Excellent service. Friendly, fast. Cleaning job was non existent. For $210, I didn't expect to have to go back and vacuum and wipe down my interior after. They definitely did not vacuum under the seats and the dash was still covered in dust. I didn't have time to go back and get them to actually clean it so I decided to just do it myself. Would not recommend.

Just when I was at the point of coming to terms that customer service was non-existent in 2023 the Bubbles Car Wash team revived my faith in quality customer care.
I never used their services before and their Manager, Steve went above and beyond to explain the details of each service offered, prices, etc. I shared that I recently purchased a new vehicle and I was looking for a facility that would understand that care and attention with each wash was an utmost priority to me. Steve was attentive, patient and informative. He even took the time to show in-person the wash bay and explained the process with each wash and offered detailing package so that I would have peace of mind that my new vehicle would be treated at the highest quality.
I highly recommend using their services and facility. Well done, Steve and the Bubbles Car Wash team at 4715 Macleod Trail.

Car wash membership is great! You can keep your car clean every day. Dragana is amazing and offers great customer service! And Bubbles is pet friendly so you can bring your puppies to hang out in the lounge while waiting for your car to get done. Highly recommended!

I listened to the manager (Stephen) support their staff in the face of a difficult customer. It’s wonderful to hear a manager speak so highly of their team.

Everyone had a smile. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. They’re even pet friendly and I will have no problem bringing the doggo here next time. And there will be a next time.

The service itself? Fantastic. I wasn’t asking for much. I have a dog, I’m not expecting miracles. No one has done a better job at getting the dog hair off the seats and floor. My mats are sparking. They even cleaned the visors and back seat cover. It’s obvious this place creates a positive work environment and the employees take pride in their work. I’m telling everyone. Well done team!

I selected the $130 carwash and detailing service (I believe this is the basic sarvice) they did a good job (not excellent but good). What I didn't like is they don't show the price for each of the services, they don't have a price list. Is like they hide it and charge depending on customer. Well this is how I felt.

Was greeted and promptly by Stephen who graciously hosted my elderly father and I while we waited for his van to be cleaned and my exterior wash. Stephen explained the services and costs in great detail.
While we waited enjoyed hot and cold beverages for purchase.
The whole experience was super fun. The staff who assisted were friendly and hardworking.
All in all they went above and beyond! Would definitely return.

I regularly go to this location to have the basic inside and outside wash done. The attendants checking you in and reception is similar to high pressure sales.rolling there eyes if I didn't want to upgrade. Coming in at about $70 I was really disappointed with the results. Gas and brake pedals, cup holders not cleaned.a small part of the carpet in the rear seats needs some attention and it was left uncleaned. Also, I opened my trunk to find the perimeter of the tail gate was still dirty.unfortunately I won't be going back as I don't see the value.

Great experience at Bubbles. My reason for being there is too secret but details of my master plan will soon be revealed!

WOW! WORST $68.20 i have ever spent. 69 years on the planet earth and the absolute WORST truck wash ever. Waited 56 minutes & bottom 1/4 of truck was like it had never been done. The mud flaps were filthy. The truck bed was full of soap. The door jams were not even wiped. Service rep put through again and it was somewhat better BUT I have had better $12.00 washes from drive throughs. I seriously doubt the truck was "hand washed". I said to the service rep I could NOT believe it was hand washed but he said it had been. Time for some new staff imho.

Avoid this location. The check in guy hides the menu and shockingly your vehicle will require $25 for extra cleaning. He gave the same speech to 2 cars in front of me. How disappointing. Been going to this location for 10 years. Drove down the street to the other location and wow, no issues at all

What a great spot! Not only did they do an excellent job on my car but the team was so friendly & professional. Also the waiting areas were spotless and very comfortable.

For the amount you’re paying this is really bad service the cleaning is not well done my steering wheel was a bit greasy. I almost crashed I will not return anymore.

I think Steven needs to work on his people skills a lot better have some emotional intelligence. And not to be so ignorant when hiring someone.

Immaculate job on a full detailing (Ultimate Package with Power Polish package). It was appropriately priced for the work performed.

I’ve been coming here for years to wash all my vehicles. I came today, and they were trying to up sell me to a higher package than I normally get. When I asked them to give me my usual they added $25 on top because it was “so dirty”. I always bring my car in to get it washed in this condition and have never been up charged like this.

They are normally very good.

I’ll be finding a new place to go and once I find the right one I will make sure to let my friends and family know.

Excellent service. The team missed a few sports but the manghir and the employees where happy to address and fix and went above and beyond. Its expensive but worth it. Excellent Service

Amazing experience! I never expected we would go to pick up our vehicle and feel as though we were getting a brand new car. Our expectations were more than surpassed. We will definitely be returning for future cleans. Highly recommend to anyone whose vehicle is in need of a thorough clean!

Very high price for an inadequate detailing that should be 100% perfect. In this case it was alright, for $100, the full package was 4x that and wasn't worth it at all.

Brought my Harley truck in for a single stage wax job and to fix and paint scuffs. They did an amazing job And the service was very professional. I give FIVE STAR ALL DAY! Thanks bubbles

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.i dont even want to give one star.they over priced and their service is poor. They clean car in 10 minutes, plenty of spots missed, even after pointing them out to the cleaner.
I definitely will not be back due to being over priced and poor service. I feel like this is 10 dollar job the way they clean my car.

Got my 2005 BMW cleaned here and it was worth every dollar, my car looks amazing and it still look amazing. Would never been able to get this kind of clean by myself definitely recommend for a full clean take it here. Thanks for the nice clean car

I took my vehicle to Bubbles today to get out what I thought was rust damage from a leaking pipe in my parking garage. To be honest I totally expected to drive out of there with the rust damage still on the car and then drive over to a bodyshop. An hour and a half later my vehicle not only looked better than when I picked it up from the dealership, the rust damage was gone! Laurie was amazing and definitely took care of me! Everybody there was friendly and having fun, especially the bubbly receptionist who handled a busy rush at the end of the day with ease and a big smile:)

The customer service and workmanship is not even worth 1 star. I paid 419 for premium service and the service I got looks like they only spent 10 min on it.

I just have to say that I am never disappointed when I bring my truck to them for cleaning. It always comes out looking great. The staff is absolutely second to none. They always friendly and always attentive to any specific requests that I may have. They go out of there way to make sure that I am happy when I leave. I would definitely recommend this Bubbles location.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I feel like they did the exact same job I could have but for 50 dollars or even less. Inside was definitely a case of doing the bare minimum. There were plenty of spots missed, even after pointing them out to the cleaner. The staff are friendly and polite however that doesn't make up for the poor job on catching the details.
I definitely will not be back due to being over priced and poor service. I feel like this is a 30-40 dollar job when I paid 262.

I came here 2 days ago i found the1rst guy pushy with his sale tactics. How ever I give it 5 stars to the people that cleaned it especially Lori she went over and beyond with it and had good customer service, very friendly, shook my hand and introduce herself. They did a goog job!

Would not recommend. My brand new vehicle (never washed) has scratches all over it now. One week off the lot. And they did not listen when I told them repeatedly that I needed the hand wash package only; just kept saying "don't worry about it" - extremely disappointed.

As someone who enjoys having a clean car, the fact that I save money over paying for each car wash (actually. I'm saving money and getting a better result) PLUS I can sit in the comfort of their waiting area and catch up on work.this is a home run for me.
I've been bringing my car to this Bubbles location as a member of their new unlimited wash program. I've had my car washed at least every other day all through the messy season of winter/spring that we experience here in Calgary, for one monthly price.
On top of all this, their staff have been so great. Will and Lori’s team; from Cassidy at the front to John, Braden who all know me by name - make the experience something I always look forward to. These guys are great - you can trust them with your car - no matter the caliber.

They ruined my moms back seats and broke the plastic behind it. They will not take responsibility. The manager ignores all phone calls regarding damaged seats. Spend over $200 for terrible service. Would never go back. Again i say this is the worst possible place to take your vehicle.i wouldnt even give them one star. GARBAGE

Came here for a carpet shampoo and clean for a car I just bought that looked like it was never shampooed for the 3 years. First of all, the service from the manager once you drive in with the car is exceptional. They answer all your questions and give you the best package for what you need. Then Braden inside who was shampooing my carpet, went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I am satisfied with the end result. Took it back a couple of times to make sure anything we noticed after the first attempt was addressed and asked me to come back if I notice anything after it dries. Excellent customer service and quality control. Highly recommend this spot. It was my first and definitely not my last visit. Keep it up.
