Many items were cold not even warm. When paying the bill the gentleman acknowledged the facts then called away to deal with something else and the person who took the payment it seemed no desire to address the issue. Cold food on a buffet is a concern for health reasons

I use Groupon coupons, which makes the prices reasonable. Food was good and plentiful. Staff were prompt.

I loved the shrimp, Basa dish and the Salmon.we got seated right away and it was a lovely atmosphere.the stuff was great as well

I really enjoyed the fresh fruits, chocolate fountain, pork ribs and seafoods. Most of all the variety of food, from Taco, salad, shrimps, mussels, noodles, ice cream… and oh boy so much more. You get your moneys worth. So bring your whole family for fun treat!

The food was great, so much to choose from. Great for kids as they love the chocolate fountain and fruit bar. The services was great the staff are very kind and made sure we were well taken care of. We will be back as my little one loves it there.

A great selection of hot foods. Very tasty! A great place to dine witbout ordering off a menu.

I couldn't eat anything on my first plate. We barely touched anything. 4 small plates unate still charged 50 dollars. The food was completely unedible. I've had good buffet royal on Westside but this place is not good in my opinion

Good buffet food, quite tasty and fresh with lots of options. Had the brunch, there was only 1 waffle maker which was slow and difficult to use, but made good waffles. The eggs benedict was flavourful but the "english muffin" portion tasted and felt like uncooked dough. The staff was wonderful, top notch service.

Really enjoy the mash potatoes and gravy at the poutine bar and the dessert buffet is awesome with the chocolate fountain!

Wow! Best buffet ever hands down! Yes, it's a bit more expensive then other buffets but it's so worth it! The chocolate fountain was such a hit for our kids too! Will be back that's for sure and would love to try the breakfast buffet soon

Food was really good, I liked the rice and the Shanghai noodles. And the cookies were really good!

The Buffett is awesome! So much food it’s unbelievable. You won’t be able to eat everything there in one go unless you eat one morsel of food From every dish. I definitely recommend them. The staff are also nice and the service was great too. I will definitely be back.

Decent food but needs more flavor. Over cooked bennie. Breakfast sausage, woof. Had brunch today, just left. Hostess hated her life and everyone around her. Never seen so many eye rolls in my life. Only time she smiled was when we were paying the bill. 115$ spent. Main waitress was sweet. Waitress was the only reason a tip was given. Hopefully its not shared with Hostess. She needs an attitude adjustment or a stick removal. Super rude.

Welcoming committee 1 star. Waitress 5 stars. Food 3 stars. Apple crumble awesome.

Chinese buffet lacked selection choices and what was there lacked flavor. Overpriced $35 per person is ridiculous won't be going back.

Did not enjoy. The food was my main issue. It was lukewarm at best, tasted dry, unfavorable and NOT fresh (especially the Chinese food). It honestly tasted like they had reheated it from the day before.
The only thing that I liked was the chocolate fountain but it is not worth going here just for that. It is on the pricier side for what you get. Save yourself some money and buy a nice meal for that price!

Everything was OK, but the price is ridiculous to charge 40 bucks for a 14 year old is stupid so I lied and said she was 13

Tried for the first time. For an all you can eat buffet, it was delicious. Food was fresh, even close to closing time, with lots of choices. Staff was super friendly and everything was clean.

People complaining, have to high expectations. When a meal at a&w is almost $20, the dinner price doesn't seem to outrageous.

Highlights:

Prawns and beef ribs where amazing.

Chinese food was fresh and not bland.

Roast beef was tender and tasty not dry and bland.

Gravy and potatoes need a little fine tuning but still good!

Will recommend and be back!
