Do yourself a favor and do NOT spend your hard earned money in this store. I had a situation with a recent purchase, was given false information from a sale associate and managers and they refused to help in any way. I spoke with both managers Janet and Suzy, they are both extremely unprofessional, beyond disrespectful, aggressive, and most importantly LIARS. Suzy was incredibly aggressive and harassing me over the phone when having a basic conversation. They have damaged Burberry's reputation for my family and myself and have no business holding the position of management. I recommend they take another course on management skills or stay home if their miserable doing their job. Take your business next door to Louis Vuitton, will certainly be treated much better than here and always friendly and kind. Do better Burberry with the people you hire to represent your brand.

Had a great shopping experience here with Quinn who helped us as soon as we arrived. He made things much easier for me with kids in tow. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks again

Feel bad for the sales associates that has to put up with the very poor client portfolio at this store.

Too many people pretending to have money window shops here. Talks loudly, touches everything, gets staff to pull out lots of merchandise, never buys anything and leaves. East Indians and Philippines people mainly. I don’t care if this is racial profiling but garbage is garbage.

Right The Wrong: The Calgary Burberry Experience

My name is Darren.

My first ever experience:
I bought a dress shirt from the Calgary Chinook location in July 2022 for a special occasion as I'm really not a dresser upper most days.
Months later a special occasion had come up and I went to where I had put away the shirt that had been in the box with the bag.
I took off the tag and tried on the shirt getting ready I quickly realized that the shirt was way to small on me.
To my surprise I quickly called and spoke to the good people at Burberry about the mistake. The staff and manager said good luck on getting an exchange due to the 30 days return policy.
I left it alone for a month then decided I would go in person to discuss the issue.
I did not want my money back but actually agreed if they would exchange the shirt with the correct size I would buy another shirt to continue doing business with them and creating a win win for all involved.
Bear in mind I originally tried on the dress shirt over a T shirt that I was wearing at the store. In no way would I spend $650 on a dress shirt that I could not wear for years to come. So knowing all this the manager agreed and asked me to come back the next day with my original purchase.
The next day arrives and things seem to be going well but on further inspection of my Dress Shirt the manager had a change of heart, who knows but told me that I had worn the shirt due to some staining around the neck.
I was very disappointed again.
How can they get away with this?
I quickly put the shirt on for them to show how utterly tight it was.
There was no more comprises from that point on.
I was Sold the wrong size and no one will make it right.
The manager told me who buys a shirt to not wear it months later.
I told her that if the staff would have packed the correct size in the bag I would not be there.
Needless to say, I'm left with a $650 dress shirt that I can not wear.

3rd class client service experience, never listen to your problem, whenever you come back to them if there is any defect in any of the item they have no solution, never accept returns for defects, moreover never agree. Beware!

Good selection of Burberry for a great price. Great staff, and the place to buy the ONLY and ORIGINAL trenchcoat. The managers there are always great to me. Attentive sales women and service me without any rudeness.

ANY trenchcoat outside of Burberry called a trenchcoat is an insult to the heritage. No, your Michael Kors trench coat is what I use to mop the floor with. It's like ordering sparkling wine at the restaurant "sir a nice bottle of Prosecco champagne please! " NO bud champagne is from a region in France for champagne designation. Burberry trenchcoat is the original trenchcoat for war in the trenches. But currently the best for fashion in peacetime.

Looking forward to picking up my new sneakers. Simran is amazing and makes your visit to the store an absolute treat.

Recieved outstanding service from Holly. Was looking for a gift for my wife.

I'm usually hesitant walking into places like that with the fear of being judged since I am very simple when it comes to fashion.

Holly made me comfortable and welcome throughout my time there. I will be booking their Trenchcoat Experience that she told me about.

My experience here has been incredible due to the above and beyond service I got from Chiara. Whenever I come to the store she greets me with a big beautiful smile that’s very contagious. She is exceptionally knowledgable, attentive, and super friendly. She has gone out of her way to order me a couple of shirts and a belt I saw online that the store didn't have, in addition to that she also sends me courtesy text messages to let me know when my items are here. I sincerely appreciate all her help.

We used to love this place and we bought a lot there during past 2 years. But my experience today was not pleasant at all. I was looking for presents for 3 upcoming occasions for my husband. The sales lady followed me and she noticed that "it's a man department". I started to look at shirts. She literally took it away from me and started to fold shirts and put it back to the shelves. I tried to look at the backpacks- she did the same- just took it away from me and put it back.
It was rather humiliating experience. I bought so many nice things there for my husband but today I just wanted to leave the store and never come back.
