Great selection of products, including several import items. Staff can be hit or miss, but is generally friendly and helpful. A great place to try some new things!

We were just robbed by the cashier today.we paid 32.31 to pay 430kg of nuts.that doesn't match with what we really got.we did buy Macadamia and Cashews, be careful of this people.

Cool place to go if you are looking for a specialty item.

I came here to look for different flavors of chips and they have a wide variety.

Always clean, polite staff and quick service. I went in for a few Valentine's Day treats for the littles and came out with a few other goodies too including some sprinkles for the cookies we were going to make.

It has great variety of bulk products, the prices are okay, not the cheapest but not over priced as well.adorable.

Staff are extremely helpful and the safety measures during covid are better than most grocery stores.

Never had any issues. The COVID response was initially weird, having to wait for someone to scoop your stuff for you.but they had to do something to keep the doors open.

Very clean, sanitizer and gloves as soon as you enter to keep everything clean and everybody safe. Prices are clearly posted. Staff is great!

So I understand sanitizing before entering stores but you also want me to put on gloves.common on’ I’ll go elsewhere!

Has Bulk Barn changed their Chocolate Covered Almonds? They just are not the same.way sweeter less chocolate content.

The best bulk barn I’ve been to in Edmonton. Great selection, great prices and even better customer service! Every time I’m in there, I am greeted with a smile and ask if I need help finding anything specific. Especially with Covid, they are ALL taking the right measures to make everyone safe. I appreciate all their hard work as I know everyone is so tense these days. I look forward to going into that store. And I will shout out Lina and Ethan as they are always so friendly and outgoing when I enter. Great job guys, these other reviews don’t mean anything. You are all doing such a great job and don’t let anyone tell you other wise!

My first time at Bulk Barn was when I visited my sister in Toronto back in 1995. Bulk Barn is from the Toronto area (since 1982). The service at this Albany location
is terrible. The staff is not very knowledgeable, nor are they friendly (zero personality). It's only 5 blocks from where I live, but I won't be going back.

Has a similar layout as the other locations, which makes it easier to find what I'm looking for. It was tidy and organized. The staff seemed indifferent to me, which I found disheartening.

I purchased icing sugar, roles oats, ground flaxseed, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. The seeds seemed quite salty, my children didn't like them and it was a small task for me to eat them all. But, other than that, I am pleased.

Typical store with the same layout as any of their other stores. However, what bugged me the most about this location was that the staff did not really know anything about the products they carry in store. Otherwise, they were friendly and tried their best.

Greatest place to buy, you are in control of how much you buy, quality products and amazing collection. Always fun to come here

Customer service is always key in retaing and bringing in new customers. I want to write a review about the older man who works at this bulk barn. We had a little bit of an argument about the price of an item and I ended up not wanting it due to the price. He unfortunately did not know how to void it from the till, so he ended up paying for it out of his pocket (was $3). I was in shock because he handed me the cash and insisted I take it.

A little thing like this act goes a long way. Ill be returning to this bulk barn for sure. It wasnt the fact that he gave me that $3, but that he wanted to help to me. Way to go!
