I suggest you not eat here with my kid getting sick from their food and myself and then we pay for combo with pop never do we get the pop nor ketchup to go with fries were disgusting then we proceed to buy large milkshakes guy says $6.00 but charged us over $8.80 the milkshakes were banna and chocolate they were gross we are in on Oct, 26,2023 Thursday never will I be back as my son and I were actually excited because we've been touring the burger barons in the Prairies then this health standards aren't being looked after

Wow the food is awesome and the staff gives you more than enough. They really enjoy what they do and make sure that you are satisfied. Generous and unique would be the good choice of words. You must try it.
I had the Meister burger, Aussie burger, poutine and box of coconut shrimp. Portions were huge! Didn't regret it.

They make a delicious hot fried chicken burger. As well they have a proper real milkshake. Thick and creamy! Will definitely dine here again!

I always come here everytime I visit Tofield. They offers great food and service that is worth your visit. Staff are kind and always makes sure the customers are satisfied. Come and see for yourselves.

Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. There was no mustard on my burger, I went to the front and asked for some mustard and some extra packs of ketchup (I ordered a poutine and a double burger 25.40) he wanted to charge me $2.50 for some mustard and 4 packets of ketchup. I work in town and they have lost my business forever.

Great food, big portions. The poutine filled me up at lunch, so I had my burger for supper and didn't need anything else. A little slow at peak times, but I guess you can't rush quality. Higher price than typical fast food, but the portions are about twice as big.

Stopped by for a quick supper on the road and was not disappointed! The staff and owner were beyond friendly and the food was great! Lots of vegetarian options as well which is always a bonus. Recommend giving the springrolls a try!

A bunch of us headed to Tofield.with a powerful hankering for mushroom burgers and corn fritters! Totally worth the drive.but we enjoy driving everywhere we go! Good times

Foods been really good lately. If there's something you don't like just nicely let them know, they're very friendly and receptive to feedback. The spring rolls are really good.

Real angus burgers. You can have them wrapped with lettuce instead of a bun. The owner is an absolute professional gentleman.

I have ordered from here quite a few times. I've always ordered different burgers and fries or onion rings and always gravy. The prices are higher now but so is anywhere else. I ordered a 4pc chicken dinner about a month ago. This was the first time I wasn't impressed. I didn't care for the coating they used and it was overcooked with no flavour. I won't order that again. I will stick to the burgers. Their menu is massive a bit overwhelming to look at. It would be nice if they had some kind of special, like 2 for 1 burgers or combo specials. I will however come back for the burgers like I said and staff is always great.

Update. Hot dogs are much smaller now and really expensive! We wanted to treat or company to their amazing hotdogs.bit over $70 for 9 regular hotdogs? Never again.

Stopped here in our way through Tofield and were very happy we did. This is not your typical Buger Baron! We met the very friendly owner who mentioned he once worked for the royal family of Dubi. In addition to the amazing Angus beef mozza burgers, he also made us milkshakes that he use to serve to the royal family by the pool. He said “even the PM of Canada hasn’t had a milkshake this good” and he wasn’t wrong!

I really wanted to like this place but the food was quite horrible.
I ordered a cheese burger for my husband and asked them to add bacon to it. I assumed it would be normal strips of bacon but it was instead undercooked nearly raw bacon bits. I ordered a hotdog and it was so over cooked it was hard and crispy and not in a good way. I also had them put onions on it but they were dry and not fresh and made it taste even worse. The milkshakes were not good it tasted like milk with too many pumps of whichever flavouring in it, my toddler wouldn’t even drink it. Poutine was made with grated cheese, not cheese curds. The wait in the drive thru to have the food made was very long and it was very over priced especially considering the horrible quality of the food. I spent $50+ and could have actually dined at a restaurant that was edible. The staff was friendly.

Service was great. But the burgers are about half the size of the buns, and don't resemble the taste of beef. Donairs are a better choice.

Our experience with takeout at tofield burger baron has always been positive. The staff is friendly and polite. We always order special orders for our takeout and they’ve always got it right. We have treated ourselves to a crispy crunch flurry and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s nice to support a local business that works so hard and delivers great food.

Best burger place between Wainwright and Edmonton. My burger was 100% Angus beef raised here in Alberta. Owner was super friendly.

The corn fritters were good. The Pomo (Hawaiian) burger and mushroom burgers were not very good, not up to par and the burger patties were an unappealing shade of Grey?

Have had many positive experiences here in the past. Unfortunately, my last order wasn't very good. I ordered the $14 "family" size fries and I expected enough fries to feed 3 people for lunch. Instead, I got the size of the box below. Some of the fries were not cooked, and all the fries were not seasoned/salted at all. I will think twice before visiting next time.

Delicious take out food, FRESH gourmet burgers and very flavourful. Mark the owner is delightful and passionate about the quality of food he provides. I highly recommend you stop in to try it for yourself.

One of our favorite places to go in Tofield. My daughter and l had there fish & chips along with there coleslaw it was fresh and delicious like always. We tried the mint milkshake and that was delicious and that added a bit of sweetness to our meal. The fast and friendly service and dishing out great food that they provide keeps us coming back for more.

Excellent customer service with amazing food. I had the a Avocado burger with fries and a shake. The Berger was so good, that I’ll definitely be back again. Everything was made fresh with fresh ingredients. The milk shake was one of the best I’ve ever had. Great prices too!

I am A very avid supporter of Burger Barons, especially Tofields for a very good part can not get enough of their Mozzarella Burgers, if You order one with extra sauce to the point that it is just messy and all over the place, you will be basically drowning in pleasure, plus unlike other establishments, BBs burgers are what I estimate thirty percent larger, so in my opinion you more bang for your buck. When it comes to their Milk shakes, I found that I was quite disappointed by the milk shakes of other establishments like McDonalds or A&W, because the major difference is that BBs have stronger flavours, the owners are very much good people. So long you are not one of the racist/ethnic bigots you will agree as well.

Used to live in Edmonton, just moved ten minutes away from Tofield a year ago. When I lived in Edmonton I always bought Donairs from Burger Baron, love it! Compared to other Donair restaurants. I’m so happy Tofield has a Burger Baron The staff are so friendly, so kind and food is consistently delicious Anyone living in Tofield, outer skirts of Tofield or just passing down the highway and wants a delicious Donair? Stop in at Tofield Burger Baron! You won’t regret it. I eat there once every two weeks. Five star all the way!

3 of us stopped off for lunch after golf at Coal Creek. Food was fantastic. One of the best burgers and milkshake ever. Owner is an amazing individual. We intend to stop off there every time we golf in the area. Thanks for a great lunch.

A good little stop for a snack on the road, they have a drive-thru but they are very pleasant with their customers so it's worth it to make a little stop to dine in. Everything is freshly made:) we really enjoyed the milkshakes!

Quaint small little place to eat extremely good food well prepared friendly well-mannered staff answered the litany of questions. From the outside it doesn't seem much but once you sit down and eat you won't be disappointed I have no complaints only good things to say. And the special note for their milkshakes they're thinking delicious and made all real. No artificial nonsense.

Had fish and chips. Chips were not crispy. Prob should have had a burger from the other reviews. Mediocre fish. Prob won’t go back unless I want a burger. Staff friendly.

Food honestly was pretty bad. Fries has no seasoning, burger somehow felt cheaper than a mcdouble.

Great food! The burgers here tasted absolutely delicious, I tried the mighty angus as well as the veggie burger, the fries were crispy yet soft in the inside and I gotta say it was one of the best burgers ive had, if anyone is stoping by know that they will server you well. Burger Baron’s got the best customer service and the bestttt veggie burgers. Mark takes care of his customers and we love the ice cream here as well. One of the best things about Tofield.

I love these guys, even when they're grumpy they're hilarious. They also make the best fried chicken.

Burger baron is always my go to for donair, they have the best meat and sweet sauce I've ever had. Tonight I tried their new bounty ice cream and it was hands down the best ice cream I've ever had, they use real chocolate in it and it's so good! I highly recommend trying it if you haven't yet!

Food is always good. Never had a bad experience eating here. And the service is the best! Everytime im passing through tofield i grab food here.

My daughter and I drove out from Holden today and had cheeseburgers, onion rings and Nutella crepe for desert. It was all delicious as usual! Marc (the new owner) was super friendly and his hospitality went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend the food and will be back soon for sure. Can’t wait to see the new look and try all the new menu items!

Classic drive thru. Food is consistent and really good. It's not gourmet, but its darn fine! It's getting more difficult to find these little small town gems. Show them some love next time you need a good old fashioned burger, rings or even corn fritter fix!

They have amazing real AAA beef burgers they are Super Delicious and the magnificent Jumbo Beef Donairs with sweet sauce guaranteed to fill your appetite. We also tried their Texas fried chicken and Pizzas very generously loaded, We tried their new dessert menu chocolate crepes and the Bounty Pizza and custard buddings just out of this world amazing. They have a wide variety of Milkshakes too!

Burgers are well made and delicious. Larger portions than other locations. Will definitely be making this a regular stop on my way through.

I had the mushroom burger. The burger patty itself was a thin greyish frozen patty that looked more like it had been microwaved than actually cooked on a grill. It was tasteless and the cardboard box the frozen patties came out of probably would have had more taste to them. The burger itself was drenched in (what I believe was) mushroom soup and was literally dripping with it. I think there was a couple of actual mushrooms on the burger, but I’m not certain if those were the mushrooms that came from the can of mushroom soup or if they were added by the chef (I’m guessing the can of soup). It was messy to eat and basically it would have been better if they had served it in a bowl with a spoon. I got about half way through it before I had to put it down and not eat anymore as my stomach was already starting to roll from the greasiness of the burger and the sheer amount of soup that was on the burger. I had ordered this as a combo meal and so I had gotten fries with it. The fries, albeit tepid are best, were ok and were somewhat crispy-ish; however there were not that many included with the meal (would say it was less than or equivalent to a small fries at McDonalds). I don’t recommend stopping here and if you’re hungry then head to a gas station and fill up on snacks —You’ll have a better meal.

Ordered my food. We were the only ones there. Ordered a cheese burger, got a chicken burger, no fixings, gravy tasted like flour.

Good quality service. Got my order exactly right. Restaurant is nice and tidy. The gravy for the poutine changed since i last had it but I fairly enjoyed my meal. I stuck with my go to: donair, poutine and chicken nuggets, my by far favorite items on their menu
