Best Bulk Barn in Calgary, staff are always super friendly and it's always so clean! I go in about once a week and the staff always remember and greet me. Can't say anything negative about this place.

The Cashier was very disrespectful and she was almost laughing on the way we said what the product was. I have been there multiple times but the staff are becoming very rude recently and they also seem to be racist, as one employee only asked white customers if they need help. Please be fair with everyone and respect people's accents, not everyone speak English as their first languag.

The store is well kept and the staff is friendly. The prices for everything I’ve gotten from there are substantially higher than anywhere else I’d buy the same products (including Amazon, Walmart and superstore). Oat flour, vital wheat gluten, and a few types of random candies…. Cheaper anywhere else.

Cashiers need to keep their opinions about customer's dietary decisions to themselves. Yes, vegans surprisingly eat products similar to meat. Your critique on it is unnecessary and disrespectful.

The cashier was super rude and disrespectful, she was a teenager. Yesterday i visited this location after grocery shopping at Walmart, as we entered this store my little daughter was holding on to some "sneaky stardust bubble gum" that we got at Walmart. When we went to to the cashier, our little one was excited seeing chocolates at the cash counter and started to pick them from the shelves, my wife was taking them from my daughter and putting them back in the shelves. As i was paying the bill, the cashier asked if i was going to buy any chocolate for my little one, i said NO, im not Buying her anything here. I finished paying and we were leaving, the cashier was sneaking behond us and checking if we were stealing anything and then she interrupted us and asked if the stuff that my daughter was holding was purchased at another store? I said yes we got it at Walmart. First of all this stuff that my daughter was holding on on is not available in this store, and dont the staff at bulk Barn know about what inventory does your store Carry? There was no excuse or apology from this teenage cashier, this happened yesterday, July 21 at 7: 20pm. The manager at this location needs to hore some decent people and also need to train them how to behave with the customers. The staff clearly lacks kindness
and respect.

The store was clean, it takes some looking to find what you're looking for, which is expected, but everything is clearly labeled and pencils are reasonably easy to find (to write down the product number). The employees were all lovely and friendly

Man working there was super rude to myself and my children. The prices aren't great. Probably won't be returing because of the customer service/friendliness of the staff, and again prices aren't great so why waste my time going here?

I went there today around 6: 45 pm. There is a rude employee (middle age). She has to be kind for customer.

Went there today, had a rude employee, they need to be clear on stuff, it my second time in year's, I was looking for basic lollipops, I wanted yellow ones, the bin had mixed colours, they are wrapped, the scoop they had could not be used to pick out the yellow ones, so I handpicked them, the man was rude, I wanted to leave them, but I thought of the kids at school my daughter wanted for her students, kindness is returned with kindness. The Cashier was awesome. Please be kinder to customers, I won't be back there.
