I do have to agree with the comment below of Miss Anna-Marie Milhousen.
They broke my seat as well, to a point where that was hard to fit in, and they had the audacity to tell me that the seat was like this in the first place. I lost my marbles in one thousandth of a second. I went to the dealership. I bought the btoken part, and I gave them the invoice. I got my money back. But wasted lots of my own time. I advised Miss Anna to contact corporate and not give them a break until they pay.
The other day, I paid for windows cleaning, and they didn't even touch it. I had to drive back. It's an awful job 9 out of 10. And of course, they charge you Medivac helicopter rates.

These 5 starts are solely for Miss Lala today. She can win anyone's heart. That smile, good vibe, and her personality are misused. I trust that soon she will be snuck away by a smart antrepreneur.

The prices used to be reasonable but after paying $85 plus tax for a basic inside/outside wash, they STILL didn’t wipe down one whole door and left a pile of cloths on the floor. Sent an email, and awaiting a response

Came for an exterior wash, seat shampoo, paint decontamination, clay bar treatment, and hand wax for my car and was very impressed by the level of service. Sabrina and Siyad were very helpful and ensured I was happy with the results. I highly recommend Bubbles Car Wash for anyone looking to have their vehicle cleaned.

Worst experience ever! Charged 780$ + for full detail that took almost 3 hrs
leather conditioning was not done sprayed but did not whipe clean.
. Little to 0 effort by actual cleaners. Stains on roof that weren't there before.didn't shampoo all seats. Given a ridiculous apology and offering a 100 credit to store. I will never bring my vehicle here again

I’ve been a member for few years since bing is the manager until they’re so good. For the performances of the group and detailing, I will not stay if it is not good.everything is doing perfect for me.compliments for Alex and Bing.

It took 1 hour and 15 minutes, to get a basic wash and wipe. Plus it wasn't very busy. It used to be a lot faster.

You can't beat the human touch for getting your vehicle clean during winter. Love the customer service here!

Everyone seemed friendly enough I guess. The lounge was nice. I did an seat shampoo package with is $290 and the seats came out pretty good. Everything else in the package seemed like it was rushed. The dash panels were still quite damp and left streaks and the kicks plates weren’t cleaned very well. They vacuumed the floor but still left debris. I took 20 min after getting home to redo the kick plates and go over some of the surfaces again. Maybe the products just aren’t as good as what I use at home? Website said the cleaning time was 2 hours and they only took 1.5 hours so I feel like it was just a rush job. Not sure if I’ll use them again or not. Might be worth it if your vehicle is super dirty but if it’s just needing a decent cleaning maybe go to Hugh’s and save some cash.

Jon was fantastic.too bad he didn't do both sides of my vehicle.the old guy didn't finish wipe down on the other side.water spots like crazy and the wash itself was rediculous.still dirt left on my fender on the passenger side. I found this out when I went to get gas after car wash. I actually finished washing the areas at the gas station. $100? For this.that's insane. I can do a better job. I did notice people who had the expensive fancy sport cars got alot more attention from everyone. I was sadly disappointed. I mean I drive a Cadillac Escalade.still not fancy enough for this bubbles. You would actually have to pay me to return.

This was my first experience attending a wash like this. It was an awesome experience watching someone else wash my vehicle and do an excellent job.

The one time price to wash the vehicle without a membership I do believe is a bit steep, it does not open opportunity for potential customers that do NOT have a membership to come to this location. For the price of a single wash without a membership, someone can get two ultimate washes at a gas station.

All in all, they did a great job and the monthly membership cost is very attractive.

I used their car detailing service a few times and was generally pleased. I returned my SUV for a car wash and interior detailing. As we were preparing for a trip, I had installed a roof box before coming for cleaning. I was informed at the Bubbles Car Wash that my SUV cannot enter their wash bay and that they can only clean the interior. They attempted to upsell the packages. I select the one for $140 + GST, which comes to $147.

When I returned to get the SUV, the interior doors, footsteps, and carpet corners were dirty. Garbage remained stuck in some of the car seat moveable railings, and the car seats and back truck had not been adequately vacuumed or cleaned. When I asked, the worker grabbed THE SUPERVISOR. He told me that the doors would not be cleaned because that should have been included in the car wash, and when I inquired about the other cleaning, he told me that I should have purchased the better package for $250 or $450. It was unbelievable to me. I told them I'd be doing a review of this service with photos, and he shrugged his shoulders. It's disappointing to see $147 go to waste. What a shame, and it felt like a fraud and a scam. My teenagers would do a better job; I needed a PROFESSIONAL service. I won't be coming back. If you happen to go there, take pictures of your vehicle before.

Just spent 75 on an inside and out but for the price they did a fair job and the vehicle actually wasn't in terrible condition to start! It looks like this location is under new management and a new workforce. My vehicle was in and out in about 15 min and for 75.00 they just lost my business.

Disappointing experience. I spent $360 plus tax on the Deluxe Interior Package with rug shampoo and exterior clean on a completely emptied out Kia hatchback (small car) as I am selling it. When I arrived the Manager stated that he didn’t think my interior required a deluxe cleaning (it was not a filthy car) and advised me to do the rugs instead. However I wanted it well cleaned and opted to do both. I still spent another 30+ minutes when I got home cleaning areas missed both inside and out. The staff were all great, but I feel they do the bare minimum which shouldn’t be the case when you spend over $350 on a a cleaning of a completely empty, relatively clean SMALL vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend.

Brought my Kia in as it needed a good amount of TLC. First time at Bubbles and was shocked at how expensive it was and had to decline the leather conditioning for my seats because of the price. I took a moment to call and get some clarification on the service provided and spoke with the manager Colin, I made sure to tell him what a great experience I had with Stacey but just needed more info on what I was paying for. I was actually more surprised at the end result than the price by far! My SUV looks brand new! I could not be happier and though I’m not 100% positive I think they did the leather seats anyway because they look and feel amazing!

I always go to this Bubbles location and my car always comes out looking brand new. I locked my keys in my car today, and they were able to unlock it for me. I was absolutely mortified and they made me feel like it was no problem at all. Very professional and great service.

Excellent service upon entering and inside at reception. Superior safety protocols in place including temperature check at point of entry attendant. Makes perfect sense. If you're feverish or still have a high temperature, then no car wash. Kudos to management on implementing this safety check.

These people are amazing! Dog hair GONE! Everything spotless. I've detailed my truck here a couple of times and I love that it looks like I just drove it off the lot. I use them for the winter washes. Bit pricey but I pay it, to save me the headache of frozen doors and locks.

Recently got an ultimate detail done at this location, to say i am extremely impressed with their service is understating it. The service took longer than what they had originally estimated but well worth the end result. When I got home I had noted that a piece was missing from my rear hatch. I returned to the location and informed and they got right on investigating what had happened. Turns out I'd removed the piece and left in my garage and that had slipped my mind. They called to follow up and I stopped in on the way home to let them know of my error. They never once made me feel that I should feel bad for my error and offered me a free wash, which was appreciated but unnecessary. I will definitely return to this location even though it is a further distance than other locations. Clean, comfortable location as well!

49$ for a car wash that you could do better at wash bay for 15$ do yourself a favour and just wash your own car. All they try to do is upsell and all the drive through wash really does is wash the sides of your car.

Always do a great job on my car. Great service, attention to detail. But most importantly they go the extra mile. Last year I had my headlights cleaned here, and I noticed it came out a bit foggy a couple months later. I had no time, to bring it up to them until the following year. A year later here I am and I asked if they would honor it and they did and it looks fantastic. Where else are you going to get that service a year later. Definitely reccomend this location.

I never do reviews but this place deserves a five star! This is my go to. Always pleasant smiling staff that go above and beyond and provide excellent customer service. Always leave with a happy Jeep

They do a great job and are super friendly. The manager Howard is very understanding and helpful if issues every arise! Highly recommended

Upsell. That's the name of the game here. Brought in my 2007 Hyundai accent for a BASIC inside/outside cleaning. No prices on the menu board above, just a pushy (yet polite) sales guy outside tries to convince me to go full detail package for $149. Tell him 3 times NO, just the basic package thanks. Tells me that's $89. I don't see a menu, or a price list so I assume that's the deal today. Agree to an $89 cleaning. Go inside to pay.upsell AGAIN wanting me to buy a $200 gift card. Pay for my cleaning, then I see that the most basic package I wanted is only $59. I paid $30 more than I needed because the sales guy outside sold me on a basic package PLUS a bunch of extras I clearly don't need on old beater car, or had even asked for. Totally bogus.

First time and will be the last time. I paid $115 for cleaning and vacuum for my new car, but it wasn’t even worth a $40. Poor job. The pet hair is still in, and i am not satisfied at all.
