dry the driver side window to prevent streaking. We have also used their vacuum service and their windshield rock chip repair, which we have been extremely satisfied with. We have visited other Bubbles locations and this one rates the highest for us.

I come here frequently and always leave with a sparkling car. Riley is the attendant who I often see. He is thorough, efficient, friendly and great at his job. I can't say enough good things about him and this location.

Outstanding service really enjoy Riley at the end always take time to ensure I am happy with everything before I drive away. Always customer first in his eyes no doubt about it.

Unfortunately not a great experience at this particular location. I went there with a vehicle I inherited from a relative. It was a bit messy inside and they charged me $600 to clean the inside. When I was returned the vehicle, I spent the next 45 minutes showing them areas of the vehicle they missed (both inside and out). For $600 it should be the most detailed clean money can buy. It was not 1/5 stars, would not recommend.

Bubble uses compressed blow dirt around your vehicle, I spent around $500.00. I’m a very busy man I noticed a couple days later my drunk holder and sensor on Dash was broken, this was not broken before.
The damAge accrued on May 24,2022 at the bubbles location in St. Albert Alberta. Management did nothing for me but cause me grief. The manager in Kelowna (Tony) where I reside threatened me. I believe he may have been charged by the RCMP for attempted assault and probably does not have a job anymore.
See you in small claims court.

They refused to listen to me.
Hope they go out of biz. Look for new car wash in Kelowna coming soon in the vicinity that will actually do a good job and stand behind quality
