Did not follow the instructions I had included for delivery. I pre-ordered for a special birthday surprise on behalf of a large group of family. They were ordered to be delivered May 2nd but delivered Apr 28th (I ordered them on Apr 27th). Mistakes happen, I get it. The owner was however unapologetic but offered to resend the delivery again? She became more upset when I rejected that and suggested it was my fault as I was an "anomaly" for pre-ordering. Very unprofessional but I did receive a refund. Website was easy to use.

Made an online order to deliver to a loved one as we couldn’t be there and still wanted to send some love. Delivered a beautiful arrangement, the website is user friendly and Billie was great when she called to confirm.

I ordered a basket for my husband who was working in Bonnyville. The lady was very kind and easy to deal with, however, there is a buyer beware. The basket I ordered was the gourmet basket in addition I added a whiskey bottle to the basket. The online basket price was $95.00. I was informed that the basket would cost $170 due to the alcohol and a $7 delivery charge. She then sent me a picture of the basket and it had absolutely nothing “gourmet” in it. Everything in the basket down to the digestive cookies could be purchased at a Shoppers Drug Mart. Nothing in this basket was gourmet and the images used are not her baskets but stock images.

Truthfully probably a great place to get a generic basket but she should not be advertising that she makes baskets that she cannot deliver on.but will still charge the money for.

Great selection, flower quality and ease of service.
BUT they call the recipient before delivering the arrangements which completely ruins the element of surprise.and to me that’s what these flower delivery arrangements are all about.
