Extremely disappointed in my recent experience at this restaurant. Last week I ordered a pick up order on Skip. I was leaving work (I work in the area), so I walked over to pick up my order, and called an Uber from their establishment, since I was grabbing my food and leaving. Upon arrival, the door was locked and there was a note on the door saying they are only doing drive thru orders today. I walked up to the drive thru and told them that I was picking up my order and if I could wait inside while my Uber arrives. The girl who was working said she would ask. With it being -45 with wind-chill, I do understand where they are coming from with trying to keep the restaurant warm, however, I was the only one standing outside and it would only be a few minutes. She went and asked someone in the back and then returned with my order. She did not acknowledge the question and just passed me my food through the drive thru window. I then asked her if she was willing to let me inside for a few minutes and she said no. I told her its -45 outside and she shrugged her shoulders. I was not asking to loiter in their restaurant, I, a PAYING customer, was asking to come in for a few minutes to keep warm. This left such a bad taste in the mouth I did not even eat the food. I have eaten here previously and the burger was meh, so I didn't miss out. Will not be returning and will be spreading the word on the fantastic customer service. 0/5.
Ordered today from this restaurant through Uber. It took about an HOUR from pick up to drop off. The restaurant is 8 minute drive!
As such for arrived spoiled, cold and in violation of health regulations. Complaint to Uber blamed the restaurant, the employees I spoke to were extremely rude and made me explain the issue 8 times as she didn’t understand English (or was pretending not to in hopes I would just give up and disconnect the call). Restaurant offered to do absolute NOTHING about my issue. (I wanted a replacement not a refund)
Not only was there a food safety issue but the items also came BURNT. I have filed a complaint with AHS for investigation of their food handling standards.
Avoid this location at all costs unless you don’t like quality food, not getting food poisoning or any remote resemblance of customer service standards.
Talk about complete waste of $40. Thanks for NOTHING!
Was told by a stranger on the street “they have really good burgers. ” He wasn’t wrong. Onion rings were great as well. Quick service with a friendly smile. We’ll be back!
Chicken was over cooked, chicken sandwich was socked in dressing making the bun soggy and hamburger looked like a thin frozen patty. Never go back there again.
This has been a great place for my family since they were small even now as adults they still take time for lunch or meet up there the mushroom burgers have always been my favorite always wondered if back in the day if the waitresses wore roller blades to serve the custies that's way cool. Great place
I had heard many good things about burger baron, maybe it was just the location I went to but was not impressed. I had a double mushroom burger and at best it was an average burger, preformed patties and the mushroom sauce was rather flavorless. Definately would not bother going back.
Burgers are good like they always have been. Took like 10 minutes to get a burger combo out of the kitchen with one guy in front of me. There was a new person wotking in the back.
