Burger King

Went thru the drive thru order 4 bags of 8 pieces ketchup chicken nuggets dt81 was my order number. Why are the chicken nuggets bleeding does not look right it was supposed to be a powder more like dry like you would put on pop corn. I did try calling and all but no one picked up the phone it went right thru the bag and leaked on to my seat in my jeep and all. They are not supposed to be covered in ketchup sauce or say put ketchup and deep fry them with the sauce on them. I have eat wings that did not have this much sauce on them. I have been to the other burger King in sherwood park and they made them better

A well deserved 5-star rating:) I am really in love with the food! The presentation is nice but also very tasty! They are also not overpriced compared to other restaurants.

The manager here named Maria is literally have the bad attitude and don't have any sense to talk to the customers. She is being rude. Never ever gonna come to this location anymore. Don't wanna give any star her attitude deserve -10

Just like the sign in the picture, I had great customer service from the team that helped me make a angry whopper even though it’s not a part of their menu anymore.

Was greeted upon entering. The staff are clearly very customer service oriented.

If i could give this place less than 1 star I would. Made an order at the drive through, only to have the employee disappear mid order for upward of 8 minutes, to have her return and assume I'm a new customer. She couldn't understand the concept of the last 6 items were also mine. Avoid if you value your time.

Drive through for Whopper Wednesday as I was craving a burger. Service was quick and friendly,
Food was well prepared as always.
Onion rings were good, and I forgot how much I like their Zesty sauce for onion rings.

Wish there was a no star option! Absolutely horrible service. Went to drive through and literally sat in line for 5 mins. Only one car in front of us. Thougt it was them taking so long to order but soon realized. Finally got to speaker and got one meal order out and she said thanks. Said no we have more. Took another order then went silent for over 5 mins. Came back and thought we were new ppl. Told them we weren't done last order and wanted to add food. Took order as if it's all on its own and said thanks come to window. Completely ignored us and told us total for half our order. Tried explaining and got nothing. So ended up just driving away. Stupid and terrible customer service.

I CAME AND WAS GIVEN VERY OLD CHICKEN NUGGETS, BUT WHEN I ASKED FOR NEW ONCE I WAS GIVEN ONE LESS, AT LEAST 20MIN PLUS OLD NUGGETS WERE GIVEN AT FIRST.

I love Burger King it’s so yummy mostly the chicken sandwich it’s so cheap and it taste sooo good

I was never a Burger King fan. I went there first time in 20 years since my last time. Last time being the operative word.

Worst service ever, was at the speaker without a vehicle in front of me for 5 minutes, then spent over 10 at the window. Worker gave me drinks then forgot about the food. Food was cold and not completely cooked. Once I went in the store to complain noticed workers are handling food without gloves or washing hands. These people and the owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves.

The problem is the drive through I never actually get to drive through with my order. I always end up parking on the other side of the building and wait for my order I really should just walk inside as the drive through doesn't have the best service time wise

Absolute worst Burger King in the city. I ordered and they forgot the main part of my meal. I will never be back.

Garbage food! Dry buns.raw bacon and piss warm pop!
