Went in to buy a new oven, girl working in appliance department was very friendly, we showed her a picture of exact oven that was cheaper at another store, she price matched and beat it by 10% as per Lowes/Rona policy.

Wouldn’t price match, staff quoting policy and having a smug “we don’t have to! ” Attitude. Well I don’t have to shop here! Home Depot is across the street! They are who you are price matching for the exact product! That’s my policy! Go somewhere...

Buyer beware, this place charges $83.15 for an 8x4 smart side panel which retails for $57 at home depot for the same product. Guy on the till was super unfriendly, no assistance offered to help load. Would not recommend if you’re not a contractor.

Friendly atmosphere. Prices can vary but has most of what I need to get the job done. Gonna have to be more competitive soon to keep up with amazon prices

This remains the most dependable hardware building store and lumber yard for miles. Service, quiality. Product knowledge can't be beat.
