After getting a few quotes we decided to go with Building Works because Scott seemed knowledgeable in the issues we found in our basement. He sent over Dan and Roy to remove all insulation, get rid of the mold and apply the spray foam insulation. These guys were so personable. They were great with our dog and very friendly towards us and our family. We are happy with the work and they got it done quickly. They were quick, efficient, and double-checked their work. I can not commend these guys enough.

Dee and Baggi did an incredible job on my patio door installation. Their craftsmanship is second to none! They were efficient, pleasant and extremely tidy. They even cleaned the glass after the install. As a single lady, I felt very safe having them in my home. A huge thanks to Harvey for communicating so efficiently as he worked with my tight schedule. He made sure the install was completed in a timely manner and helped organize a very special finishing touch. Many thanks, guys!

This is a shout out to Dee, Brennan, and Mark for their friendly and willing customer service skills. It's one thing to live in a Condo complex with windows being replaced, and another to work from home on conference calls while it's happening. The effort you each made to keep me informed in advance of the work-flow and when, and for how long you needed access to my unit, and working around the office equipment and furniture that would have been crazy difficult to disassemble and move, made all the difference to me working around my commitments and reschedulng when and where I needed to. Working with Building Works has been a pleasure, from start to finish. All throughout the process, Ryan and his crew were attentive and offered good support and advice as the project progressed. Over the course of three weeks we had many people working inside and outside our residence; Roy, Sean, Matt and Matt, David, Jody, Craig, Brian (and others that I may have missed) were friendly, engaging and provided great quality work. We had signs of wetness on the basement floor for a while and are so grateful to have found the BuildingWorks team to get this fixed once and for all.
Scott was able to come over the same day I first called, to assess the work, and the team (Max, Danielle, Jodi, Craig) started the same week with the repair of a rather large crack in the building foundation. All of them were professional, respectful and pleasant, and the work was finished in good time. We are very pleased with the result, never thought that this could be fully repaired without having to dig up the yard along the outside wall, we were relieved that it could be fixed from the inside!
