No straws and no napkins but don’t tell you there are none, what are we supposed to drink our drinks through the lids you put on them, totally idiotic on their part. Tell people they have to ask for them now!
Constantly great food and always the most friendly staff thats why I love that particular Burger King always good other locations are hit and niss but the 17215 Stony Plain Rd, Edmonton thats hands down the best in Edmonton
After ordering our food and having to pay for a bag seems like it's their priority they forgot to give napkins I believe this service to be poor because instead of the business giving napkins they charged for a bag at this rate they may as well comp the cost for the bag and take it up with the city
I ordered through UberEats and got the wrong burger. (i ordered crispy chicken and somehow got roadhouse beef) I called back and they said they couldn’t fix it that day but wrote my name and number down and said that if I ordered again next week and called them immediately after, they would give me my burger for free. I did that and the woman on the phone claimed that that never happened and refused to check with anyone else. Now I’m stuck paying for another burger cause I can’t cancel through ubereats without still having to pay for most of it. Not sure if the original person was lying or if the person I talked to today was just incompotent but either way, never eating at this BK again.
The food was alright. The meat was really dry but the sauce was kind of helping. Got the food super fast. Costumer service was alright. I would not say not to go here because some days their burgers and appetizers taste pretty good.

Just ordered from them, they forgot part of my order. I called them and they said they can't fix the mistake that I have to go through Uber Eats yet BK are the ones who made the mistake. They passed the buck and refused to fix it. Garbage customer service.
Hard to enjoy my greasy fast food with my kids when the staff use the dine in area as a daycare. My kids can't even use the computers because the children of the staff are all using them.
Good hours, friendly staff even at 7am and consistent food quality. The taste is mediocre but at least you know itll always be the same. Far better than carls across the street
The store clerk does not listen to suggestions how to make the delivery safer for the food and only follows orders of a manager who has no clue about road conditions or delivery Today wanted to pickup order had to repeat number 4 times to hear only that they don't have the order then at the window has to Repeat the number again just to hear that they want me to park up front cuz the order is not ready while I watch the guy just putting it in the computer and yet again rude staff and ignorant
People who show up 15 minutes to close are the worst. I love this location and its the only BK I will ever go to. Every single time (probably a dozen times over the past 6 months) I go thru the drive thru my order (the same order every time) is still hot 15 minutes later after driving home.
Never had a mixup, and you can tell the franchise owner cares about the restaurant; this is the King of BKs and the only one who's food I entrust to put in my gut.

Very rude manager on duty. It was 15 minutes to close dinning. We enter at 6.45pm and Lady on the counter was very rudely told us to leave the restaurant after taking our order. We can sit there to wait. I would say never go to this place ever. We just walk out without taking any order.
Tried the new all dressed chicken nuggets. Flavour was a little strange and the breading a bit soggy.
Update: came back to try the dill pickle nuggets and they were decent. However, the roadhouse king burger we ordered had mayo when we asked for none and had a long hair tucked under the bun. Add the cold fries and our meal was really disappointing.
We order and they mess it up, fast food and your in a hurry, don't even give option for a receipt, turn around and go in Q to get order correction and I have to say iam or we love our whoppers! This time and last visit the burgers were ole n cold and I can't say as I would like to visit here, thing is we see 3-4 workers and they can't put out a great whopper hot and right then they should change professions, if you order here take the time to check your food cause first time shame on you 2 times shame on me your dime and your order or in our case 4 meals were not right!
I would give 0 stars if I could. They would not accept a virtual gift card I received from work. I phoned BK after another restaurant would not process gift card and the BK customer relations sent another gift card. Would they accept that one. Nope. Thanks for nothing
Impossible burger was alright, cooked and made very well but the taste wasn't over-ly delicious. Root beer was great, fries were fresh. Overall decent BK visit
I tried the new Impossible Burger and it was quite a dream! Very delicious! Way better than the A&W plant based burger. And way bigger! The mozza sticks were not very hot so it was stiff cheese but still tasty. Next time I'll ask for fresh sticks.
Just went thru the drive thru as the restaurant was closed due to covid.placed our order ensured it was correct on the prompt screen.were asked to pull around front of the restaurant.once our order came out we noticed some items missing when we tried to correct it when statement was made to us. " prove its missing " so confronted them with the recipient they still argued
I never have issues with accuracy, pre covid the place was always clean (after the reno) and now with covid I can walk up to the drive thru and they have picnic benches out front. So despite there being no dine in they have made the most of things. Customer service is pretty good and the value is there! Whopper Wednesday at lunch before grocery shopping is a treat that helps us get through the trip without starving. For fast food, one of my favourites in Edmonton!
Apparently this place doesn't like feeding drivers. We cant fit in the drive through and they wont let you walk through. Oh but if your there delivery truck please bring us what we need to make money but we wont serve those that bring us our goods. Nice policy you have in place
This place never gives what you order. We asked for fresh food and we even told them we will wait. We waiting for our food and nothing was fresh. The fish sandwich had so much oil my paper wrap was covered. When we phoned And told them that we would like a refund or replacement they said they can't do that. They can only replace one burger. What! Never heard that before?
Always friendly, always fast. Clean, upgraded interior with lots of seating & an interactive space for kids to amuse themselves. Looking for the washroom? It's an invisible door beside the service counter; I've heard so many people ask where the washrooms were I thought I'd mention it here
Try this- order the 2 cheeseburger king deal, delete the mustard and add mayo, lettuce and tomato. Voila you have 2 whopper Jr meal with cheese.
Most of the time they don’t up charge this. When they do it’s negligible.
Whopper Jrs are easier to eat on the go than a regular whopper.
I’m a fan of whoppers. Soft bun, mayo, and consistent. It’s an underrated burger.
I usually ask for a crown, I wear it proudly as I Lord over the booth or table that we sit at. It embarrassed my family, but that is what makes a good dad vs a boring one.
I just love my burgers from burger king, specially a whopper with cheese, yum yum! The place itself looks much better since renovations, they even have computers for kids
Customer service was amazing! Server explained everything to me like it was my first time there (which was a good thing i think). The staff was amazing where customer service has fallen in so many places. No signs of being exasperated or condescending. Told the manager they are doing a great job training there staff there! Also gave me a sweet king hat too!
I bought a Whopper burger from here today. But I couldn't eat it properly because the burger's bread was so black and burned. I'm angry at the employee who sold the burnt bread like this way. And Poutine is too salty to eat.
Food could taste better, staff need to learn how to cook and serve in a better way, chicken taste discusting not well cooked. Its international chain, I wish they see Burger King in different country, its so tasty and the kitchen is so clean, not so massy and dirty.
Ordered a kids meal and a order of onion rings, asked for ketchup. Meal came with ketchup, nor fires. Food is good-ish. The time before this fail, I came home with extreme stomach pains. So food is bad-Ish. I will only come here if I crave it, or if I NEED food.
Went for breakfast asked for a bagel with crisp bacon. The 2 at the front counter said we don't do crisp bacon. So I said OK and left. Will never go to a Burger King in Canada ever again!
Racesit manager kept waving her hand to see her about my moldy, cold over kept in the shoot forlong time never let me finish my request and she lied about BY HERSELF when I asked for another one. $5.24 meal mossing FREASH cheeseburger.
Good place for a quick meal. Opposite large grocery store within same parking lot area. It was spacious, clean, and included a child friendly seating area.
Decent service at counter, was Holiday Monday. Food is good, stardard Burger King fare. Could have been warmer but all around good value for $. Clean and comfortable. Would go again.
