I call Budget Printing "one stop shopping" because everything I've needed to do can be done there. I have shipped parcels, had documents printed and scanned, and bought packing boxes for moving. Antony is an absolute pleasure to do business with! On a number of occasions I have seen his patience with customers whose first language is not English, and he is always courteous to even the rudest, most impatient people. I don't mind waiting in sometimes long lines because it moves quickly while he still takes the time with each customer to get the job done to their satisfaction. I highly recommend Dalhousie Budget Printing and have referred friends and family to this location. 5+ stars!

Great place for shipping. My favorite place. The owner sounds a bit rough but he not only friendly and helpful but also very kind.

Owner isn't very friendly. I'd rather go out of my way to another FedEx location then return here.

The owner and the lady who worked there were exceptional rude. Will never step foot in this place again. I highly suggest going to other Fedex locations, but definitely NOT this one.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Great for shipping anything through UPS, FedEx or DHL. They offer printing services as well - obvious from the name.
I can say the owner will go above and beyond to help you out. He definitely did with me when I was there trying to ship a large pkg with my two young kiddos with me.

I would not recommend this place for printing. Came here to have one page printed. The price they have listed says 15 cents for a black and white print. The owner printed out my one paper for me and then said it’s $2.00! I’m like your price here states. 15 cents! He said that’s cause I printed it for you…he want to charge you to use his computers to print for. 15 cents but if you email him to print then makes up a price of $2.00 for one paper! Definitely not a budget print shop! Such a scammer!
Response to owner: you have nothing posted in your shop except. 15 cents per page. You say your charging for your time $2? It takes about 5 seconds or less to push print on an email…that works out to $840 dollars an hour! Guess I’m in the wrong business! Lol FYI purolator will print your Amazon return labels for free. God Bless you too…you need it!

The staff was extremely rude. I sent an email containing a document that I wanted to print. I've done it before with no problems. Nobody charged me more than I had to. This time, the manager was extremely rude, and I paid more than I anticipated when I checked the price. Furthermore, when I asked why I had to pay more, he explained that I was using his time, which is not cheap. So I've stated that he's doing his job. I wasted my time, and after this conversation, I will never return to this rude and unprofessional service. If I could, I'd like to include the score - 10.

February 23,2023. I literally don't write reviews but this one needed to be done.

I went to Budget Printing to drop off a Lululemon return with a return shipping label I printed myself.

The person at the front desk (I would assume to be the owner) informed me, my shipping label was too faded (the print was not bold enough) to scan.

I asked the person, "could you please try to scan it" so that I could see if it would work.

He pointed out another box with a very black and bold print on it, and informed me my shipping label needed to look like that. I asked again, "could you please try to scan it". The person working said "no", and again talked down to me like was a child, he pointed out the same box and said "your shipping label needs to look like this (the bold and dark shipping label) ".

He then informed me that he could print it, and pointed out a store email address I could send the printing label to, so that he could print another shipping label at my expense. '

I asked for a third time "could you please try and scan the package". The person informed me "no, it will not scan". I then asked "will you even try to scan my package", and the person said "I will not even try".

At this point, I was quite frustrated and told the person I will go elsewhere to drop off my package. Little did the person/owner know I have been wanting to drop off this package for a week and I would of paid $5 for a shipping label to be printed, but because he did not even try to scan the shipping label, I left.

I went to another Fedex drop off location very close by called Carestar Pharmacy in Edgemont, it took them all of 2 seconds to scan my "faded" shipping label and allow me to drop it off.

I am writing this review mainly to let readers know, that the person working there (who I assume could be the owner), is quite painful to work with. He would not even fulfill a customers request. I would wish that the business fails, but at this point whoever is running it, is probably quite successful at driving it into the ground.

Not recommended this FedEx location, no service s, the staff always in hurry to finish up you to welcome next one. No listen what I said. Rush all the time. Door tag shows after 7 pm to pick up, but they close at 6 pm. Terrible place and terrible customer service.

Excellent service! Can tell the owner knows what he’s doing - fast & efficient! I’d return for all my shipping needs and support local businesses
