I’ve brought my second car here in the last month and let me tell you, their work is impeccable and super impressive. I’ve never had such a good experience in a car wash cleaning business. Staff is super friendly and kind. I had stains on the floor of my car nothing could get them out but they did and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Awful experience. Paid $125
and essentially all they did was vacuum my interior. Seats still dirty. Upon declining the $525 détail the agent shrugged me off and Rolf me to have low expectations. This would ´not have been acceptable with previous owners.

2 stars. The detailing job was acceptable and the staff are pleasant enough, I've used them for the past four plus years.

But the pricing has now gotten out of hand. I used to be able to get a decent detail for around a hundred dollars. Now they no longer offer set package pricing and jack up the price significantly if your vehicle is 'too dirty'. Cost me four hundred dollars to just get a basic detail and they refuse to offer me cheaper packages.

I will not go back. Next time I'll just power wash my vehicle exterior myself and will find another detailing service for interior clean only. Won't recommend them to anyone, unless you're looking to throw away hundreds of dollars for a 40 min detail job.

I visit this branch all the time for all our car needs, from car wash to auto detailing. The staff was accommodating and made time for us even when they were about to close. Job well done!

My vehicle was broken into and the intruders left behind a mess and foul odour. Took my vehicle to Bubbles and their friendly, courteous staff got me in right away. Vehicle was ready within the time frame I was given; looking and smelling as good as new. Will definitely be back!

I use the bubbles at chinook a few times a year and the work is always professional and Patrick the manager is friendly and provides great customer service.

While Interior clean and wipe, exterior wash with wheel wash was good $147 is very bad! Over selling extra services.

I have a big truck and normal washes miss spots. Bubbles is fantastic. I spoke to Patrick, the manager at Bubbles, Calgary. He listened to my concerns, which is great, as other places just rush to get the job done. The extra attention to detail is second to none. You won’t get better washes in the city. Thank you Patrick. Kudos also to Daniel who did a great job polishing and drying. Also getting into the tight spots. 10 out of 10.

Patrick and the Bubbles team are fantastic. I visit approx once/quarter and the work quality, service and coffee are always top notch. Keep up the great work.

Went in to get my car detailed and had an extremely pushy salesman who would not budge on what he thought my car needed. He definitely was out to make money and not actually provide good service. He tried to convince me (really hard) to spend $700 on getting my car cleaned. Refused to let me talk and didn’t listen to my opinion, despite telling him I definitely did not have $700 to spend on getting my car’s interior cleaned.

Would not recommend.

Would, however, recommend Refined Automotive Salon. They were great and so accommodating! Ended up only spending $70.

I had my car detailed at Bubbles and I'm very happy with the result. My car was full of dog hair and mud stains. It was spotless after the wash and seat shampooing!

They weren’t satisfied with the cleaning so took it and made sure it was perfect before giving it back.

Extremely slow service spent over 40 min for a regular car wash outside only this morning. I think you should pay me for my time waiting.

Just had my truck in for a cleaning today and was completely disappointed. Yes they ran a cloth over most surfaces and some of the dust and dirt off but I could have done that and not been charged $180.00. At first glance it didn't look to bad until I started looking alittle closer and found they couldn't be bothered to wipe the door jams and the inside of the door handles. The carpets were somewhat clean but nothing had been vacuumed around the seats. It was $180 for 30 minutes work and a horrible job. I had issues with the guys years ago and gave them another shot what a mistake.

The lady at the front desk is so rude, not showing good customer service. Was there to ask for pricing first and planning to have my suv for service. But decided not to instead.

I was at Bubbles for the first time yesterday. I am on pension so I asked for the least expensive package they had. I must say - even on a budget the staff did a great job cleaning and vacuuming my car - it is an older car and it looks like new now: o) The young gal at the front desk was super as well. Good job all around!

These are just a few of the missed details and they are inside and out. I paid $150 for this, honestly you could get a better job done at your local dealership for the price. Their attention to detail is pretty low all things considered. Overall they did an okay job, but I will not be using their service again.

An aside; the interior cleaner they use is very slippery and will attract dust over time. Seemed that the rags or combo either created or revealed surface scratches.

Detail was done really quick and staff was super super friendly but not thrilled with the detail itself especially considering my car was already decently clean. The detail was good but for $525 I was hoping most if not all the small stains on my black fabric seats would be gone and my trunk would be cleaner than it was. There were multiple spots that were sprayed but not wiped and places that were not cleaned at all. They gave it a good clean and the staff made it really easy to drop the car off and pick it up but for sure not worth $525

Was greeted by Patrick today who went through the options with me, as we had out-of-town guests arriving and the car needed extra attention to be presentable. The car looked great when I picked it up but I had one question before I left. Rachel answered my question and took this experience from a four star to a five-star review! I’m super happy with the car! Everyone was professional, positive and had a raise-the-bar attitude! Thank you!

For the price i paid.totally not worth the 400 i spent. My kids could of did a better job. Lesson learned. No bubbles again.

They will always always try upsell you and shame you for having a dirty car (farm car lol) and then give you ridiculous expensive package BUT then when you can get the package you want (even tho they say they don't offer it) they will do an awesome.e Jon on the car. The professional staff were fantastic to work with, and the vehicle has never looked so good. I definitely got my money's worth, and I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my vehicle worked on. I highly recommend them!

I spent over 400 dollars and when I got home i noticed smudges and streaks on the windows and stains still on the seats. But to top it off the instrument cluster was still dusty. Next time I get a interior shampoo done it will be a dealership. Waste of money!

They generally do a pretty good job, but the constant upselling of additional services gets really tiresome very quickly. You have to ask how much each upgrade costs because they don’t tell you. Pretty easy to end up with a $100+ car wash if you aren’t paying attention.

The Manager, Pat, helped me today and he was super friendly, helpful and professional from the start. I can't recommend this Bubbles location enough, also the whole process was quick and easy and my car looked brand new after!

I got my car detailed a few weeks ago at this location. I used to always love coming here with my grandfather and watched his car get cleaned through the tunnels. Had a lot of amazing memories from this car wash but the sales person made it a very uncomfortable visit the last time I was here. I don’t appreciate the sales guy asking me for my Snapchat and my number when I am a married woman with children! He was a tall white man and made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable! I will not be returning. I also was missing change out of my vehicle when I came back to pick it up! I will never be returning! Also I paid over 400 dollars for my car to be clean “everywhere” inside as he said once he convinced me after conversing with me saying how beautiful I was and my carpets and dash were still covered in dirt. I will not be returning and you need a new sales man at this location if he is constantly harassing women and trying to flirt on the job. Very unprofessional and very creepy. I hope you have a better sales person in the future. Take care!

I don’t normally take the time to leave any reviews but I am appalled at the service I received here. I took my already in great condition 2009 Honda Civic here to get a good scrub before attempting to sell. The “salesman” began my belittling me saying it looks like I don’t take care of my car due to one tiny salt stain on the mats. Then I got sucked into paying for the “deluxe” vinyl cleaning costing $240. I showed up an hour later and there was soapy water left in the cup holders, the console was never wiped, the trunk not vacuumed, hair left in the back seat, bugs left on the front bumper and grime left in the gear shifter. When I asked why the trunk wasn’t done they told me it was my fault because I didn’t open it for them. Not to mention that the girl attempting to move my car didn’t know how to drive standard and was trying to reverse while in 4th gear. For this price I would expect my car to be spotless. I could of went to wash king and done a better job by myself for $20. Absolutely not impressed and would not recommend this business.

They’re the best. Always greeted with a smile and treated well. Staff seems to all be happy and operate like a well oiled machine or a Formula 1 pit crew.

Prices are good, too. Great value for what you’re getting compared to a drive thru or wash bay.

I even arrived a little after they closed and Patrick was kind enough to fit me in the last slot.

Very happy to have made the trek to Calgary and get my car washed here. It wasn't the primary reason for the trip, but I'd consider the drive just to have my vehicle detailed at this location.

What. A. Customer. Experience! Stellar, and I mean stellar service from the lot attendant to the vehicle detailers. I greatly look forward to returning in the near future. Just wow!

Patrick and his crew are amazing. We have bought all our vehicles here for the ultimate detailing package. Highly recommended as it includes shampooing of all carpets and seats, vinyl detailing which makes your interior look brand new, reconditioning leather seats, and detailed cleaning of every little crevice and areas that we would never be able to clean ourselves. They even clean the inside of your glove compartments and consoles and neatly pack your items into tote bags. Of course the outside wash is great and you can opt to do a single, double or triple stage polish. The triple stage polish is great as it removes a lot of swirl marks even on black coloured vehicles. The final polish leaves the cat sparkling, shiny with a smooth finish.

If I could give this place big Zero, I would, this was a total rip off. Never clean the vehicle properly at all for the $400 dollars it costed me. Rather stick to smaller home businesses for doing your car detailing in future.

Absolutely classic bait and switch. Advertise one price but they’ll never actually wash your car for that price. I’ve been there three times and every time they HARD upsell to a much more expensive package. This time I refused and they would not detail my car for the basic package as advertised. I will never come back and I would never recommend this company to anyone else.

Bubbles is not cheap.in every sense of the word. After getting past the fact that you get what you pay for, they do an absolutely perfect job. If your intention is to bring your vehicle in (in whatever state of dirty) and get back something cleaner than off the showroom floor, then this is the place.

The staff are very knowledgeable and did a great job making my car look as new as it when left the dealership lot. Very impressed with the outcome of my car in the end.

My boss sent me to get one of his trucked cleaned at Bubbles car wash & detailing on Macleod and 58 Ave SW.this place is so awesome. I sat beside a fire and watched TV while I waited under an hour for the truck. The staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They did such a good job infact, that when I returned to work and my boss took a look at the quality of the clean, he immediately sent me back to clean his other truck! I was more than willing to return and rightly reclaim my leather chair beside the fire place. Great quality, excellent staff. I would absolutely recommend you give them a try.

Not only were they able to get me in last min but they were fast and my car looks and smells amazing. Extremely happy with the service! And the staff is great, super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I understand the poor ratings for both of these locations sadly and I found the managers to both be very chauvinistic/AGGRESSIVE not to mention down right rude. The managers spoke to me no way a lady should ever be spoke to. I will make sure to go out of my way to go elsewhere for my complete leather / car cleaning package every 3 months. Both managers have beyond overstepped their bounds and the owners need to be made aware of the MASSIVE problems they have down at their shops. The car cleaning was subpar also.

Patrick and his Team do a fantastic job at servicing clients and making sure Quality Control is upheld. I bring my Truck there 1-2 times a week, every single week, and I am always taken care of, with no issues or complaints. They try hard to focus on detail and it shows in the finish product. I will continue to go to this location as long as I have my membership, and I appreciate everything Patrick and his team has done for me, and continues to do each week.

Asked to get my dirt bike washed - they quoted me $50. Ended up paying $25 for them to powerwash the bike in less than 10 minutes. They missed the entire wheel, the chain, the fork. Also they power washed so close to the bike that they ripped off some of the decals.

Overall super disappointed and a waste of money.

Appreciate that this isn’t their expertise, but seriously a terrible experience.

Patrick is always happy to see me, even in the craziest winter weather. Quick, thorough service. Monthly rates are pretty reasonable. Never a long line, at least when I go.

I wish they had longer hours, as it can be tough to get in there during the week.

I'll never go back. An item was taken from my car, the job they did was awful. One floor mat clean, the other was dirty. My leather seats were greasy. I'll never ever darken their door again!

Thanks Patrick. Many many blessings. Patrick, was able to find away for me to redeem my car was coupon even though I wasn't able to find it when I needed it most because my car exterior was very dirty. This after going to the other location and was turned down flat.

I have a few kids making an awesome job in getting my suv an really dirty. At Bubbles Chinook I got my suv detailed to it's brand new state! I am really pleased by the extra services I got here, from the free coffee to the 5 stars treatment from all staff and manager. Patrick and his team went above and beyond to give us the best service. It's definitely worth the money.
I highly recommend this place for busy parents and for luxury cars.

I have used them a few times as I work for major leasing company and do a lot of detailing work. I thought I would give them a couple chances but over priced for the jobs I was getting done, and always had to ask them vacuum again.

I got the Interior Detail Deluxe Package and my vehicle felt absolutely brand new! It was spotless. I have a Golden Retriever and the staff managed to make it seem like it has never been in the car. Patrick was very attentive to my concerns and was able to address all of it! I was so impressed that I went in to pick up a membership right away. Definitely recommend, and will be back!

Got a full vehicle detail, interior and exterior. Over $250. We asked about removing the car seat to clean, they said " no problem we can remove it to clean, but you must buckle it back in" we said ok sounds good, however when we got home we realized they did not clean under the car seat, in the car seat and under the back seats. Definitely not worth the price, next time we will clean our own vehicle.

The employees were very nice and polite. I wanted my car cleaned inside and out. Don’t get me wrong it was clean. But it was not worth the 260$ I paid. I asked for a bottle of water and she charged me for it lol we don’t even get a complimentary beverages with that price! Prices are exaggerated. Barely took them 30 minutes for everything. I’ve never paid more than 40$ For that where im from so I was a little tromatized.

Go to bubbles all the time Patrick and his team do a great job every time purchased the monthly membership program and have not regretted it, staff is always courteous and do a great job way to go team bubbles.

Not satisfied with the detail service the inside of my vehicle paid 100.00 dollars and there are still animal hair and the drivers side was not clean up completely the work was semi done. Although the exterior of the vehicle is very nicely done.

In the world of car washes, Bubbles is the Dom Perignon, or more appropriately the Rolls Royce of car washes. And if you like riding in Rollers then you should definitely get them cleaned at Bubbles. Cleaned isn’t a good enough way to explain what happens there, more like a carefully choreographed and practiced re-birth of your automobile. I am driving the newest car I have ever gotten, a 2017 Subaru Outback. When I got it used at a dealers lot, they cleaned it up inside and out before handing it over, and I got a little tingle down my spine that I was about to drive something so clean and new. That was my baseline. Bubbles CRUSHED THAT. Today I took that car to Bubbles for the first time, and frankly I thought there was no way that they could get it back to the condition it was in when I got it. My dog Pierre spends a lot of time in the car, and sometimes you cant tell where the dog hair ends and the car begins. Now maybe because it was early in the day, or maybe because we got to meet an owner named Tony (a tremendous ambassador of his business) or maybe we got lucky, but when we were led to our car, waiting inside for us, I was sure they had replaced my car with a BRAND NEW one. The little tingle I got when I first picked up the car was dwarfed in comparison to the Million volts that hit me when I saw my car, quite possibly in better condition than the day it rolled off the Subaru assembly line. Sure maybe we got lucky, but what I really believe is that this is how they treat every car that comes their way. DO NOT take your car anywhere else, Bubbles is now the ONLY place I take my car and you should too. Thanks Tony, thanks Bubbles!

Bubbles has always been nothing but friendly every time I've used them. They do an excellent job on all packages and are priced more than fair for what you get. Definitely will only be using them for all my carwash ABC's detail needs from now on

Extremely overpriced for what you get. This is not a professional cleaning by any standard. This is a quick stop for a poor cleaning on a high budget. I will never take my car here again to be cleaned.

This place is super friendly, fast and efficient. They will drive-thru but you can't really hold that against them. Just get the information for which one you want and choose accordingly. Sometimes you may want the full detail, sometimes you may just want the basic with out tire shine. Either way it'll come out clean dry and with a smile. There is also waiting area with magazines and the television. My only suggestion to them would be to add a few more snacks to the selection.

I took advantage of the weather is frightful discount being offered and had the super interior detailing package done. Well worth it!

Reception and cashier was good. Cleaning outside ok, inside.not ok. Dog hair remaining (was the main reason I went in and I told them), wiring for by canopy had been pressured was and was hanging, console was not done, back tailgate inside mud remaining.

After driving 1300km from Manitoba I've decided to stop here.

I've read good reviews and it seems to be a good option to clean all the bugs from my windshield, plates and front grille.

The price was $64,50 plus taxes.

Overall, it was good. It took nearly 40m to clean.

From the inside, 4 stars. It was well done, not in a hurry. Tiny details on the vents and on dashboard were missing but overall a 4 star job.

Outside, 3 stars. I have to say that the car was shiny! It looked amazing until I've started to notice the details. The windshield was clean but still had some bugs. Front grille had many water spots and bugs.

Rims were great, 5 stars.

The place was clean and staff were great.

For the price, I expected a little bit more. It was an ok wash but not worth the price for me.

Awesome guy who takes care of you when you drive up. There was an issue at first with my expectation vs.what I received and he fixed it without hesitation. I really appreciate this type of service. Awesome team at Bubbles and their quality is fantastic. Gentlemen who makes recommendations deserves a pat on the back.

I got the ultimate full package yesterday, it is supposed to include de engine shampoo, when I checked today it wasn't done! Yesterday they showed me the interior only, I assumed inside was clean too. The package was super mega expensive so I expected the best! I'll call tomorrow to deal with this. The cleaning was good but I expected better for such price, under my seats it wasn't the best.

Over priced and takes too long. They block you in before they tell you the price. When I wanted to leave I had to complain to be let out. They wanted me to wait s few minutes for then to finish vacuuming an suv that they hadn't started on the back seat or trunk

I have been a loyal customer, bringing my car in almost every year for detailing. I do have to say that I was pretty disappointed this time around. Their prices seem pretty high and what I received wasn't close to my previous experiences.

I purchased the $245 package (thought it included seat shampoo.it's only in the $499 package but can be purchased as an add on for a little over $120) and it wasn't nearly as complete as it was the last time I brought it in.

Externally it was good, no complaints there, but inside there was just ar little armour all on the dashboard, steering wheel and on the centre console but that was it. On my previous visit, everything from the glove box, drivers and passenger doors, front and rear, was done.

After that experience, I am looking around for another place next year.
