Was there today $$279.00 +tax wash and vacuum clean interior no shampoo by far too much money, will never go back or recommend this place. Once bitten twice shy.

Just tried to get a basic inside/outside wash. I have a VW Golf. The greeter insisted it is a big car, called it an SUV, and wanted to charge $89. I said I usually pay $75, and he says the best he can do is $79, but then won’t vacuum or wipe the hatchback.
I mentioned the discussion to the cashier, who disregarded the comment and tried to sell me gift cards.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Decided to go for a clean car wash before the winter and paid close to 45$ to clean the exterior! Once I got my car back I had a huge crack in on my windshield and they said it wasn't they're fault wouldn't acknowledge anything, didn't wanted to pay for the damage THEY did and when I said can I atleast get a refund for the car wash, the manager said no

I went for exterior wash and they clean mats. There was drips of water on my leather seats and they hadn't even wiped the car down. I won't be going again

Expensive, twice as much as for the same services in Winnipeg. But they were courteous and quick.

Did a pretty good job. Everything is clean and my car smells great. Unfortunately paid $90 for the service and they still stole the change out of my cup holder. Probably wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Excellent manager and owner on site. Friendly front desk staff and awesome car wash. Hand washed to start and hand dried at the end. One of the best places to get your vehicle washed.

Always take our suv and today our daughters car here. Sheila was fantastic! Highly recommend

Not sure how they prioritize incoming cars but I was sure I was there before 6 other cars before me. Car front windshield was not clean properly. I didn't notice till I left.

Highly recommend! They are very focused on customer service and spend the time with you if needed for any questions! Awesome way to clean your car in a very convenient way!

Great Experience Today! May 26th/2022

Demi & Peter cleaned my Yukon Denali and everything was spotless and perfect. I have had an issue the past couple where I needed a couple things touched and two times ago a rewash.

All in all Bubbles does a great job but I really feel these two were excellent!

Typically, I go to the Bubbles on Jasper Ave. There, I receive "The Works" at a cost of $65.00 (plus tax). For this, my Jeep is vacuumed (including my dog's fur), and the inside and outside are cleaned. At the location on 51 Avenue, I requested the same service. The person who met me when I drove in tried to up-sell me to a $200.00 option that would have taken longer and, apparently, led to better results. I declined the invitation. This led to a rather unfriendly response that included comments about "doing their best" and motioning at my vehicle as though it were filthy and cared for poorly. A friendly young man took my Jeep and began the vacuuming/cleaning process (they were not busy as the weather was very cold and snowy). When I went in to pay, I was presented with a credit/debit machine that noted a payment requirement of $130.00 because, it seems, there is a range of costs attached to "The Works" depending on the work done and time required. I was shocked and challenged the cost. This led to a conversation with the manager and general manager, neither of whom offered a satisfactory resolution (I was given a gift card for $30 and told they would speak with the salesperson who I would likely not see again). Is my Jeep much cleaner as a result of the payment of $130.00 and the short amount of time spent on it? I do not think there is a great deal of difference. The location on Jasper Ave.always does a super job... For $65.00. And, they vacuum/clean the back that houses my dog's kennel. (This was not done by the folks on 51 Ave.) In summary, I will not return to this latter location. I feel there is much pressure there to up-sell, and several team members demonstrate little concern about communication of options/costs and customer satisfaction. If you go there, please ensure you are aware of what you are paying and what you are getting for your money.

I would never recommend this place, the experience, value and quality is one star. If you speak with management they avoid your calls. Staff is hungover (as the manager told me) and continuously touch you and ask personal questions (married or not) dented my car door, took more than 5 hours, had to bring my car in twice and still not satisfactory. The whole situation was very unprofessional.

The staff at this location didn't really care about doing a good job just as Shawty as you could be when I presented it to them the windows were so dirty the dash was not was not even clean and the person that was cleaning the window didn't have a clue how to do it my grandma could have did a better job

2 out of 2 vehicles taken here had massive issues afterwards. My moms van stunk horribly for months because they failed to dry the seats at all, my car had bad watermarks but no smell.

Save your money and do it yourself, or go see a professional.

Khaled at West end location was very detailed about which package was best for my vehicle. I was satisfied with the overall clean of my SUV. Great salesman

It's changed a bit since I was last there. Still good service and my vehicle shines like new! Prices are still good for what you get!

If I could give less than 1 star this time I would. I've been using bubbles for many years, with very good results. This time it looked like my dog attempted the clean.

They washed my pickup truck as it was in very bad condition. I found some spots that they missed and they washed it again with no extra cost. Definitely recommend their services

I have always been pleased with the interior and exterior washes at this location, but normally I have my vehicle detailed elsewhere. Today I decided to try their deluxe interior detail package, vinyl scrub, leather treatment and exterior wash and wheel treatment. I was very impressed with the end result and will surely come back!

The customer greeter and sales lady were very pleasant and not pushy in any way. The detailer was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my question and ensured I was completely satisfied.

Normally am not one to share about experiences (good or bad) but felt to need to share in the case.

Rocker panels were still dirty after going through car wash. For $45 I expected it to be clean. Had to go through a second time.

Very restricted staff not to talk to anyone.
They don't give deals or comprise.
They want you in and out.
They don't tell what deals available.

My initial review was 4 stars and my last experience and last experience has caused me to reduce down to 2 stars. I will describe my last experience which was today. I had asked for an inside and out clean and as always there is the upsell of 8 dollars for tires and 6 dollars for rainx wax. I want to state that I drive a small car and it is normally very clean and mostly just dusting and some usual window cleaning is all that is required. I received the vehicle and I was beginning to drive away cause normally the clean level is acceptable but since my last experience I glanced down and seen that the doors had not been done, the counsel had not been wiped and still had a gum wrapper in it and same with cup holder and a small hair pin left in door panel. Clearly, the dust level confirmed it wasn't done at all. The driver's door had fingerprints from the winter of cleaning window from inside still. I returned to the location and spoke to the manager. He started to me I could get the vinyl wiped down better for an extra 60 dollars. I explained to him that no effort was taken to wipe down the car the first time. He stated " we will most definitely get this taken care of and just have to show us the places needed cleaned" for me it shows that if you don't have issues you play for a clean that for the most part you don't receive and don't believe I should have to review diligently for things that should be routine. I am not pleased with that business model. This is the location on 51ave. I will next time try the location in the windemere area and see if that helps. I do caution if that you are required to pay 120 for a small car there are other options us customers should consider and which might ultimately be the thing that changes my loyalty to a business I have been loyal to for 5 years. It's clear that in the past 2 years a change of management has reduced the quality that bubbles were once known for.

Covered my brand new car with swirl and scratch marks. My mistake, I should have known better as all these tunnel-style car washes are terrible for your paint, but they promised it wouldn't damage the clear coat and for the price, I figured they were doing something unique to prevent it. I was wrong.

*Update 1: The owner contacted me and offered a polishing session to remove clear coat defects. I'll update again after I get the work done, but the call was professional and he seemed sincere in wanting to make it right, more to follow.

*Update 2: COVID happened and I moved, wasn't able to get back for the complimentary polish. Star rating increased for their customer service after-the-fact.

You want the best? Bubbles is the best, hands down. I've tried them all. Bubbles has the process down pat, drive in covered in dirt, ice and snow.drive out clean, fresh and DRY!

Took my truck in for a wash and the gentleman asked if I wanted the vinyl package and I said sure. WOW, loved how it all turned out! Staff were friendly, would not hesitate to come back! Thanks so much!

Windows were my biggest concern - they are smudged and still 'bue haze' - just moved around the old dirt

Such disappointing service. Specifically asked for a basic interior & exterior wash. No shampoo but basic vacuuming of the inside and all hard surfaces wiped down. Was initially quoted $250 but asked if they had another option as that was more than I was looking to spend. Was quoted $100 and assured that the basics I asked for would be completed. Was just told I wouldn't get the 'armor all treatment'. Came back to find inside of door not wiped off. Bug by the cup holder and in the back window. Not impressed and very frustrated.

I received a gift card for here and was excited to use it as I usually wash my car myself, needless to say I was very disappointed. $70 for them to return my car with multiple dirty areas still. I spilt a Blizzard (oops) as seen at the bottom of the shifter however it isn't visible when in park, but when you put it in drive, which they would have done to pull the car out, they definitely would have seen it.and so I guess they just ignored it? Very unimpressed I had to come home and re-clean the interior, what a waste of money spent on that gift card: (

The emoyees at Bubbles are kind and hardworking, they pay attention to detail. People think it costs so much money, but when you think about it at least 8 people gave my car some love. No regrets on the 449 lrice tag. Worth every penny.

Worth every penny. The lady behind the counter is an absolute superstar and my vehicle is always cleaned flawlessly.

I often go here to get my car wash. This time around wasn't great experience. They missed one side of my car and left some scratches. Not coming back

I was ch a charged twice $25.00 in my credit card, when I came back three days later and told the attendant what had happened he just laughed about it and brushed It Off, I asked for the refund of my $25 and he denied it, I will never go back to that place, dishonest business practices that's not pay off.

Went in and I was looking to get a monthly car wash membership… 3 lines to get in depending on what you need. A few cars were in front of me getting cleaned so I wait for someone to come and ask me what I needed 10 minutes went by a few car went on the exterior wash lane and got helped nobody came And ask me what I needed. Eye contact was made by multiple employees nothing so I decided to leave. You guys have lost my business and my company business.very unprofessional.

51 ave on the south side, Staff is very friendly. Managed very well. Strongly recommend this place to anyone. I wash my car about 5 times every 2 weeks. I recommend the unlimited exterior wash package.

Same location i worked at in 1994 but it was a Great Canadian Carwash back then. Fast service. Drive up and away you go. A little pricey for a exterior wash at 30 bucks. But if you dont want to get wet its an option. Gift cards are available as well.

We had my car detailed to max just a month ago. Been a Bubbles customer from their very outset. My Bubble just burst. Sent in my son with disabilities for basic touch up -he was mercilessly upsold $320.00 wash. I was livid, expressed my disgust in no uncertain terms. Many decades ago I got my first wash -so long ago I can't remember. But taking advantage of my son - Bubbles you are done!

Always a consistent finished product. Known Ken since he was a manager at 51 st he has always treated me great.

Fantastic service! Took my car in and got the whole thing cleaned top to bottom, in and out. It looks brand new and I love it!

My son with disabilities showed up there for a basic interior exterior wash, some Bubbles hero took him for $320.00. Real low baseless “humans” and up sale cons. BEWARE

I've always seen Bubbles around the city for years and always thought of them as a strong Edmonton company. Then my wife surprised me with a detailed cleaning and it was less than good. The cleaning itself was good - they did miss an area under my back seats but to be fair, I wasn't aware that existed until I did a thorough inspection of my own vehicle. The reason for the thorough inspection was to locate my small winter shovel that is for if I ever got stuck in a ditch. I intentionally emptied the car of all the little things but left this small bulky shovel thinking it wouldn't go missing. It did. When following up with Bubbles, they didn't care and didn't have it. This was in addition to them breaking a cord. Their response to the broken cord was to give a $20 gift card which we had to come and pick up. They weren't inclined to mail it which gave us the impression we would have to go out of our way to get it, but only if we really wanted to.

Not inclined to use Bubbles again and will try else where to see how they stack up to this experience.

EDIT - I hate the bogus response of 'we are not aware of your visit' as I see no other responses asking people for receipts. It was my wife who dropped the car off and paid. She is following up with you CSR email as a response of 'the shovel is not here therefore it is at your place' is also not acceptable.

I brought in my jeep for an exterior wash on Sept. 17, when I got home, I noticed that my tow hitch cover was missing. I never paid attention when I left because I've been having my car cleaned in this location regularly & never had an issue. I will not come back to this business nor would I ever say a good thing about this company. If you cannot trust them on such an inexpensive item, why would you trust them accessing your vehicle.

Excellent! They did a really good job with my car! Like new! I like tge viewing spaces so you can follow your car. Definitely bring something to do while you wait for your car or have someone pick you up and drop you off if you are not waiting, depending on what you're getting done.

You get a very good clean for a reasonable price. They are very efficient. I have frequented this location many times, and my last time with a friend, I witnessed some aggressive upsell attempts and was told that they don't clean door jams for the 109 clean. I have had it done every time and felt it was done every time. 60 dollars extra for door jams didn't seem fair. I chose not to get the 60 dollar extra clean due to it was part of the clean before. Upon picking up our vehicle, the car was cleaned as impressive as it was always done and thus why I think it was just an extra cash grab. Still recommend the location. Just beware of the upsell. I will commend one employee who has gone above and beyond and made the last time an impressive experience and my vehicle looks amazing. The employee name is Melvin.

The store manager Cerlik was quick to take care of what I needed cleaned. It was finished in a timely manner. Melvin (detail manager) was awesome at explaining the steps he took to clean my vehicle.

Honestly I use to work here so I know the standards of customer service. And the fact that my mother and five year old son have to sit outside for 2 hours because they can’t wear a mask for health reason. To have my mother feel belittled and embarrassed for not being able too. I get wearing a mask but for having health reason and not be able to. They should be allowed to social distance from people and wait for there vehicle inside. Making someone sit outside when it’s kind of chilly what is going to happen when it becomes more cold and people come to bubbles for service and can not wear a mask? Thankfully uma put a rush on her vehicle.

I was very pleased with the services provided at Bubbles. I observed how detailed oriented the workers were when cleaning the inside of my car. I love the fact that they are not behind closed doors this gives me reassurance that I get value for my money. The personal touch with the rep following up with me to let me know how much longer it would take was customer focused.keep up the good work

Got my car detailed. They found mouse droppings. I was charged over $700 and the seats were still stained and there was dust in the vents and dirty around the edge of the Windows. It was left so wet inside that even though I left it parked with the window open for 3 days it still wasn't dry.

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR PAINT JOB. I recently took my vehicle to this location for their top of the line buff and polish. When I initially received my vehicle back it looked great, until I took it for its first wash. I immediately noticed that all dirt is essentially sticking to the paint. It will not come off unless I use the foam brush, which is not something you want to do on a luxury vehicle. I then noticed all my logoing had been stripped of its black paint. Hoping that I needed a deeper wash I took it back to bubbles for their $90 wash. When I received my car it was COVERED in paint scratches and the logoing was almost completed bleached now. When I spoke with the manager he said they couldn’t have done it even though it was right after the wash. I strongly urge you to stay FAR AWAY from this location as they will ruin your car and do nothing to rectify the damage.

Was supposed to have complete inner detail shampoo seats and carpets. Carpets were done, never touched the seats. Totally Ripped. It appears I'm not alone and the least you could do with your reply would be to furnish me with a contact name. At $400 tax in I would have expected it to have taken the 3 to 4 hours as I was quoted not a little over an hour.

I was at 51 first ave this morning, the service there was amazing the sales lady Odessa provided great service gave me what I wonted, with excellent time limit. I was very happy with the work done on my vehicle, and the cashier Stacie was very welcoming with a bright smile, and she was very helpful! It was my first visit, so I just wonted to let you know, and I’ll definitely be back:)

Does a good job but prices are quite high. There are other detailing options that won't nickel and dime you to death like this place does.

Having said that, if you're willing to pay out the rear, you'll get a darn good clean car.

So today I went to get my car polished at bubbles. It had a few deep scratches for which the sales manager, me and the polish specialist came to an agreement that they would remove them doing stage 1 polish worth ($229) rather than me paying for stage 2 worth ($ 400). Everything was going good and the polish specialist was doing what he was supposed to and suddenly Mr ken the oldest employee and I’m guessing the manager came and started shouting at the polish specialist that he is not supposed to remove the scratches as I did not pay for them. He was rude and abusive to me and ordered the car to be pulled out of the bay when the polish specialist was in the middle of removing the last scratch. Mr ken did not introduce himself to me and in a very aggressive, rude and abusive manner and I quote (we are not going to waste our time on your car scratch removal as you did not pay for the stage 2 polish. I told him that the we all came to an agreement before anything got done but instead of acknowledging the agreement he said we will not do it. He was rude and abusive to me and to the staff including the sales manager who apologized to me towards his behaviour. I said nothing to him. Paid my dues and left.

I urge the management of bubbles to look into the incident.

Called two days before taking in a work truck and was told the cost for the I package I wanted was 250.00. Upon arrival the day I took the work truck in the price changed to 450.00. Needing the truck cleaned I went ahead with the cleaning. When the truck was done I went to pick it up and the truck was still dirty. I spent another 45 minutes waiting for the truck to be cleaned. A waste of time and money! Super unimpressed with bubbles.

Pulled up for a basic car wash and interior, and the sales lady aggressively tried to sell me a $750 detailing package. Made me ask 3-4 times for a basic package. Finally agreed to do it for $80.

They did a lousy job. Missed a bunch of spots on the interior. For $80 I expected much better.

UPDATE: I brought the truck back to the manager and pointed out the interior was still dirty. Dog hair on the seats, vinyl not scrubbed at all, interior windows dirty. He took the car back to the detailing bay. The detailing manager came out and told me if I wanted the interior cleaned I would have to “upgrade to a $250 package”. He told me that they only wipe surfaces lightly for $80. If I wanted them scrubbed, it was far more. I told him flat no and he kept trying to pressure me.

In the end the store manager took it back and fixed the things I commented on. He was very polite and pro.

Can’t say I’m going back.

I went to check it out and a wash and polish later the car looks great! No pressure upsell just suggestions and let me pick the package I wanted. Great place.

It was my first time ever using bubbles and after today it not going to be my last.the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and was helpful in explaining the different options I had and which ones he thought would be best suited for my vehicle. It was a bit of a wait but that's because it was busy but after seeing the finished product it was worth the wait and I think it looked better than it did when I got it from the dealership. You will definitely be seeing me again

Dial shifter warning! If cleaning crew Doesnt cover it before washing inside it will drownd and short out. So a $500 full clean will also cost you $1000 to repair which bubbles Will Not cover in any which way

Worst place ever! They never Clean the vechicle properly wrecked my seatbelt lock and blamed it on wear and tear overpriced for a terrible job
