Burger King

The woman at the window seemed confused for some reason by my simple order. I think she expected me to be high or something. Can't say it was a bad experience though.

Didnt have the cheesy jalapeno bites. Surprised by the size of the king burger. You would think it would be bigger

Nice staff. Food always comes as ordered and lots of different paces to sit. If food is going to take too long they will even bring it to your table.

Served hot, friendly staff at the window. Perfect fast food experience. Didn't go into the restaurant so I didn't rate it.

If i have to wait 5 extra mins for my burger, why is it still cold? I haven’t been to BK in a long time & was excited to stop by, BIG MISTAKE! Why am i paying $26 for cold, basic food? The shift lead kinda shooed me away so they could bring me my burger after the rest of my food was done and sitting there (already cold may i say), for my burger to be also cold? ! I couldn’t hear the cashier & she was so rude, felt like i was doing them a disservice by being here.also there’s no tray liner so i didn’t feel comfortable eating my fries without using my burger wrapper…cute interior, that’s the only thing that saves it.just don’t bother coming here, go to wendy’s instead!

The clerk was friendly and food was fast and good. I like the restaurants better when they have self serve drinks.

Ketchup nuggets are just coloured not flavoured.new limited melt sandwiches are soft texas toast fries are hot and crispy

The burger and chicken fries were cold and seemed like they sat there all day. 6 tbsp of ketchup and mustard on one burger? Are you for real? Slop I would not feed my dog! Never go here again!

I don't like this Burger King; they always miss my order whenever I order online. There's something missing from my order every time.

Really great service and staff. I had to change my order, but no problem from the staff, she made it very easy and all with a smile! Food was really good

Price increases for whopper Wednesday.and no I won't pay for a paper bag.thought the goal was to eliminate plastic bags (Bk has paper bags) your food is handed over on a tray.so pack a bag with you for your order if you aren't buying their bag ps.raise the prices but also raise the quality of the whopper on your promotion day.was not the best burgers I have gotten from here in the past.what's going on with this location? Busy-yes but please make sure it's a decent burger-whatever day and price

Always loved Burger Kings burgers, especially the whopper yet it's just not what it used to be well or it's just this location

Food was cold "shocking"

It really had no flavor or was seasoned properly. The gravy was beyond salty
The price of the food is just nonsense now, especially when you're paying $15/meal an its a 3 out of 10.

The staff weren't very pleasant and some what creepy standing from the kitchen just staring vary odd

Don’t order a SkipTheDishes through them. There is no way to specify if you don’t want a bun for example nor is there a way to leave instructions. I placed my order thinking I could call them and specify it over the phone, but they are ignoring my calls and hanging up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Now I will get a burger with gluten when I do not eat it. How frustrating… I won’t be ordering from them again

Hoping the management or restaurant manager have a conversation to all the crew members that to be professional at workplace, customer can over hear all the things (swearing) they are talking about the cusromer’s order!

I was absolutely appalled by the counter staff. There where 3 workers standing there having a conversation, while I waited to ask to have a small bag to put the left over food in, when it was convenient for them fimaly i was told that there would be a 0.15 $ charge, was I giving a. 15 cent discount for eating in!
Don't waste your time here and dine out at a restaurant with service
I have left the food that was over paid for you have lost my business due to poor customer service.

Said they were open at 7 I’m here at 7: 48 no one is taking my order and looks like it’s closed

Ordering in the drive thru and the person confirmed my meal twice and still messed it up. Asked for NO TOMATO with mozza sticks instead of fries. They didn’t do either of those things. Service was very poor.

They are supposed to close at 12 but at 11 they don’t take orders not even at the drive thru so.idk.

I've tried breakfast from this place a few times and my conclusion is there is no commitment to quality.

Even when I ordered a "freshly made" breakfast sandwich it still gets served, stale, cold and just unappetizing. My most recent visit I ordered two breakfast croissants with sausage and bacon the croissants were stale, the sausage looked and tasted like it was made yesterday. I just don't understand the lack of commitment to quality. Seems clear to me that the ownership of this location takes no pride in this establishment.

Burgers aren't much better either, and I don't think they know what "made fresh" or "fresh off the broiler" means; or they just don't care.

I am a fan of Burger King and eat at the one on 66th Street in Edmonton regularly, but this one, especially for a new establishment is abysmal!

If you are going to starve and die if you don't get food immediately, go ahead and eat from here, otherwise I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
