Bubbles Car Wash & Detail Centre

I live 3 hours away, but since they did such a great job a year ago (I gave them 5 stars), I returned. Had some issues this time and gave 1 star originally, but I'm updating my review to 4 stars now, as I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received to handle all issues I faced to my satisfaction.

The sign-in attendant insisted I add a polished wax to my vehicle. "It will only take a few minutes. You'll be out of here in no time. " More than an hour later, my vehicle is finally done. I missed a lunch meet-up and was late for my following appointment. Honesty and good service are at the top of my priorities. I will not return to this business.

Holy Hannah! Prices are obnoxious! Went from $69 to $90.
They always miss my roof, and by the license plate.

Average at best. Soap was left on my grille and more soap and foam was left in the bed of my pickup truck. They also didn’t fold in my mirrors so they took a beating going through the process and my passenger side mirror was flipped the wrong way afterwards. Luckily I don’t have power folding mirrors or something may have been damaged. However, where my truck was dried down it looked good and shiny.

Cheryl is the best. She is the best boss I have ever had and is very very good at her job and she brings such a warm happy and funny energy to the work place. She is an amazing detailer and she has an amazing team. I enjoy taking my truck there.

Used to come here when I was a kid with my mom 25 years ago. I used to give this place a lot of business. Now they want $100 for a basic interior & exterior clean. I was okay with $70. But $100? Lost my business for life. Definitely not worth it anymore.

Arrived today for a quick clean. Exterior wash and interior clean. Sales guy pushing me on a full detail, which takes 2-hours. I did not have the time for that.
I asked for a basic price for in and out on my Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Told me $150 was the cheapest choice.
I closed my door and drive away.

Looked online later and the pricing was $75 for a basic wash.

Sales guy was abrupt and abrasive.
Been going to that location for 30 years.
My time there is done.

I've used Bubbles for a number of years and always been pleased with the experience. I recently moved to a different area of the city and have started to come to this location for my weekly wash. Every time I've been here they have somewhat aggressively tried to upsell their services. I get it but please, when I say "no thank you, don't keep pushing. "

Extremely pushy sales person. Told her numerous times I only needed a quick wash as I wash in a rush and she wouldnt let up.
Informed the cashier about how rude she was and the cashier told me that there were numerous complaints about this person prior to mine.
Why was this individual not dealt with by management. I wont be returning.
If I could give no stars I would.

Waited 15minutes before thy even started my vehicle. 5 people went ahead of me while I sat waiting. Then waited another 20 before they finished vacuuming. Meanwhile people that showed up after me wrerefinished before me. Make sure I never go back there. Let my friends know too.

I went to bubbles to get my Jeep detailed. I wanted the whole she-bang. They told me because my vehicle was smoked in they would give me the ultimate package. I was unhappy with the headliner but they quickly resolved that for me. There was some miscommunication but in the end my vehicle smells great and I am satisfied with the customer service I received.

Reyna is great and is always super helpful, cheerful and kind to her customers.

My husband Paid 60 dollars to have my car cleaned inside and out.
They broke my clip for my Matt in the front and broke my lock on my rear car door. Very pricey to fix. Will never go there again.

Her and her associate located my floor clip for my Matt, and fixed it.
I had the pleasure of meeting there General Manager, Uma.
With his assistance he directed me to get my door lock fixed by one of his associates at Windshield Surgeons.
Uma you and your team, have gone above and beyond to help me out.

Worst car was experience ever. I asked them not to use the brushes on my brand new Tesla and they assured me that no brushes would be used. Lo and behold the brushes were turned on and swirled my brand new paint. After making a complaint, they called the owner tony. I waited for him for 15 minutes to come. Just to be told “your tesla was already scratched before it came in” tony didn’t offer any solution. There wasn’t even tire shine applied on the vehicle and the car wasn’t even washed properly. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Save your time and money

Stopped by to have the vinyl protection package on my Jeep for $142.75.
It is not my first time at this location but was somewhat disappointed compared to previous visits.
Just think that for the price a little more attention to detail would be made. I had to wait for it to come from the detail shop and then they washed it again. After two washes you would think it would have turned out better. Also one out of four tires had the tire shine covering the whole tire, lol. Interior was dirty so meh ya get what ya get. If you bring a dirty vehicle you kind of get what ya get. By the way the front desk person “promised” me I would be happy with the job. Again meh. Nothing outstanding here for service or value. If you go in with low expectations you will leave a happy customer.
Why did I not mention this at the time when the wash was done? Great question. As I said I have been here before and pointing out areas missed or being unsatisfied over all becomes a waste of my time. Do it right the first time and we don’t have to go down that lonely road. Next question why do I keep coming back? I just don’t have the time to detail my vehicles myself. Isn’t that why anyone comes here? Convenience? !
Will I be back? Most likely. I do find the 91st location does a better job than this location.

It is very clear that the sales person at the entrance will tell you whatever you want to hear to upgrade a sale. Car took over half an hour longer than it was “supposed” to, and once they have it there is nothing you can do about it. Charges were $40 over the listed price because of “extra dirty cupholders. “ Assistant manager would not come out to speak to me, just told the poor cashier to offer me a $45 gift card. I won’t go back even for a free car is wash.

Didn't do a good clean get what you pay for. Everything was done half fast. But done quickly

Good place for car wash, expensive and I was expecting a little bit better detail clean up for the price.

Demi was very helpful and knows her job. Our experience at Bubbles west edmonton. Hope she is there the nexted time we come. She is the best and very polite person.

Got the $65 interior/exterior wash, mats were still dirty had to redo the windows my self. Just didn't do a good job all around. Would never recommend them to anyone ever. Highly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else if you're planning to go here.

Expensive and awful

Very poor. They charged $140 for an interior only cleaning. They did an awful job. They didn't even vacuum well. The dash wasn't wiped clean.

Honest bunch of folk. I left their tip in the car but I had to go back and give it because they left it exactly where I left it. Also got a wide range of services for your ride.

An outstanding expereince this week, had an issue with missed items on an inside outside package, when I returned, Scott totally made it right. Place broke my passenger seat while doing a carpet shampoo. You think since I paid them over $240 they would offer to pay for the repairs. I guess not. Unprofessional and never recommending to anybody.

For the 270.00 I paid the service was mediocre at best. The interior had a lot of missed areas on the lower half of the doors. The rear view mirror was filthy the dashboard was covered in some residue and particles from a dirty rag. The floor mats were very wet and took hours to dry. I came from Grande Prairie and when I returned home I had to redo the dash, glass and bottom of the front doors. Won’t bring my car there again. Only positive is the ladies inside were very sweet and professional.

Very excellent customer service works good with options of service and provided a very detailed service of my vehicle. Spilled my coffee all over there floor too! Whoops sorry guys thanks for being so patient and compassionate

Every time I am on the city I always make a point to stop at bubbles. Car comes out looking brand new every time

Paid 121 dollars to have my Jeep detailed (It wasn't even dirty) but wanted to get it ready for winter, and they didn't vacuum the back, or clean under the fender. Really lazy people.

Friendly staff and I never have to wait long for my vehicle. Vehicle is always clean! Monthly packages are absolutely worth the money. Best part is if you're across the city and need a wash you can take it to their other locations.

A little over priced.and a bit of an attitude from the attendant regarding the "Mandatory Mask" policy. I won't be returning.

I used the Mayfield location and I have to say that my car is brand new again! The guys did an amazing job! I am very, very pleased with how my car turned out! Thanks so much!

Do NOT use this location! My & my fiancé have now used this location a hand full of times which yes I know shame on us however we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are always so busy & very friendly. Today was my last straw every time we use them our cars are still not cleaned properly. I called ahead of time to see if they were busy the lady said no there was no one waiting so I headed over when I pulled in there was only one car being worked on so thought for sure they would do a proper job, boy was I wrong after they pulled the car out I put my son into the car & noticed a couple spots were not cleaned at ALL then when I got to grocery store I noticed the back wasn’t touched at all & if it was WOW is all I have to say the front was done but super sloppy! I couldn’t go back cause I had an appointment so yet again I am very irritated, I paid $60.00 I don’t expect it to shine inside but I do expect it to be done right & I am not kidding when I say my 13 year old nephew could have done a better job! I work at a body shop & our shop does minor cleans after the repairs & we don’t charge nearly as much but yet manage to do a WAY better job. There was no excuse for the lack of effort put into the cleaning of our car today I had to go back & re wipe everything I paid them to do. I will never return nor will my fiancé & I have also now informed all my friends & family to stay away! They need some serious quality control in that place. I took photos of the wipes I used & how bad they were after I went over everything again wish I could attach so you could see but it won’t allow me to.

I visited bubbles and it was quite an easy to follow setup. After I dropped off my vehicle at the side I was sent inside to pay for my package and then waited inside.

The waiting area was clean, covid friendly and had a friendly atmosphere. When my vehicle was done I was impressed with the $60 package but I wasn’t impressed with the way the seats were left in the back of the van. It was like they didn’t know how to move the seats and they were left off, like they didn’t even bother to attempt to try and make the seat right.

Not a bad spot but not detailed enough for my repeat business and or further vehicle damage.

This was my 4the time visiting this location for full exterior and interior wash + detailing. I had very great experiences previously. But was very disappointed in my recent visit. Perhaps I went 1.5hrs before closing, and there were quite a few cars before and after mine. But with the amount of money that they asked for, i expect at least the noticeable gunk to be removed. Bugs' splatter was noticeably uncleanned after 1st run, and even after 2nd run. Interior wipe down was done very sloppily. Tires were left unwaxed. It made no difference from the normal wash and vacuum with much lesser amount of money. Gonna be hard for me to return.

Today, Saturday Oct 3 was the worst experience at this location. Booked my wife's expedition in for detailing (top to bottom). Worst $890 I've ever spent. Couldn't even get the brushed aluminum trim spotless and still bug residue on headlights. Just all in all terrible for I thought I was getting the next to new car clean. As for the quick exterior wash the attendants drying were so slowwwwwww. Had to stop the line 4 to 5 times. And buddy went missing that had to drive the person's vehicle out lol not a good day for bubbles.

The champagne of Carwashes, inside out while you wait, detailing while you wait, beautiful interior, amazing staff and best of all. You don't have to shower or brush your teeth after, like when you wash your car yourself!

Bubbles are fabulous. The young lady was very knowledgeable and informative about their products.
Their building at the car wash is immaculate and very bright inside.
They have an excellent car wash. My vehicle was immaculate when they were done.

Had to run through a second time, wheels and running boards weren't done very good, obvious smudges inside and out they missed, still happy I got it done.
Have to do it your self rule still applies

I go to a Bubbles location every 3-4 months. I have a 120lb dog so a clean car is relative and there is no point in over spending to clean my car. On Sept 27, I went to West Edmonton Bubbles and asked for the ""Works" package ($60) as I always do. Attendant looked inside car, said it was too dirty and the car would still have dirty spots. I said "that's fine". Then he quoted me $79,00. I said "no" and indicated I was leaving. He began arguing with me and kept his shoulder against my open door so I could not leave. I repeadly said "goodbye" and he said he would be notifying other Bubbles locations (I guess to make sure I don't get what I ask for). As I was pulling away, he said "what is the make of your car" - perhaps to make sure I felt intimidated. I can only believe that such customer service is the result of desperate lowly paid staff who can only afford a roof over their head if they make commissions.

This company is such a joke. I was told I either had to wear a mask or stand outside in the pouring rain even though I have a medical note saying it is not safe for me to wear a mask due to my medical condition. There was no one inside so I never was in close contact with anyone by even 20 feet. Had it been 25 degrees out this wouldn't be an issue but I guess they'd rather you freeze and get soaked outside than allow their customers the decency of waiting inside. I can't imagine them asking an elderly person to stand outside in the cold rain because they couldn't wear a mask due to a medical condition. How are their no company exceptions for situations like this. The people who put this rule in place need to give their heads a shake.

Discrimination against a person who has legitimate ongoing medical conditions and exemption from wearing a mask. I sent a complaint to head office and notified my office not to talk our vehicles there ever again. Cheaper service and respect is a short drive to another car wash.

Everything was wonderful, except they wouldn’t honor a promotion that is listed on their website. I even opened the website and showed them, and they said they wouldn’t honor it even if it was currently posted.not sure how I would feel if I was here for a different, larger promotion and denied.

They try to hard to update you, and can't deliver the service, pretty bad when you have clean inside windows when you get there and leave with dirty streaky one, its been a constant problem, time for a change the price is not worth what you get.

I went to bubbles car wash for the first time and for the most part I was extremely happy with how my vehicle looked, I did have a couple of concerns. I talked to one of the employees, who happened to be the manager, Scott Fenez and he took care of my issues personally. I really appreciated that. It did take awhile for my vehicle to be done but it was a mess, now it's amazing. They've definitely made a return customer of me.

They never warned me that they could not wash around my shifter I happened to notice the sign after they already started to wash it there was over spray on the inside of my windshield and wipe Marks on windshield didn’t notice till it got dark meeting on coming traffic they were closed and I live 3 hours away so can’t even take it back never again

I paid for full detailing of my vehicle on December 30. The wash and detailing was okay. I did notice my sun glasses went missing. Hard to prove of course. I phoned about 20 minutes after I left when I noticed they were gone. I never got a call back. I have phone and left a few messages, but apparently not worth calling back. Not impressed.

Watched my mother come and get an interior and exterior wash for her brand new truck. (she was feeling lazy). I have never saw a more pathetic detail/wash even at the low price of 53$ they charged. They dont dry past a quick wipe around as the truck goes through the machine. There was still dirt and grime all over the paint, interior clean was very subpar. Really solidified why I wash/detail my own car. If I had any advice dont take your things you work hard for here!

Only get the interior done if you need a light wipe down. Took my van back twice because of areas they missed and still is not clean. For $70.00 I feel totally ripped off.

Did a good job, would have been better if more attention had been paid to wiping down the back doors and back of seats. Visit before this was fantastic will go back again but will pay closer attention to the details

This bubbles redeemed themselves after offering excellent customer service. I received a cleaning originally that was not very good, some dirt left behind, etc. I contacted Amy at customer service and her and the manager Scott agreed to re do my truck, and even push back the 7 day window as I worked out of town.returned to bubbles and was treated extremely well and they did an outstanding job on my truck! Great Place - I will be back

Detail place for a sparkling clean vehicle. Great friendly staff and quick service comfortable chairs and if it's not right they make it right before you leave.

It's okay, very expensive for what they do.not the best attention to detail and often mix things up or neglect them altogether. They even gave my car mats away to someone else and had to replace them for me.
