Usually a great place to pick up things. But there was not much for stock as they will be renovating soon

Stay away. Took my parents there today for seniors day. My mom asked one of the staff “excuse me where are the jelly beans? ”. I caught the man stocking shelves call my 80 year old mother a b#&ch for asking where the jelly beans are. Inexcusable behaviour. We visited the store Wed Dec 20th. Stay away. Pay 15% more not to have your senior mother abused.

Good selection of items and always available. Staff members are always smiling and pleasant to speak to. Great service.

Large selection of pasta, nuts and candy to choose from. Great value for the cheap price on most bulk goods, but certain items such as their prepackaged teas are very expensive. Very friendly cashier.

Just went in and picked up some Jelly Belly jelly beans. I was happy to see they had a lot of selection. Filled a bag up and was surprised that it was $30. Oh well I need the beans. Got home and tried a few. To my disappointment most are very hard and stale, the flavour was there but some are hard as rock. When I have bought them in the past in bags, they have always been soft and chewy.
I also bought some chocolate covered sponge and I almost broke a tooth on a few of the nuggets. I guess with the inventory not changing fast enough has some products go stale.

I went into this store last Thursday with an empty little contain I wanted to fill with Cream of Tarter (I was spice bottle that I had just emptied) I went to the counter to see how that worked I was told rather rudely that my container was dirty and couldn’t be used. I said ok I’ll use a bag Where do I find the Cream of Tarter and she waved her hand in around about fashion. The second person was just as rude When I asked where to find it he yelled down the isle, Haven’t you been here before it’s in the spices. I left.

Very helpful staff, as always. I tried pre-ordering and curbside pickup, but as it was very busy, they didn't have it ready when I arrived. I will try ít again on a weekday, instead of the weekend.

Cashier would not help with missing prices. I don't mind writing down the bin #. But tha tags and pencils are not always there. The cashier refused to look up price on her little wheel.

This is my first visit to this shop. Lots of product and can purchase as much as I want. Very convenient.

What a super selection and great variety of bulk products like nuts, chocolate, flour etc. They carry bulk carob which is so hard to find and it is priced well at Bulk Barn! Excellent customer service skills. Well merchandised store. Clean. Very busy. Nice to see lots of business happening!

Great selection and great suggestions from the staff for replacements for stuff they didnt have.

Great place to get as much or as little as you need of almost any ingredient. The cake decorating supplies are especially well stocked. Tons of candy, dried fruit, a variety of flours and starches, spices and more. Staff are helpful too.

Yesterday evening went to pick up some dry fruits, the older gentlemen that I interacted with was very rude when I was asking for dry ginger slices, then unexpectedly after I used the scoop to take some dates, he came from behind and slams the scoop on the plastic cover and storm away. This is the first time I face such rude person in this branch. I was long-time customer, but I think I will take my business somewhere that respect me as a person and as a customer.

I live that they never run out of spices. Always in stock when I need a specific one. So much cheaper then the Grocery stores.

Fantastic staff and the standard large selection of goods. Clean and organized store with welcoming staff.

Some of the rudest worst staff I’ve ever seen in a place. All hanging out talking, refusing to help and the stuff all had lids opening selling stale stuff to public

Fantastic COVID-19 precautions, fantastic customer service, awesome selection, and great prices. I love the huge array of vegan things and how easy it is to get all our bulk stuff in one stop. 10/10 will shop again.

Now with covid-19 it different of course, but it's kinda awkward and uncomfortable the way they do things but I understand.

Absolutely fantastic covid19 set up and precautions. They really make sure that everyone is far enough apart, and they have a staff member fill the bags for you. Great service, and lots of vegan options as always! Great job Bulk Barn, was super impressed. All you guys need to do is have prices listed on your website, and a more efficient online order procedure!

First time in Bulk Barn. Very impressed with the stock. More so impressed with how the staff is navigating the customers through the store and helping with one's bin selections. They have this Covid protocol figured out. Kudos!

This is a good bulk barn with a broad selection of bulk dry ingredients and sweets. My experience is that they keep a good stock level of their products and prices can be very favourable. Their cake decorating supplies are excellent and pricing is very good.

The employees here made my day! I was hesitant to shop in-store because of the COVID-19 restrictions in place, but I was pleasantly surprised. Apart from the staff’s wonderful attitude, the store was set up perfectly to accommodate provincial guidelines. Thanks Bulk Barn for keeping bulk shopping safe and stress-free!

I ordered online for the first time here, my order was done on time. The staff were really welcoming when I went to pick up my stuff. The prices were great! I will definitely come back here! Keep up the good work ️

I was there this morning. Long line up at the cashier. As soon as one cashier turned up, the other closed. Most incompetent persons working at this place.

I loved this Bulk Barn and have been going to this location for years, but the staff has gone completely down hill. The lack of help and friendly attitudes in there now is very disappointing. Whenever I ask a question I feel like I'm bothering someone. Plus, watching the staff interact with each other is like being in a high school hallway sometimes. You can see this as we wait in a huge line while 1 person works and 2-3 staff stand at the other cash talking.
Go the North locations before going to this one.

Visited Macleod trail bulk Barn yesterday. Not happy with the customer service at the checkout. Older lady standoffish and unfriendly. Made me feel like I was unworthy to be in the store. Maybe she doesn't like people or her job. I'll think twice about visiting this store anytime soon.

Great store for baking supplies and special diet needs plus lots of fun candy and snacks as well as spices and grains.

This place in itself isn't bad. It's the staff that ruin it. I was there buying some bulk items today and I got in line. The cashier told me she wasn't open instead of helping me through. So I got in line behind patrons who got there after me. And not even a minute later she opened back up and invited others to be helped and not myself. I said "you kidding me? You told me you were closed" all she said was "well now I'm open I was called back" not even an inclination to help me first.service is below unacceptable as this isn't the first time the staff have pushed me aside. I will be going to another location from now on.

Its normally a decent place.there has definately been a lot of turnover of staff. I had a blonde teenager. Not sure what her issue was with me.old enough be her mother amybe, the grey hair; mommy issues. But she barked so rudely "the basket goes over there" when i set it aside to get into my purse, that I wont be going back! The basket got tossed back as rudely as I was treated.bring back mature staff that know what customer service is.

Do yourself a favour and sign up for the email coupon notices. $4 off any purchase of $10 or more. Best place to buy spices. They have a great selection of confectionaries you usually on find in specialty candy stores.

Don't go when you're hungry. I spoiled my dinner, and my daughter had way too many mini coke bottles.

Great selection of all things bulk. They have piñatas, jars, vitamins, and so much more. Definitely worth a trip!

I love this place. I sincerely wish there was a Bulk Barn in every neighbourhood. Bulk spices are the only way to buy them. The cake supplies are unmatched and their snacks are awesome. They have stuff for every occasion at reasonable prices. Seriously, if you've never been, go. It'll be worth the trip.
