Burger Baron

Really impressed with the donair! Wish I could post pics of the food but it was late, we ate in the car and it was gone fast. Fries were absolutely perfect, small donair for around $6 had more meat in it than the $12 donairs they offer in Grimshaw. (RJ's). Great selection of ice cream too.
After trying their food out I couldn't understand why the lineup at their drive-thru wasn't around the block.
You've got a real gem of a place there, High Prairie, I hope you show them your support.
I'm definitely putting it on my list of places to eat on the way through. I will try and remember to edit this post with some pics the next time I stop. You really, really need to try their food.
Also, the only reason I gave less stars for atmosphere is because the drive thru window let's in a very cold draft every time they open it so sit far away from the counter/window especially when it's -20°.

I simply ordered my favourite from the ONOWAY location. Mozza burger and onion rings. $ 16! Really excited for a taste from home after a long shift.
This is what I got. Come to realize when I got back, got a large size onion ring and a cheese burger. Guys, cmon I was literally the only person in the drive thru, how do you screw that up?

I threw the burger out and munched on the soggy onion rings and ordered Pizza Hut on which I’m expecting soon.

What a joke, $16! Look at this!

Most excellent service food is fast and affordably priced. Restaurant is very clean and always has Mr. Bean playing on the television. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant in High Prairie

Best burger I've had in a long time. Fresh ingredients, good patty and fluffy bun. It's honestly very cheap too, a must stop if you're going through!

Food was good, I’m from out of town and this is your best bet to get some local fast food. Wait wasn’t long and food was served up fast. Burger tasted home cooked which I enjoyed and the fries were a nice portion to go along. The bacon was a little underwhelming I expected a little more. All in all, decent food for the price. Burger wasn’t my favourite, kind of had a bland taste to it.

Nice and clean. Friendly service. Got the donair, it was dry, sauce was thin and there was not enough of it.

Had a triple burgers and a ton of French fries. Very tasty burger and very good French fries.

Burgers were very good and our grand sons loved the poutine with their burgers, my wife had the fried chicken and said it was very very good, only thing I wished was that real bacon was available for the bacon cheese burger instead of turkey bacon.
Food was fresh, hot and fast, service was top notch by great staff.

Donair poutine is great but $20 for a large? That’s a little steep for just adding sweet sauce and meat to a poutine.

Domain poutine was amazing and you get a decent sized portion. Very friendly and great nostalgic atmosphere.

Great food at a reasonable price if you love Donairs, this is a great place to stop.

Went there for lunch, asked for certain things and was completely ignored, when we got home and checked every order was wrong.

Burger patty had consistency of pre-made cardboard burgers you buy at the grocery store. But I will say the chocolate milkshake was one of the best I've had in years.

The staff are friendly but it's a bit of a long wait for pretty mediocre food. The prices are pretty good though so I guess you get what you pay for here.

Donairs are excellent, best I've had. For the adventurous try a donair poutine. The large is HUGE.
