If there is any option for 0 or -ive star rating, i have given it because it is the worse experince of my life, recieving guys are so rude and have no respect towards the truck drivers.

Same experience as below. The person in reception should be ejected to another planet. She is rude, lazy and demeaning. Not helpful in anyway. Could be on a sitcom - most likely the best place. This company should do a much better job for their customers. Will avoid in the future.

Been in there a couple of times and the lady at the front will greet you but no one gets off their chairs to see if you need any help finding anything in their show showroom. I stood there for 10 minutes and not even a single glance over. Worst service ever. Will take business elsewhere!

I do not understand the negative reviews of this place. I called several days ago and tell them what I need, then I picked them up at the store. Smooth transaction and they explained to me in details on how to dilute the solutions and make sure I've got everything that I need before leaving!

Oh and remember to check out the Caravel Craft Brewery, apparently there's a brewery right next door! Love their Red Ale!
